The carefully prepared, healthy cuisine; the clean and stylish Room; the luxurious amenities; and the bath where you can soak and relax while listening to the gentle murmur of the river—everything was deeply satisfying, making for a truly wonderful stay. What stayed with me most was the hospitality of all the staff. There were several international team members as well, and seeing them warmly serve guests in Japanese with great effort, while striving to embrace Japanese culture, was truly heartwarming. This is an Accommodation I would love to visit again. Thank you very much for such a wonderful time.

Everything was wonderful, and I was especially impressed by how spacious the private bath was. Of course, the bath in the Room was also very relaxing, the meals were delicious, and the staff were kind and attentive—I loved everything. If I could make just one indulgent request, I would appreciate it if you could offer more savory snacks in the lounge (I wouldn’t mind paying for them), rather than only sweet items.

I stayed here with a friend this March and was so impressed that I returned in July with my family (as a couple). The dining menu had changed to a summer menu, so we were able to enjoy it again with a fresh perspective. With only eight parties staying at a time, this is a hidden-gem Accommodation: the Rooms are spacious, yet limited to two adults per Room. It’s perfect for anyone who wants to relax and unwind in peace. On the other hand, you won’t find sweeping views of Sagami Bay like those from the balcony of a high-rise Hotel (you can see the sea and Oshima Island, but they feel distant), nor is there an expansive garden. There is also no Shuttle Service from the station, so I recommend it for guests who don’t mind that. It’s well suited for making memories as a couple or with your best friend, and for celebrating anniversaries or special occasions. The in-Room open-air bath is spacious, and after bathing you can relax on chairs on the balcony. The food is delicious and very generous in portion size—and the timing of each course being served is excellent. The bedding was comfortable and I slept soundly. Considering this level of quality and service, the Plan pricing is reasonable. I would definitely like to return again.

We stayed in a Room with an open-air bath, and it was excellent—the amenities were well stocked and the Room was clean and comfortable. Both dinner and breakfast were luxurious and delicious. The service was also very polite and attentive. This is a Ryokan we would definitely recommend.

All staff were wonderful and attentive. Thank you for accommodating my husband’s dietary preferences. The food was delicious, and the beautiful tableware made it a feast for the eyes as well. The Room was lovely, and the bath was spacious, allowing us to relax and enjoy the Onsen at our leisure—we were impressed by everything. Thank you very much.

Iya Bijin is an Accommodation famous for soba. I had carelessly forgotten this, and since my son has a severe buckwheat allergy, we made a last-minute request to remove all foods related to soba. During our stay, they took great care with the meals, and both dinner and breakfast were wonderful—such as ayu sashimi and dekomawashi—and my son ate so much it surprised even us. Of course, he had no allergic symptoms at all. Thank you very much.

It was a wonderful Accommodation. The Room size and the open-air bath were both just right for relaxing. The staff were also lovely, with the perfect sense of distance, and it was very soothing. I’m quite strict about cleanliness, but it was flawless. I’d love to stay again. For this price, the quality makes me want to come back.

We stayed here to celebrate my mother’s birthday, and thanks to the wonderful hospitality, it was truly a great trip! Just steps from Mejiro Station and next to the wooded grounds of Gakushuin University, this Hotel is in a wonderful location that makes you forget the bustle of the city. The Starbucks on the front desk floor is a relaxing spot where both younger and older guests unwind. Breakfast vouchers can be used at Starbucks or at Doutor, about a 1-minute walk from the Hotel. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafes around the Hotel, so finding somewhere to eat was never an issue. Coffee next to the front desk is free and unlimited. We bought treats from a nearby cake shop and bakery, picked up paper plates and wooden forks at the front desk, poured coffee, and enjoyed everything in our Room. The chocolate cake from Trad Mejiro across from the Hotel was especially delicious. Perhaps because we stayed on weekdays, we were assigned a twin Room. It was spacious and very clean. The beds are Simmons and very comfortable, and separate pajama sets are provided. Amenities are self-serve next to the front desk, but there was more than enough—having 7 or 8 types of bath salts was a pleasant surprise. The bathtub was large enough to soak comfortably and helped us relax. It was quiet and extremely comfortable, so we canceled our Accommodation in Ikebukuro and extended our stay here instead. A twin wasn’t available for all nights so we had to change Rooms, but they arranged everything around our schedule and made the move smooth. Thanks to that—and to staff who always greeted us with smiles—we had a truly pleasant stay.

The dog run, the Onsen, and the meals—everything was really great! The buffet was good, but the set meal dishes were especially excellent. It was raining on our stay date, so thank you very much for letting us check in around 2:30. There were welcome drinks as well, which was wonderful. The Onsen was small, but the water was very nice. We would definitely like to stay again.

My first trip to Nikko felt far from Osaka, but I was finally able to visit Ritz, which I had wanted to go to for so long. It was such an extraordinary experience and incredibly refreshing. The weather wasn’t great, but the temperature was 10°C lower than in Osaka, which made it very comfortable. The Room was beautiful and had a view of Lake Chuzenji. Above all, the Onsen was the best! At first, I thought the sulfur scent was quite strong when I stepped in, but the water left my skin silky smooth—I wanted to soak in it every day. That night we had burgers via in-room dining; they were hearty, delicious, and left us completely satisfied! I also chose the Japanese breakfast I had been looking forward to, and it absolutely lived up to expectations. We used the shuttle bus as well. I thought I might get carsick on Irohazaka, but the driver’s careful and skillful driving really impressed me. It became a truly wonderful memory. Thank you very much.

We were very satisfied with both the Facility and the meals. In particular, we were truly impressed by the wonderful thoughtfulness of all the staff—those at the front desk, those who served our meals, those who saw us off at the entrance, and those who kept the property clean. Conveniently located, reasonably priced, and kept very clean throughout the Facility. It’s also nice to be able to move around the Facility, including the dining area, in Room wear. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and I enjoyed a well-balanced and satisfying meal. I will continue to stay here in the future.

This Hotel is directly connected to Iyotetsu Matsuyama-shi Station, which was convenient since I planned to take an express bus the day after my stay. The Room and the large public bath were both very clean and well maintained. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which included local specialties (Uwajima-style sea bream rice and five kinds of mandarin orange juice). Since I enjoyed Onsen at Dogo Onsen Honkan, I only needed a place to stay and a good breakfast, so I was very satisfied and felt it offered great value for money.

Early in the morning, the view of the Hakuba Sanzan from the window was breathtaking. The Room was new and comfortable, and having fas amenities was an excellent choice! The only downside was the hair dryer—it was practical, but its performance wasn’t great. The food was delicious, and the wine pairing made for a truly enjoyable time. Breakfast was also lavish and very high quality. The service was attentive, and I was very satisfied.

This was our first visit as a couple. We watched YouTube videos beforehand, but the real experience was even better.\n The pool was simply wonderful. We were surprised by how large the infinity pool is.\n If the water temperature had been a bit warmer, we might have been able to relax for longer.\n The sauna, on the other hand, felt a little too hot.\n The Room was simple and easy to use.\n If possible, as seniors we would have appreciated standard cotton pajamas with long sleeves and long pants. The bathrobes and towels were very comfortable.\n For dinner, we ordered the vegetarian course. It was creative and delicious, and we left completely full. The vegetables were excellent and highly recommended.\n Breakfast was a sandwich, salad, and soup; it would be nice to have something warm and freshly made as well.\n All in all, we were very satisfied. We’re happy to find such a wonderful Hotel in Chiba Prefecture.\n The staff were also very kind. Please keep up the great work.\n We will definitely visit again.

Surrounded by delicious meals, a free-flowing natural hot spring bath, and adorable cats, I was able to spend a gentle, peaceful time. Thank you very much.

The meals were truly outstanding. The sake pairings were also excellent. This is an Accommodation I definitely want to return to for the first time in a while.

It was a very relaxing Accommodation. Although the building has a sense of history, it was thoroughly cleaned and well maintained, so we enjoyed a very comfortable stay. The staff kindly accommodated many of our requests, and we truly appreciate it. Of course, the service was excellent! The meals were also delicious, including Yonezawa beef filet steak and shabu-shabu. The semi-open-air bath in the Room was supplied with natural hot spring water, and the quality of the water was wonderful. It is an Accommodation that made us want to come back for a Multiple Night Stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed everything—the large public bath, the private bath, drinks in the lobby, snacks, dinner, and beverages. The only disappointment was that I dozed off after dinner again this time and couldn’t try the curry. We will stay again. Thank you very much.
