I was able to relax in a clean and spacious Room. Above all, the staff were kind and attentive wherever I went, which made my stay very pleasant. I also appreciated being able to adjust the portions of rice and miso soup myself. I would like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

The staff were kind and attentive, and I truly appreciated their support. Not only at the front desk, but also when we brought dishes back they promptly collected them, quickly disposed of used slippers and bags, and returned everything neatly. Their greetings in the dining area were also courteous and consistent. Overall, it felt like they paid close attention to guests and provided thoughtful service. The guest room had well-maintained Facility features, and cleaning was thorough down to every corner. One point for improvement: while using the Onsen in the open-air bath attached to the room, bees and longhorn beetles sometimes flew in or came close. I think it would be helpful to install a movable insect screen (even just during summer). For meals, semi-private seating was available, so we could dine calmly. Also, when items ran out at the buffet, they were replenished quickly, which was great.

The Onsen is mild, silky-smooth, and very relaxing. The Kiso River cormorant fishing season had also begun, and we could see it right in front of the Hotel. Both my friends and I were truly impressed. The Hotel staff were kind and took great care of us.

We stayed with three people and enjoyed a very pleasant, comfortable, and affordable stay.

I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and ate my fill. It was a great way to start the day with energy!

I stayed here during a rail trip. Since it was close to the station and all I wanted was to shower and sleep, I didn’t have high expectations. The building looked old, and I thought the Room would be small... The unit bath was indeed small, but the toilet had a bidet function, so I had no particular complaints. The Room felt more spacious than the numbers suggest, and the bed was very comfortable. Surprisingly, the Room key was a card type. My west-facing Room had a train view, but perhaps due to seismic reinforcement there was a diagonal beam across the window that got in the way a bit. There were no meals provided, but there is a supermarket and convenience stores about a 5-minute walk away, so it wasn’t an issue. I don’t think I’ll stop by Shingu very often, but if I do, I’d like to stay here again.

We stayed here during the summer holidays. True to its reputation as a hidden hot spring in Tohoku, the location was quite challenging to reach, but it was a wonderful Accommodation. The interior was kept very clean, and arrangements of lisianthus and asters placed here and there were soothing. One minor point—perhaps due to the deep mountain setting and humidity—the indoor toilet had a slight musty smell at times, but otherwise it was a very comfortable Ryokan.

Even though the building is 300 years old, it has been carefully maintained down to every detail, and we had a very comfortable stay. Above all, the staff were truly wonderful. We would love to visit Kurashiki again, and Yoshii Ryokan will be our only choice. Thank you very much!

I stayed here during Golden Week! There were a lot of people around Nara Park, but the area around the Hotel felt like a quiet residential neighborhood, so I was able to relax in peace. I was a little disappointed that I had to close the curtain for privacy when using the open-air bath in the Room (though I understand it couldn’t be helped). The Room was spacious and very clean. Personally, I also loved how cute the coffee and tea cups were—it made me happy. I booked a plan with two meals included, and both were beautifully presented, with great taste and satisfying portions! I stopped by before check-in to leave my luggage, and they gave me a map of the area and explained recommended places in detail, including how long it would take from the Hotel. At check-in as well, the staff member who showed me to my Room told me about some famous shops—everyone’s thoughtfulness truly meant a lot to me. Thank you very much!!

Close to Ningyocho Station and within walking distance to Suitengu Shrine, the location was very convenient. Since it was just for accommodation, good subway access was all I needed. This time, I looked for a hotel near Tokyo Station as I participated in the Tokyo Marathon. The route from Suitengumae Station to Otemachi Station and then Tokyo Station was convenient, as well as from Ningyocho Station to Higashi-Ginza Station on foot and then Ginza Station to Tokyo Station. To reach the starting point at Shinjuku Station, I could take the Tokyo Metro from either Ginza or Tokyo Stations.

I was upgraded and enjoyed a spacious room in the accommodation I stayed at before. Thank you very much. It's close to the station, and next time, I'd like to try the curry lunch!

I stayed overnight after a banquet the other day. The Room felt a bit small for a twin, but the view from the Room (Kansai International Airport was beautifully visible) was great, and I woke up feeling refreshed. It seems to be a relatively new Hotel, and it was very clean. The price with breakfast was also reasonable, and I would stay again if I have the chance. However, since it was my first time, it took some effort to find my way into the parking lot. From the second time on, it should be fine.

I stayed here for a concert. The flat parking lot was spacious, and the cafe and front desk staff were friendly and helpful with warm smiles. The Room was also spacious, and since checkout was at 11:00, I was able to relax and take my time. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

We stayed at this Ryokan for my parents’ therapeutic hot-spring retreat. It’s a Ryokan that’s difficult to reach without a car, but it had a wonderful atmosphere. The staff were especially kind, and we truly enjoyed our stay. My elderly parents were delighted with the nostalgic Japanese-style room. There are many stairs inside the Accommodation, and my father, whose legs have started to weaken, had a bit of difficulty walking around the building. We had breakfast, and it was delicious Japanese food that left us completely full.

The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, with great smiles. Considering the Onsen and complimentary drinks, you can really see the Hotel’s efforts in terms of value for money.

I always stay here when I’m in Takamatsu. The staff are very courteous, and I always feel comfortable during my stay. Personally, I really like the complimentary drinks service, but if I may ask for a little more, I would be happy if the hours could be extended a bit. Thank you for considering it. Whenever I travel, I stay at this Hotel chain. The Room is very clean and compact, but it has plenty of space for sleeping. It’s just a little disappointing that the parking lot has only a limited number of spaces.

In every way, this was the best Hotel I have ever stayed at. I will make another Reservation through IKYU.

I visited again for the first time in 10 years. This is an Accommodation I used to visit occasionally in summer since childhood, and over the years I noticed changes with the times—such as the former dining area with live fish tanks and the sushi restaurant being gone, while Rooms with open-air baths have been added. Just as I remembered, the pool where small children can play safely and the wonderful sea—where you can see fish swimming even close to shore—are still there, and we thoroughly enjoyed the crystal-clear water. It’s a fantastic environment for a family summer trip. The nighttime Tsunoshima tour was also memorable; the guide’s explanations were detailed and very interesting. Highly recommended.
