Although it was booked at short notice, the semi-double bed was spacious and comfortable for relaxing. Due to the Room layout, the TV is very close to the desk, so it is not suitable for working at the desk while watching TV. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

This was my first stay here while sightseeing with friends. The ninjas, samurai, butlers, etc. projected at the front desk react during the check-in process, which is fun, but otherwise it’s a perfectly normal Hotel and not as “weird” as it sounds. Since it’s a new Hotel, the Room was clean, the linens were fresh, and the amenities were more than sufficient—in fact, some items like toothbrushes were better than at the official USJ partner Hotel we stayed at in Osaka the day before. It was a very solid Hotel overall. Being able to see the Skytree illumination from the rooftop terrace is a plus, and having a FamilyMart on the first floor made it convenient to quickly buy drinks and other items. Unmanned check-in/out was easy and convenient, and although I expected it to be completely unmanned, staff came by regularly to properly assist foreign guests and travelers who weren’t familiar with the process, which left a good impression. Breakfast felt pricey (2,200 yen if purchased on the day), so we didn’t use it. If you come expecting lots of “quirkiness,” you might feel underwhelmed outside of the front desk area—but as an affordable and clean Accommodation considering its location and facilities, I have no complaints. I’d like to stay again if I have another chance.

Conveniently located along a main road in Wakkanai, with many nearby facilities essential for travelers, including convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and gas stations. The Room was quiet and I was able to rest well. It was No Meals Included, but since I was leaving early in the morning, it perfectly suited my needs! I think it’s a good Hotel.

Because I expected to check in late at night for work, I chose this Hotel for its large public bath hours—open until 2:00 a.m., with a sauna—which are much longer than those at nearby Business Hotels. The building feels a bit dated in places, but it was acceptable. I also liked the comfortable two-piece loungewear instead of a yukata. It’s right after you exit the interchange, so it’s truly convenient—I’d like to stay again.

This was our third stay, and we always leave satisfied. The meals offer a wide variety and generous portions, and everything is delicious. Some places look impressive but don’t taste great, but here you can tell they use carefully selected ingredients and the flavors are excellent. The Onsen coffee you can order at the front desk has a gentle taste and is very soothing. The bath in the Room also has silky Onsen water, so you can enjoy an Onsen soak anytime you like. Simply the best.

Thank you very much for your stay. Considering the Accommodation Fee, it was an excellent value. We were satisfied with both dinner and breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable, allowing us to enjoy a pleasant stay.

I have stayed here several times, but recently many nearby shops have closed, so it feels a bit quiet for shopping on foot. There is a 100-yen shop corner inside the Hotel, and the restaurant serves both breakfast and dinner, so there is no problem staying here, but I feel that options for walking around after check-in are somewhat limited.

It’s not a luxurious resort, but it was clean and the service, while understated, was reliable. The meals were not extravagant, but well-seasoned and very enjoyable. The Onsen was also satisfying, with both Kinsen and Ginsen available. For the price, this Onsen Hotel offers excellent value. If I have the chance, I would definitely like to stay again.

We had a wonderful, elegant time. The space itself reminded us of Japan all over again.

We’re a couple who look forward to staying in private rental Accommodations with our dog a few times a year. On our first trip back to Karuizawa in a while, the three of us (including our black Shiba) enjoyed a relaxing two-night stay at Murasakishikibu. We bought groceries locally and used the provided kitchen utensils and equipment (most essentials are available!). Having a washer and dryer was also very convenient for doing laundry. We felt the layout was comfortable for dogs as well. Since we stayed as two guests, the second floor could not be used. Because our dog tried to go up the stairs, we used luggage and cushions as a makeshift barrier; it would be nice if there were a simple safety gate if possible. Perhaps because the weather wasn’t sunny, the humidity was very high (70%–80%). We tried using the air conditioner’s dehumidifying mode, but with the high ceilings it didn’t work very effectively, so it felt a bit damp inside. That said, the high ceilings were wonderful and gave an open, airy feel. Overall, we’d rate it 4 stars!

I stay here every year when I return home. I’m very satisfied that the price doesn’t change even during the Obon season. I plan to stay again next year.

Booked a twin room urgently for a memorial service. I knew it was right in front of the Yaizu Interchange, and overall, it was a satisfying Business Hotel. Perhaps because it was a weekday, the Room, large public bath, and breakfast area were compact yet clean, quiet, and relaxing. The breakfast had many options, but I wished there were more fish dishes to reflect Yaizu's local flavor. The only concern was the smell from the unit bath's drainage system.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of 2 nights. While more places now won’t provide housekeeping unless you request it, I really appreciated that they cleaned the room while I was out even after 2:00 PM. Having the toilet and bath separated also made my Multiple Night Stay feel much more relaxing. The amenities were Sekkisei, and the breakfast was delicious. Because the Hotel is located near several expressways, I noticed some outside noise at night. Overall, it was a Hotel with a high level of satisfaction.

Their courteous service was excellent. I would like to use them again.

This was my first stay. The Room was compact, but the sink area and bathroom were separate, which was great. Everything was thoroughly cleaned, so I had a very comfortable stay. If I have the opportunity to stay again, I would be happy to do so. Thank you very much.

Located just steps from the subway exit. Despite my late arrival, the staff provided courteous service, which was very reassuring. I had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

This was my first stay here. The staff were very courteous, and the meals offered a wide variety of dishes. Being served in the Room allowed us to relax and take our time. I did notice some dark staining on the shower hose and floor in the bathing area, but there were many types of facial cleansers and serums available, as well as horse oil shampoo, which left both my skin and hair feeling great. Early in the morning by the sea, I went fishing at a spot I was shown and caught plenty of good-sized whiting. Because of the heat, it was a short trip, but I was very satisfied with the catch. Next time, I’ll visit during a cooler season. Overall, I was extremely satisfied—especially with the meals! Thank you again, and I look forward to staying with you again.

I stayed here for a concert at Kyocera Dome. Whenever there is a live show at the dome, I always choose this Hotel. During this stay, I suddenly felt unwell and had to ask the front desk to call an ambulance. They responded quickly and it was a huge help. Thank you very much. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around the Hotel, and it’s also very close to the station, which is extremely convenient. (This was my first time using the elevator, and I realized it isn’t far from the Hotel at all—so next time, when I have luggage, I’ll use the elevator.) I will stay here again when there’s another concert. Thank you for your help. Thank you very much.

It’s more than a 5-minute walk from Nagano Station, but unless it’s raining, the distance isn’t a concern. The Facility feels a bit dated, but it has everything you need, and the Room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast isn’t available, but there’s a nearby café just a short walk away where you can get an inexpensive toast set, so it wasn’t an issue.

Not only the front desk staff, but also the bus driver and the bathhouse staff were all very friendly and greeted us with warm smiles. The Onsen had a distinctive color like Arima Onsen, and there was a free-flowing bath fed directly from the source at about 34°C. It seemed even more popular than the open-air bath—and it was excellent. Shuttle Service for hiking Mt. Rishiri was also included, and the rice in the boxed lunch was great. Highly recommended.
