After the marathon, I entered the large public bath. The changing room is quite small and can get crowded with 3 or 4 people, but it was still nice to relax in the spacious bathtub. It's unfortunate that it will be closed at the end of February. The convenience store, new downtown area, and bus terminal are also nearby, making it very convenient.

The front desk staff’s exceptional thoughtfulness truly made us very happy. Thanks to the front desk staff, we had a wonderful time in Izumi City and throughout our trip to Kagoshima. I watched the news on TV and spent some time on YouTube. It was a nice experience to watch channels I don’t usually see—it really shows the times we live in.

The bathroom and other water facilities were very clean, and I was especially happy that the provided shampoo is now POLA. Last time I stayed, the air conditioner was already on when I entered the Room, which was very comfortable, but this time it wasn’t, so that was disappointing. Thank you as always for your kind and attentive service.

It’s been a while since I stayed somewhere that helps carry your luggage. (LOL) The service was polite and great. As for the meals, given the price I didn’t expect them to be like the photos, but they really were—especially the sashimi platter with a big spiny lobster, which was delicious and very satisfying. The building and Facility are a bit old, but the location is right by the beach so you can go for a walk, and I was very happy with breakfast while looking at the sea and the footbath!

The location is excellent, as it is close to Shin-Moji Port. Even if your ferry arrives there, it’s not a problem. Our ferry arrived more than three hours late this time, but the staff handled it without showing any displeasure. You can park your motorcycle right in front of the front desk, which made me feel very safe and well looked after. There are also gas stations and convenience stores on the way to the Hotel, which is very convenient.

A Hotel located at the ski resort with beautiful surrounding scenery. The front desk and restaurant staff were also pleasant and happy to chat with us. Meals vary by person, but for us seniors they were satisfying; the grilled dried fish with miso (octagonal?) was delicious and large, but we both finished it all. Onsen: there is no open-air bath, but it was spacious and satisfying.

It was my first time using the Facility in a while, and I had a comfortable stay in a wonderful space. What was disappointing was that, although I understand it may be due to the Hotel’s concept, there were too few laundry machines, so I couldn’t use them at the time I wanted.

The Room was a four-person dorm with bunk beds. I was bothered by the snoring from the person next to me, but luckily I had brought earplugs, which helped a bit. It was nice that water, coffee, lemon juice, and other drinks were available for free. I was disappointed that there were no hangers in the shower room, so I couldn’t hang my clothes. The female staff were very helpful, and I’m satisfied because I stayed at a great price. I plan to stay again.

I left my luggage first and checked in after going out, and it was very smooth to get to my Room. I was in Akita recently and stayed at the same Alpha-One Akita, and I thought the shower water pressure was strong and great. Sometimes the shower pressure is weak, which can be a problem when washing my hair, but this time it was excellent. The staff’s service was also smooth. I’m very satisfied because I was able to stay at a great price thanks to a campaign.

It was a very clean Hotel and absolutely wonderful. The amenities were well stocked, and coffee, consommé soup, and even bath salts were free. There was also a small shop selling snacks and sweets, which I recommend. Since it’s in the city center, the location is excellent. Our Room was close to the elevator, so we noticed a bit of noise, but once we fell asleep it wasn’t an issue. The shower water pressure was strong and great too. If I can stay at this price again, I’d definitely come back!

It’s in a very convenient location right near the shopping street, and the bath was clean and nice. Perhaps to save electricity, the lobby and elevator were hot, so I started sweating after my bath. I didn’t use them myself, but I think the services—such as drinks in the lobby and free breakfast—are excellent. It’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

The Accommodation Fee was lower than nearby hotels at the time of reservation, so I was a bit concerned, but the service, cleanliness, and facilities were excellent, making it very relaxing. I would like to use this accommodation again when staying in Kofu.

This was my first stay, but the location was great, the price was reasonable, and the Room was clean. If I had to mention one thing, the Room air conditioning did not work very well.

Our stay for three men, all turning 72 this year, was very enjoyable. - We could park right in front of the Hotel, and the lift ticket counter is connected to the front desk. The 1-day pass was inexpensive (about half the price of other ski resorts), and Accommodation guests also received a 500-yen discount. - Both the Room and the large public bath were spacious, so we could relax. The dinner buffet included 1 hour of all-you-can-drink, and although there was no all-you-can-eat crab option, dishes were replenished quickly when they ran out, which we enjoyed. - A few points to consider: the air conditioner in the Room was quite noisy, and there were no chairs in the ski locker room. Also, the shop’s refrigerator only had ice cream and no ice; unfortunately, a store diagonally across from the parking lot had sold out of ice as well. All of the Southeast Asian staff at both reception and the restaurant were very pleasant—thank you for a wonderful ski trip.

I always have a comfortable stay here. The front desk staff are also very pleasant.

We used the Parent-and-Child Trip Plan and the 50+ & Weekday Plan. Our Room was a Japanese-modern suite with a Shigaraki-ware open-air bath (smoking allowed). Spacious and comfortable! The bed was great too! And with breakfast and dinner included, it was just over JPY 11,000 per person—such a good deal! I use e-cigarettes, but even though an ashtray was provided, the Room didn’t smell of smoke at all, so I felt bad and ended up smoking outside. There are ashtrays in several places within the Facility, which was helpful. There isn’t much around within walking distance, so we decided to enjoy our time at the Accommodation. The karaoke was busy, but we managed to get a one-hour slot (additional charge). The karaoke room is quite spacious. The baths do not allow tattoos. My daughter used the public bath while I used the tub in our Room. She said the public bath felt wonderful. The in-room bath was also very comfortable with a nice view. One thing to note: I couldn’t find a faucet for washing up by the bath—maybe there was one? Since there is a separate shower room, I washed there and then moved to the bath. The bathroom door has good soundproofing, so noise hardly reached the bedroom. I relaxed while playing music on my phone. One more thing... The bathroom is fully visible from the bedroom, so when my daughter wanted to use it, I went for a walk outside. A small screen or partition would be helpful. There were bathrobes, but only two small towels and no bath towels. I had brought my own and used that; if you hang it on a hanger it dries quickly. The tub is fairly large and deep—very comfortable. We often stay at Livemax when exploring around Izu, and this place also has great food. I like lively buffet atmospheres, so we enjoyed it here as well. All-you-can-eat salmon roe at both dinner and breakfast—this was amazing! Dinner items like meat and shrimp sashimi were great too, and breakfast breads and egg dishes were delicious. The shower head, hair dryer, and iron were all ReFa—my daughter was thrilled. They really are nice. From check-in to check-out, all staff provided excellent service. Service in the restaurant was also attentive, making our time very comfortable overall. Thanks to you all, my daughter and I had a wonderful trip. Thank you! *One small concern: When we entered the Room there were empty cans and some trash left in the bin. It seemed like something had been missed during cleaning—and I also wondered why someone would throw cans into that bin.

The open-air bath had a window, and I bathed with the screen in place. The Room had a great view, so I could relax and enjoy the scenery while soaking. The Room was compact, and the washbasin was right next to the bed; at first I found it a bit surprising, but it was actually convenient for drying my hair and getting ready. The Room felt slightly humid. I was disappointed that the toilet paper holder and the bath shelf were coming loose. Also, other LiVEMAX properties offered coffee service, but this one did not, and the coffee served with meals tasted weak. The meals were excellent—the simmered splendid alfonsino (kinmedai) was especially delicious, and the Japanese set breakfast was also very good. All of the staff were very pleasant, so I had a comfortable stay. I would definitely like to visit again.
