We stayed as a group of 10 across three families and enjoyed a comfortable time with the spacious living-dining area, rooms for the children, and separate family rooms. The fact that there were three showers and toilets was great for ensuring privacy! For meals, we considered hiring a private chef but decided to cook together while enjoying drinks at our own pace. It would be nice if the private chef option included Western cuisine as well. During our stay, we visited local supermarkets such as Delicia, Big (AEON), and A-Coop. Among them, A-Coop is recommended for its variety of vegetables and selection of prepared foods. For breakfast or snacks, we recommend visiting the bakery just one minute away on foot (Sakurara Confectionery). Their rice flour donuts were chewy and delicious! Our favorite spot in the accommodation was the dining table (180×180 cm), which had an excellent square shape and size for group meals! Even with many people seated around it, conversations felt comfortably close yet not crowded. Additionally, the BANG & OLUFSEN speakers were very stylish with excellent sound quality! We highly recommend using them in stereo mode. Please note that connecting via Bluetooth may only link to one speaker; it seems necessary to select AirPlay for proper stereo connection. While some parts of the manual could be improved regarding these features, we appreciated how helpful JADE Group staff were over phone calls and on-site support when needed! Although vacation rentals can sometimes raise concerns about support services, everything from pre-arrival phone assistance to post-arrival hospitality was excellent. We had a truly pleasant stay. We look forward to staying at another property from this group in the future!

The Room decor is incredibly charming—white tones paired with lace create an atmosphere women will adore; it’s so cozy! I visited during summer but am sure each season brings new ways to enjoy this place. FURAHA is somewhere you'll want to visit again and again. Located in a nature-rich area of Hakuba, this accommodation offers a relaxing experience surrounded by natural beauty. The garden is equipped with facilities for barbecues and campfires, allowing guests to enjoy meals while listening to the sounds of birds. The rooms are exceptional, each featuring its own toilet and bath/shower room. Additionally, the top floor boasts a stone-built bath resembling an Onsen, which we enjoyed multiple times. There are two living rooms so spacious that it was hard to decide where to settle in. Conveniently located near all attractions in Hakuba, with ski slopes just nearby, it’s perfect for morning walks.

The heating was already on at check-in, making the stay very comfortable. The house features a unique design and is always bright with natural light. Questions and requests during the stay were handled promptly. Thank you very much!

I chose this accommodation in Tokamachi, Niigata Prefecture, a heavy snowfall area, because I wanted to experience a snow-covered location. The renovated traditional house had an interior full of charm. I fully enjoyed using the irori (sunken hearth) and wood stove. When I wanted to lay out the futon at night but couldn't find it, I contacted the staff and they promptly came to assist me. For dinner, we brought our own ingredients and made hot pot dishes. The kitchen was spacious with all necessary cooking utensils and seasonings available, making my wife and daughter happily cook together. Breakfast was a delightful New Year's meal with rich flavors that left an impression. Although the accommodation does not have its own onsen, there are nearby onsen facilities available for use without inconvenience. The building itself is impressive—a renovated traditional house combined with modern Japanese furniture—allowing us to stay comfortably even during this cold snowy season. I look forward to visiting their sister accommodations in the future as well.

Feel the closeness of nature and listen carefully: the rustling sound of bamboo leaves swaying in the wind, the chirping of insects and birds, and the moon floating in the vast sky. It was a time when my heart resonated quietly, deeply healing my soul. The open-air bath had water at just the right temperature, while the indoor bath was enveloped in a soothing aroma of cypress. The large sauna and cypress cold bath were also relaxing, and stepping out onto the terrace revealed an extraordinary view reminiscent of Bali or an overseas resort. This liberating accommodation where you can walk around freely feels truly unique. In the spacious living room, we enjoyed conversations at the counter, while in the large bath I shared luxurious moments talking with my daughter. Convenient for sightseeing as well—morning walks through silver grass fields, cycling visits to Hakone Shrine and Kuzuryu Shrine. We rode on Motomiya Ropeway, had a Japanese lunch at Yamano Hotel after checkout, followed by a leisurely time at a café. We fully enjoyed our trip to Hakone to its fullest extent. The accommodation was impeccably clean everywhere we went, making it comfortable throughout our stay. It’s an unforgettable experience that made us say “perfect” countless times from our hearts. We would love to visit again!

I came to Unnan City on a solo trip planning to stay in a “separate traditional house,” but I was amazed when I arrived. In reality, it’s an exceptionally refined architectural masterpiece—an architect’s residence beautifully renovated. From the way the space is framed to the textures of the pillars and ceiling, every angle is full of character. Exploring the great outdoors was wonderful, but enjoying the luxury of doing nothing in this spacious setting was just as unforgettable. With a kitchen and washing machine, you can stay as if you live here—highly recommended for a Multiple Night Stay (there may be discounts for longer stays). A truly special Accommodation that will elevate your trip to Unnan City.

This was my second stay, and it exceeded my expectations. Perhaps because I stayed from Sunday night through the weekdays, it was even quieter and more comfortable than last time. Above all, the staff’s attentiveness and perfect sense of distance were outstanding. With a wonderful view and cooler temperatures than in central Tokyo, I was able to fully relax and enjoy the airy MUJI house. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

We often stay in this type of villa because we’re a big family and we have a dog, and this place was the best. It’s a spacious single-story villa with a large garden, a fire pit, a sauna, and a clean, relaxing bath. The BBQ came with great-quality meat from a yakiniku restaurant, and the breakfast bread was from a proper bakery. It’s right in front of Lake Biwa. I’ll skip the small details, but everything was thoughtfully provided—we had no complaints at all. We felt truly refreshed.

As a new facility, everything was very clean and well-maintained. The interior design, including the long dining table and lighting, was sophisticated and stylish. The kitchen was fully equipped with appliances, utensils, and even seasonings, making it convenient for self-catering. Most importantly, turning on the faucet in the bathroom provided Onsen water—a delightful feature. The view was stunning, and soaking in the Onsen while listening to the sound of the ocean was incredibly relaxing. Although adjusting the water temperature could be a bit tricky at first, letting it cool down after filling allowed us to enjoy 100% pure Onsen without diluting it with tap water—highly recommended! One minor improvement would be clearer guidance regarding the Diamond Member wine benefit; however, inquiries were promptly addressed, which was appreciated.

This is our second year staying here, and I’m convinced it’s an outstanding villa. The view of Mt. Fuji from here is among the top three I’ve ever seen. Everyone was so moved that they cried. We will definitely stay again. Thank you very much.

We stayed here to celebrate her birthday. Unfortunately, it was cloudy on the day of our stay. Even so, the location was beautiful, and we were very satisfied. This Accommodation is ideal for traveling with a large group. From the spacious pool and huge sauna to the high-quality bedrooms, everything is exceptional. I have stayed at many Accommodations, but this one stands out as top-class in both scale and attention to detail. However, since check-in is done online, a website error caused delays during check-in. The staff kindly guided us over the phone, but I hope this issue will not occur on our next visit.
