It was very quiet and relaxing as it is a bit away from the station. The bathroom and toilet were extremely clean and bright, which alone made it worthwhile! The breakfast was delicious, and the front desk staff provided excellent service at this wonderful accommodation. If I visit Fukui again, I will definitely make a reservation at this hotel.

This time I stayed as a solo traveler. Even during meals, I didn’t feel self-conscious at all and was able to fully enjoy the dining experience. I used the Onsen upon arrival and again for a morning bath, and it felt wonderful—especially the carbonated bath, which I loved. I’d like to visit again. It was also an excellent base for sightseeing.

I returned to Hofu City for the first time in 20 years. The town had not changed much. The Hotel staff were very kind and left a great impression.

Since the Accommodation is a renovated warehouse, the Room is a little on the dark side, but very clean. I would like to stay here again when I visit Onomichi. Thank you very much.

The stay was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, but there was a lingering smell of cigarettes in the hallway on the floor we stayed on. Perhaps it used to be a smoking floor? The Room had an air purifier, so it didn’t bother us. Overall, we were very satisfied.

With many restaurants within walking distance, you won’t have trouble finding dinner after check-in. The large public bath also includes an outdoor tub shaped like a pot. Perhaps because Tanabata was approaching, tanzaku wish strips were on display, giving the entrance a seasonal feel. I felt comfortable staying here.

Although we arrived late at night for check-in, we were grateful that you welcomed us warmly. The Room and washroom were very clean and well maintained. We would like to stay again if we have the opportunity.

I always stay here when I go to watch the Carp. It’s close to the stadium, and best of all, there’s a large public bath, plus breakfast and dinner included— that price is unbeatable. I’ll definitely stay here again next year.

I stayed here for the first time in 30 years. The building is old, but it was well cleaned and felt very clean overall. I spoke with a staff member who said they have been working here for about 15 years—keep up the good work. The friendly greetings at the buffet venue were also very welcoming. Last time it was just my spouse and me, but this time we came with our two children. We watched the fireworks from the lakeshore, and the kids were truly impressed. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

My family often stays at Itoen Hotel in the Izu area, and this time I stayed alone in the Atami area. At check-in, the front desk staff provided a very polite explanation and made a great impression. Even though I was traveling solo, they suggested karaoke, and when I couldn’t find the parking lot and used a nearby paid parking lot instead, they came outside to explain where it was—truly guest-focused service that I really appreciated. Despite my last-minute Reservation, they accommodated my requests, and I was able to enjoy stunning views of Atami from my Room. While the Room does show its age, it was well cleaned and comfortable for resting. I also used two baths—one in the South Wing and one in the Main Building—and both had great views that washed away my daily fatigue. In the dining area, it left a good impression that staff would say things like “Thank you for waiting—○○ is ready,” as they replenished items that had run out. The food was consistently good in a reassuring way, and I enjoyed everything—including the all-you-can-drink option. Next time, I’d like to visit with my family again. Thank you very much—it was a wonderful Hotel.

We stayed as a family of five. The Room was spacious, and we were able to relax. There was also a Shuttle Service for sightseeing, which made our trip very worthwhile. We enjoyed the buffet, and everything was delicious. The Hotel staff were also very helpful. We would like to visit again with our family.

I stayed at the accommodation during my visit to Nagoya to watch a play. The room was bright, with a separate bath and toilet, making my stay very comfortable. The lighting at the sink was excellent, and I especially liked the shampoo provided in the amenities. I woke up early and enjoyed a delicious breakfast. I stayed here for a one-night, two-day trip to Sapporo. It’s just a short walk to the subway, making it easy to get around and sightsee toward both Sapporo Station and Shin-Sapporo. The Hotel was very clean, and the bed was spacious with just the right firmness, which helped me recover from travel fatigue. With a large public bath and sauna on site, this is a highly recommended Hotel.

This was my first time staying here, and I had a comfortable stay. However, when I returned to the Hotel by car while nearby restaurants were open, the parking lot was full and it was a bit difficult to find a place to park. It would be helpful if parking spaces could be reserved for guests.

I booked with some worries because the negative Review stuck with me. In conclusion, if you don’t expect too much, you can be satisfied. The sukiyaki catering was generous and very satisfying. Breakfast was served individually rather than buffet-style, so we could eat at a relaxed pace. Drinks, rice, and pork miso soup were self-serve with free refills. Since it was a cool day—almost chilly—our dog stayed in a crate in the car. Honestly, it was a hassle that check-in/out and breakfast were at a Hotel about 5 minutes away by car. You’re given a map for the cottage, but it’s extremely hard to understand. I’d like them to place arrows or signs at key turning points on site to make it clearer. The roads are narrow, and at night you’ll definitely get lost. The short set of steps from where you park to the cottage is tough. With lots of luggage for both people and our dog, you can’t use a cart either. It probably depends on the Room, but there was a full set of kitchen items, which was very convenient. No seasonings are provided. The large refrigerator and having plastic wrap available were small but helpful touches. The tap water is drinkable as-is, but if that bothers you, it’s better to bring your own drinks. The refrigerator is empty. It was inconvenient that there was only one bath towel and one smaller towel (the size you take into an Onsen bath area) per person. I’d be happy if there were two of each. Also, please provide newer towels—the ones for dogs were fluffier, and I honestly couldn’t tell which were meant for people. I was very concerned about dampness in the closet where the bedding is stored and in the connected wardrobe area. It would be better managed with a dehumidifier. The insects I worried about were within an acceptable range; given the surrounding environment it can’t really be helped, so if you can’t handle bugs you should look for another Accommodation. The building itself is honestly old, but the Facility has been updated and everything was kept clean. Because it’s a detached building unit-by-unit style accommodation , it was very quiet and we could relax slowly. There are no loungewear sets and amenities are minimal so it’s different from staying at a Hotel , but checkout is also at 11:00 so we could take our time; we were very satisfied being able to spend time at our family’s pace . It might also be good to choose no meals , shop at supermarkets like Tsuruya or roadside stations , then prepare everything yourself . That way , you can stay with your dog all day too .

The souvenir corner offered a variety of adorable items, and I couldn't resist purchasing some. The Room was comfortable and provided a pleasant stay. The meals, made with local ingredients, were absolutely delicious. However, it was a bit disappointing that the crowd made it feel rushed as we had to line up for everything.

The service was courteous, and the Room felt spacious. Amenities were well stocked, including toner, emulsion, facial cleanser, a toothbrush set, a comb, coffee, tea, and stirrers. I rated the bathroom and toilet 3 because they felt a bit dated.

All staff are Japanese and very courteous. Their service is excellent, so you can feel at ease. The breakfast here is outstanding!
