Great location with a stunning view of the golf course and mountains from the window. The amenities were excellent, and with a large public bath included, staying for under 5000 yen per person was fantastic! I would love to stay here again.

We stayed here with our child. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked with dishes, so we cooked breakfast and dinner during our stay. (There are no seasonings, so you’ll need to buy them at a supermarket.) Having a washer and dryer was also a huge help when traveling with kids. Best of all, there were plenty of toys and picture books for children, so we could relax even on rainy days. Highly recommended for families with young children. We had a small issue during our stay as well, but it was handled promptly.

We took a one-night family trip with our second-grade son. Just as the high ratings suggest, we’re glad we chose this Accommodation. The staff were very kind, and the food was so delicious it made us say “wow.” Our child was happy playing with the provided toys and games. Also, the chilled barley tea prepared in the Room was a nice touch. The scenery felt like being in the middle of a forest. However, in the bathroom, the blinds blocked any view outside, and we were a bit concerned about stains on the white wooden slatted mat. We made great memories exploring a limestone cave (there was a 100-yen discount coupon per person at this Accommodation), having lunch at the restaurant by Okutama Lake Dam the next day, and enjoying our train trip. We stayed here for a four-generation family trip. The Room was clean and spacious just as shown in the photos, and the Facility was flawless. We also ordered a sashimi platter for an additional fee, and both the taste and portion size were excellent. If I had to mention anything, the mountain road on the way to the Accommodation is quite steep, and it’s an environment where insects are likely to appear.

This was our third stay. This time a typhoon overlapped with our trip, so our planned three-night stay became two nights, but we really appreciated that you waived the Cancellation Fee. In the end, we stayed at a Hotel in Naha for two nights, and our return flight departed safely. Once again, we cooked for ourselves using ingredients bought at the Motobu Town market and supermarkets, and had a wonderful stay. It was quiet and relaxing—this is our favorite Accommodation as a couple. We look forward to visiting again.

We stayed here on our first trip to Shinojima. Even before our stay, the staff kindly accommodated various requests, including changes to our Plan and Shuttle Service arrangements. Dinner was served in our Room, and every seafood dish was delicious. Since our child is still small, we could enjoy the meal without worrying about disturbing others. They also lent us a bucket so we could set off the fireworks we brought on the beach right in front of the Accommodation, and it was a big help that they disposed of the used fireworks afterward. The entire building is tatami-floored—probably unique on the island—which made it especially relaxing. The beach view from our Room was wonderful, so next time I’d love to enjoy it from an open-air bath as well. The hospitality from the proprietress and all staff members was excellent, and we would love to return.

Barbecue facilities were available, and it was amazing. We had a wonderful New Year's experience.

The meals were so delicious and plentiful that we couldn’t finish everything. We also enjoyed talking with the hostess, who was very kind and welcoming. The building had a traditional old-style house feel and was very clean. If we have the chance, this is an Accommodation we would love to visit again. The firefly squid pasta was outstanding.

We stayed here for a family trip. The kitchen was well equipped, so we were able to cook sayori (halfbeak) we bought at a local fish shop without any trouble. Since the market on the first floor had closed, it would have been helpful if this had been clearly stated in the information provided. The Room was clean and comfortable. Thank you very much!

We, a very busy working couple, stayed at the accommodation. We enjoyed the luxury of a relaxing and carefree 3-night multiple night stay. Before going, we wondered about "the aftermath of the earthquake disaster," but the weather was great in Hamadori, with clean air and beautiful stars. We were deeply moved by how resiliently people are living towards recovery. We are already talking about wanting to visit again. Thank you very much!

It was a wonderful Accommodation. I got completely absorbed in the golf simulator and ended up swinging for over six hours.

There was nothing to complain about—rooms, Onsen, meals, and hospitality were all excellent. Since I wasn’t very familiar with traditional herbal medicine, I had some concerns about the food before arriving, but every dish was wonderful. The Onsen was always available for private use and very relaxing, making this an Accommodation I’d love to visit again. Thank you very much.

Spacious, spotless, and absolutely perfect! Everything was well maintained, from the cleaning to the Facility, and we enjoyed a dream-like stay. Everyone was very satisfied.

The beautifully renovated traditional house provided a clean and comfortable space for a pleasant stay. Even with small children running around or being loud, it was stress-free as it did not disturb the neighbors. Although meals were not included, the proximity to supermarkets, Onsen, and various commercial facilities within walking distance was very convenient. The thoughtful hospitality with snacks and drinks was heartwarming and impressive. If I have the chance to visit Dogo Onsen again, I would definitely choose this Facility!

I stayed for 3 nights. When I received the check-in confirmation email the day before, I was offered an early check-in and was able to check in an hour earlier, which was very convenient. The Room was spotless, the bathroom spacious, and each of us had a double bed to ourselves, making it very comfortable. The view from the living room was unobstructed, and having breakfast while enjoying the beautiful sea and sunrise was amazing. We were also able to borrow bicycles and enjoyed a one-hour cycling trip to a bakery a bit far away. Having the owner next door for immediate assistance if needed provided great peace of mind. While this villa is perfect in every way, my only suggestion would be to provide slippers for use on the terrace. Thank you for your hospitality during our stay; we look forward to visiting again!

Located in the heart of the sightseeing area, the location is excellent. It was my first time using self check-in, but it went smoothly without any issues. The Room was spacious enough, clean, and very comfortable. I tried to make a Reservation for the private bath, but only the next day was available. Since there were no Hotel staff on duty at that time to ask for help, I gave up. It said Reservations could be made until 11:00 PM on the same day, so I may have made a mistake during the process. One request: even though it is in a tourist area, I would like you to reconsider having guests store their luggage in a shared space under self-management.

I stayed in a mixed dormitory Room with bunk beds. In addition to the front lobby, there were other spaces where I could relax, and every interior had a stylish atmosphere—staying only one night felt like a waste. Thanks to that, I was able to see Mt. Fuji at sunset. The staff—a kind handsome man and a cute woman—were very attentive, and it was an Accommodation where I felt safe even as a solo traveler. Thank you very much. If I may be greedy, it would be nice to have an electric fan in the shared washbasin area outside the shower room—just my personal thought. Overall, I was very satisfied with this Accommodation.

The Room was simple, modern, functional, and very comfortable—more like a Business Hotel in the city center. It was clean throughout, and housekeeping was thorough. I stayed alone for a Multiple Night Stay in the Studio Apartment (with kitchen / up to 3 guests). In addition to one double bed, there was also a large sofa bed, so it would likely work for three guests if traveling with small children. Check-in is normally at 4:00 PM, but since the Room was ready, they kindly let me in at 11:00 AM. The front desk staff were polite and helpful, offering a chair and coffee while I waited. The necessary furniture and appliances were compactly arranged and easy to use. The long desk along the wall and two chairs also made it convenient for working on a laptop. Please note that the Cancellation Fee is 100% from the time of Reservation, so it’s best to confirm this in advance for peace of mind.

We stayed here for my son’s entrance exams. It was our first time using a fully digital system for both check-in and unlocking the Room, so we were a little confused at first, but the keyless setup was convenient and easy to use. (When I called the phone number provided because I wasn’t sure what to do, they answered right away and kindly helped me, which was reassuring.) The Room is an apartment unit with a kitchen, so you can do simple cooking. It was also more spacious than a Hotel Room and had a dining table and sofa, allowing my son to relax during his exam stay. There was also a washing machine, which was very helpful since we had a Multiple Night Stay. There are convenience stores, supermarkets, and an entertainment district nearby, so finding meals was never a problem. It was very comfortable and we liked it so much that we would like to stay again for trips as well.
