This is a perfect Ryokan with meticulous attention to every detail. The building is beautifully maintained, and the finishes and Facilities feel refined. The Onsen is excellent, and the amenities are well stocked. The meals are delicious, served on beautiful tableware, and satisfy both taste and presentation. Drink prices are reasonable as well. The location is close to Yubatake, making it easy to enjoy a stroll around the area. I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

The Room was spacious, the Facilities were excellent, and everything was kept very clean, making for a wonderful stay. I made a Reservation without breakfast, but changed it and tried it—everything was delicious. Each ingredient left a great impression. Best of all was the staff service; everyone was extremely courteous and made my stay very comfortable. The next time I stay in Naha, I would love to return.

This was a high-quality Accommodation where you could truly appreciate the chef’s excellent sense of taste in both the quality and quantity of the food. The bath was also wonderful and left a strong impression on me. I was particularly struck by a Nepalese female staff member who spoke Japanese well; she looked worried because a local bridge in her hometown had been washed away in a landslide disaster in Nepal.

Although the weather was unfortunately cloudy with occasional squall-like showers and brief sunny spells during our stay, we were still able to fully enjoy the resort atmosphere. The location is just over an hour from Naha Airport, making it a great base for getting anywhere. Highly recommended in every respect—Facility, dining, and service.

I stayed here for the first time on my return to Hakodate after a long time, choosing it for its great access and high ratings. It’s conveniently located just steps from Hakodate Station, with the morning market right in front, and I loved the Room, the view, and the bed. The Onsen open-air bath was also wonderful. If you don’t need a lavish breakfast buffet, this Hotel is a great choice. One small point: I unfortunately didn’t like the coffee from the coffee machine in the 17th-floor lounge—it tasted surprisingly strong. Have the staff tried it? The lounge atmosphere is very nice, but I couldn’t fully relax there. It might be nice to have some refreshing drinks available after bathing. Tea bags for drinking in the Room were available near the elevators, but I would have appreciated drip coffee as well.

Thank you for your hospitality. The Room was great, the Onsen was great, and the meals were outstanding! Each dish was truly memorable. Although it was far from Ise Jingu Shrine, we were really glad we stayed two nights because we could enjoy dinner twice. Our dog also loved the delicious food. Thank you very much.

With only a few Rooms, it is quiet and offers a private atmosphere, making it ideal for guests who want to relax. The staff are very courteous, and the service is attentive. The meals featured plenty of delicious ingredients from Hakodate. It is conveniently located with easy access to buses and streetcars for getting around. We stayed in a Junior Suite Room, and our family was able to enjoy a comfortable, relaxing stay.

This was my second stay since staying at the end of June. On this trip I spent 6 nights in Nagoya—2 nights at other capsule hotels, 2 nights at Anshin Oyado, and 2 nights at a city hotel—but Anshin Oyado was still the best. The Facility is great, but I’m especially impressed by the staff’s hard work and attentiveness. The shared toilets, baths, and washbasins are kept spotless at all times—I honestly wonder how many times a day they make the rounds to clean. In terms of private space size, it can’t compete with a city hotel, of course, but I’m always amazed by how well-equipped the shared areas are. It’s such a wonderful Accommodation that I want to tell everyone about it—but I also want to keep it secret because I don’t want it to get too crowded.

I stayed at Dormy Inn Aomori on a solo trip. I often use a Business Hotel when traveling alone, but this Hotel was far too wonderful to be called just a Business Hotel. First, the breakfast: a buffet with many local dishes—I ended up eating more than I should in the morning. Next, the baths: the water was very pleasant, and there is also an open-air bath and a sauna. I was disappointed to see a foreign parent and child soaking and throwing towels in the tub, but aside from that I could relax at ease. It was also fun to enjoy the complimentary ice cream while looking at the night view after bathing, and the late-night soba service was great as well. With smaller noodles and a light broth, even an elderly woman like me could enjoy it. It’s about a 7-minute walk from Aomori Station. The route is straight so it’s easy not to get lost, and it was convenient that there is an airport bus stop right in front of the Hotel. The male front desk staff were also very kind. Overall I was extremely satisfied except for a faint smell of cigarette smoke in my Room. I will definitely visit again. Thank you very much.

This is a historic Accommodation, yet the staff are full of energy, and operations from check-in to check-out are efficient with no wasted time. The seasonal cuisine is truly delicious, and getting to the various baths is an adventure—through maze-like corridors and, in some areas, even across a suspension bridge. It’s packed with excitement! You can have a wonderful stay just at Kikuya alone, making it an Accommodation you’ll want to visit again and again. Both check-in and check-out are well designed and smooth, so there’s no waiting—excellent! Thank you very much for taking such great care of us again.

This was a Hotel I’d wanted to stay at for a long time, and it was exactly as I’d hoped—the open-air barrel bath on the top floor and the terrace at night were amazing. I arrived late for breakfast and was told once that the scrambled eggs were sold out, but they quickly made more and brought them to me. Parking was also free for 24 hours per night, making it a great Hotel I’d truly like to stay at again. The only disappointment was that there was some dust left under the window when I opened the blinds. Still, all of the staff were kind, which made my stay even better.

Convenient location The Room was compact yet very functional, and I had a very comfortable stay. On one day with strong winds, I could hear a bit of wind noise, but it was quiet once the wind died down. I appreciated the free parking.

We truly enjoyed the delicious meals at both breakfast and dinner. The bath was also very comfortable. The ocean view from our Room and from the large public bath was especially beautiful and memorable. By chance, we were able to see fireworks, which delighted our granddaughter. It was a lovely Hotel just a 5-minute walk from Kamakura Station. The large public bath wasn’t huge, but it was more than sufficient, and the breakfast restaurant was excellent. A short walk from the Hotel, you’ll also find plenty of great restaurants. I felt the Onarimachi side had more good shops than Komachi Street, and the area was very comfortable to spend time in.\nThe Room wasn’t large, but it felt well cared for in every detail.

Although my stay was brief due to work, both check-in and check-out were smooth using the machines, and the amenities were more than sufficient, making it very comfortable. I also enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the open, airy restaurant. Since I arrived late, there was nowhere to buy drinks or food other than the vending machines, which made me a little uneasy. However, I appreciated that the vending machines were well stocked. Above all, having a large public bath at a comfortable temperature allowed me to relax and ease my travel fatigue. The room also had a bathtub, and I thought it was wonderful to have both options available. Thank you very much.

I visit Kochi about twice a year, and this was my first time staying at the Comfort Hotel. The front desk staff, breakfast, and bed were all excellent, and I don’t think there are many Hotels that offer this level of service at this price. The on-site parking was full, but there were several affiliated parking lots nearby, which was very helpful. It would be perfect if in-and-out access for cars were included at this price, but I understand that’s difficult. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and I’d love to stay again.

My parents in their 70s stayed here. It was their first time in Kamikochi, and they were truly delighted to have received the best hospitality. This was my second stay, with the goal of simply enjoying a Hotel stay—something I love. This time I upgraded my Room and chose one with a terrace jacuzzi—and it was absolutely the right choice! The moment I walked in, I was blown away: high ceilings with an open atrium feel, curtains draped across wall-to-wall windows, a terrace larger than expected, and a generously sized jacuzzi. Even better, we enjoyed the jacuzzi with drinks—pure luxury. There was also a Bluetooth BOSE speaker, an AirDog air purifier, pajamas and bathrobes— every single amenity was excellent. The space was wide and stylish, and the beauty of the building from the outside carried through to the interior as well. I also fully enjoyed the lounge. Both the breakfast galette and every à la carte item were delicious—I stayed satisfied from start to finish. It was such a happy time! Done—I’ll definitely be back.

The meals, hospitality, Room, views, and bath—everything made for a wonderful stay. I have never had rice this delicious before. The tea was also excellent, and the grilled dried horse mackerel at breakfast was outstanding. In any case, I’m adding this Accommodation to my top five places I want to stay again.
