We were looking for a Hotel in the Tenjin area with a room for three adults. Access from Tenjin-Minami Station on the Nanakuma Line was convenient, but the directions say Exit 5 is the closest. For travelers with suitcases, however, the stairs were tough and it was hard to tell which direction the Hotel was in. If you have luggage, I think Exit 3 is better because you can use an escalator. On the way from Exit 3 to the Hotel, you pass Exit 5 anyway, so there isn’t much difference in distance. Since it’s a Hotel and many guests have luggage, I would appreciate clearer guidance on which station exit is best (e.g., “escalator available” or “stairs only”). The Hotel itself was very comfortable. The toothbrush had an eco-friendly design that was a bit difficult to use, but I understand it as cost-saving. Thank you very much.

We stayed as a couple on 8/5. The Ryokan is located around the middle of the Akayu Onsen town. Arriving at the entrance on a quiet midsummer afternoon, we were warmly welcomed by a beautiful proprietress. The artworks displayed throughout were truly beautiful and valuable, with a nostalgic yet mysterious feel—it was like visiting a hidden museum surrounded by majestic mountains. The Onsen baths included a Roman-style bath and a rock bath. Everything was kept very clean, and the artistic atmosphere carried through. Best of all, the water was pleasantly hot and felt great for stiff shoulders and nerve pain. The shower pressure was strong too—excellent. We ate nearby this time, but it sounds like they offer carefully curated menus. And the Room: a spacious Japanese-style Room, welcome tea and sweets, and a large TV. We were very satisfied. I also saw comments from others saying the facilities and building are old—but that’s exactly part of its charm. I hope it can remain just as it is for as long as possible. It was an old-fashioned, artistic Ryokan where we could truly relax and feel healed. Thank you very much!

Two women stayed in a Japanese-style, smoking Room. The Room did not smell strongly of cigarettes. Please be careful of steps in the Room and level differences on the floor. The morning toast and coffee service was a good value for the price.

This was our first stay with our family of four and our Toy Poodle. Some Reviews mentioned that the property is old or has an odor, but once we arrived, we found the staff’s service, the meals, and the Facility to be more than satisfactory. We stayed here on our first trip to Tottori as a family of five. We were surprised at how reasonably priced it was, including the Room, bath, and meals. Everything exceeded our expectations. They also offer yukata rentals for your stay, and our children were happy to choose their favorite patterns.

Last week, I stayed at this Ryokan with a friend and had a wonderful night. The Onsen is excellent, and our Room was equipped with Onsen water and a wooden bathtub, which made for a very relaxing experience. I also truly appreciated how quickly the staff called me when I left something behind, allowing me to retrieve it safely. Please note that the bus service in front of the Ryokan stops running at 3:00 PM.

I was able to stay at a very reasonable price. It is also conveniently located just a short walk from the station. Best of all, the food was excellent. Dinner was stylish and very delicious. Breakfast was also delicious. I will come again. Thank you very much.

I used it for sightseeing purposes. The Room was well cleaned, with plenty of amenities and easy to use, and above all, the food was delicious. On the downside, the Wi-Fi did not connect at all. Although it was a corner Room on the upper floor, this was disappointing. If there is no improvement, it is fine for sightseeing purposes, but I felt it would be difficult to use for business purposes.

A relaxing trip with my grandchild and three sisters. Since it was just over 10,000 yen per person, we didn’t have very high expectations, but the front desk staff were kind and explained everything clearly. The Room was more spacious than we expected, which was great, but it was disappointing that the floor cushions were old and worn. The meals were delicious, with plenty of desserts that we enjoyed as well. Above all, the staff who assisted us in the dining area and hallways—and everyone we met—spoke to us kindly and made us feel comfortable. Regardless of the Accommodation cost, a good personality really matters. It was very good overall.

This was my third stay. The Facility has a retro Showa-era feel, but it is well maintained, and I always enjoy a comfortable stay. Above all, it’s very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Close to the station and convenient for dining nearby. The Room was clean and well-maintained. If I had to mention something, the bathtub might be a bit small. I would love to stay again if I have the chance.

The front desk staff were kind, there was a welcome drink, a large public bath, and breakfast—especially the curry—was delicious. When I checked in, the front desk staff said, “It was hot outside, wasn’t it? Please enjoy plenty of cold drinks,” which made me very happy. I went ahead and made my next Reservation right away. I have stayed here several times, but it had been a while, so the front desk staff gave me a thorough explanation, which was easy to understand. The welcome drink service included Kurashiki’s delicious local sake “Ishichi,” and I enjoyed a small taste. Being able to enjoy the Onsen is unique to Super Hotel, and it was very relaxing and helped me recover from the day’s fatigue. Breakfast offered plenty of salads I liked, along with a wide variety of side dishes—everything was delicious. I would like to stay again.

I had a Multiple Night Stay. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, so I was able to stay comfortably. When a group came in, the staff asked if I could shift my breakfast time, and they also made announcements and posted notices so we wouldn’t overlap, which allowed me to enjoy breakfast at a relaxed pace. However, one thing: breakfast was buffet-style, but I didn’t realize drinks were available until the last day—after I had finished eating—when I heard staff informing other guests. That part was a little disappointing. There wasn’t much noise, and parking was easy as well. Personally, I would like to stay at AZ again if I have the chance.
