Our trip with two Toy Poodles and our family of four was so much fun! It was our first time staying overnight with our dogs, and also our first time at an Accommodation that welcomes pets. The Facility was well equipped, beautiful, and very clean. I have a dog allergy so I was worried, but I had no issues. The Onsen was amazing! We were concerned it might be hot since there is no air conditioning, but it was surprisingly cool for midsummer and very comfortable. Meals were described as a half buffet, so we expected only a few options, but there was a great variety of dishes and everything was delicious. They also had draft beer, and the drink selection was excellent. There was even a buffet for dogs, plus a snack corner. The photo spot and the lovely dog run were also fantastic! Yahoo Travel has a high Point Rate, and you can use your Earn Points in advance, so it felt like a much better deal than other sites. It looks like there are many affiliated Hotels as well, so we would definitely like to stay again.

I chose to stay nearby on purpose so I could relax. Overall, I was very satisfied. I think it’s a wonderful, calming Accommodation. Both dinner and breakfast were very delicious, with local specialties included so we never got bored. The bath was great as well, and I was able to unwind at my leisure. Since the building is old, there were a few areas that caught my attention, and I think an auto-lock would be better for the Room key. Because our meal time was late, there were food crumbs and some moisture on the floor around our seats, which felt unclean and was a bit disappointing. Also, personally, I might feel more comfortable in samue rather than yukata. I’d also like the in-room amenities to be a bit more complete. Despite these comments, I would definitely like to stay again in other areas as well.

This was my first visit to Hiroshima, and I stayed here for two nights. The Hotel is conveniently located right in front of the tram stop from Hiroshima Station, making check-in quick and easy. The next day, I took a bus to the zoo, and since the hotel is directly connected to the bus center, it was very convenient. Sogo department store is right next door, and there’s a convenience store nearby as well. The Atomic Bomb Dome is also just a short walk away. It’s an excellent location for shopping and sightseeing, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hiroshima.

This was my first stay at this Hotel in exactly 30 years. While the interior shows some age, the staff were efficient and pleasant. The Hotel is located on a hill, and we enjoyed the peaceful surrounding scenery from the Room and the open-air bath. The meals were not extravagant, but dinner was served as a kaiseki course and was delicious. The indoor bath was quite hot, so it was hard to relax, but the open-air bath was at a comfortable temperature, and there was also a tub fed by a cooler natural hot spring source where we could soak leisurely. Considering the Accommodation Fee, I felt this Accommodation offered excellent value for money.

I’ve stayed here every time I climb Mt. Fuji, and this year was my third visit. All the staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay very comfortable. The bath is spacious, and you can soak while looking at Mt. Fuji—unfortunately it was cloudy this time, so I couldn’t see it. Meals were buffet-style for both dinner and breakfast, so I could choose what I liked. The hoto noodles at dinner were delicious, and the chicken offal stew was a rare treat. The price was reasonable and I was very satisfied. Thank you very much.

It was good. However, while there is a restaurant in the Hotel, there are not many places to eat around the East Exit of Higashi-Hanno Station. There is a FamilyMart inside Higashi-Hanno Station, and near the Hotel there are a 7-Eleven and a Lawson.

It’s close to the station, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, the front desk staff were very helpful, and the breakfast (see photo) was delicious. They also stored my luggage after check-out, which was a big help. The price was really cheap. I thought it would be fine just for a place to sleep, but now I’m thinking, “I’ll stay here again next time!” There’s an AEON nearby (kibinago sashimi and shochu), as well as a chicken sashimi shop (Jidori no Moto), and you can also enjoy drinks at the Hotel. There are many Taisei Group locations nearby, so parking isn’t an issue either. When I visit Kagoshima again for sightseeing, I’d love to stay here again.

A free shuttle bus to the airport is available, which is very convenient. Breakfast was excellent!

You can reach Nasu leisure spots such as Kinomata Gorge and Senbonmatsu Ranch in 20–60 minutes. The meals were delicious, and since it’s all-inclusive, we really appreciated being able to enjoy as many drinks and snacks as we wanted. Rooms on the 3rd floor feature free-flowing hot spring water directly from the source. It also leaves your skin feeling wonderfully smooth. The dinner menu had changed since our previous stay, and it actually felt like both the seasoning and ingredients had improved compared to last time. The portions were generous, and we were very satisfied. They also run a night bar (?), and we were told children are welcome, so our kids stopped by for a special summer vacation late night—and they looked so happy, as if they’d joined the adults’ club. Since it’s rare to find an Accommodation where six people can stay with an in-room bath supplied with free-flowing hot spring water directly from the source, we would love to stay again. We had a fun and comfortable time. Thank you very much.

With Hotel prices soaring in Fukuoka City, I was able to stay at an affordable rate in a clean Room with great access close to Tenjin. Thank you very much.

Thank you for taking care of me on this touring trip! I really appreciated being allowed to park my motorcycle under the eaves by the entrance. The staff included many young women from overseas, and everyone served us politely with constant smiles, so I was able to fully enjoy a satisfying Onsen Accommodation—thank you very much. Next time, I’d like to visit with my wife and daughters as a family, and I look forward to seeing you then. If I may make one request: I had a beer in the floor area next to the front desk, but I was disappointed that the glass was at room temperature (it was a hot day, so it felt lukewarm). I would be grateful if you could consider this. Thank you again for such an enjoyable stay at your Onsen Accommodation. This middle-aged rider will definitely be back!

I’ve stayed here three times over the past year. The building itself is old, so there are some Room repairs, but the front desk service is great. There is also an Onsen that can fit about four people, and it’s a Hotel where you can stay comfortably and feel satisfied. When I come back to visit family, this is always my first choice. If I’m able to come home for New Year’s as well, I’ll definitely make a Reservation.

The staff were very kind and made the experience enjoyable and lively. The dishes were impressive, with beautiful presentation, exquisite tableware, and delightful flavors that kept surprising us. Everything was incredibly delicious. Thank you so much! Thanks to you, we had a wonderful trip.

This was my repeat stay. This time I stayed in the “Tasogare” Room, and its calm atmosphere allowed me to truly relax. As someone who enjoys alcohol, the all-inclusive plan—where I can enjoy my favorite drinks without worrying about extra charges—is a major highlight unique to this Accommodation. Because you can take your time without watching the clock, it’s easy to end up staying longer than planned. Also, compared with my previous visit, there were more types of games available to bring into the Room, which could be great when staying with two or more people. The private sauna I look forward to every time also came with a full 90 minutes—plenty of time—and I really appreciated being able to use it at my own pace without worrying about others. After the sauna, I could unwind in the lobby, my Room, or the lounge, making for a truly luxurious experience. All of the staff were courteous and warm, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. Even as a returning guest, it was nice to be treated with consistent kindness. If I had one small note: the slope leading down to the parking area is a bit steep, so drivers of low-clearance cars or those not confident behind the wheel may need to be cautious. That said, it seems unavoidable given the location. Overall, I was very satisfied again this time. I’d love to return in another season. Thank you very much.

I stayed here again because it was such a wonderful Hotel last time. It’s very close to the station with great access, has a lovely antique-style atmosphere, and the Room is spacious. I also appreciated that the hair dryer is SALONIA. The staff were kind and very helpful. I’ll stay here again when I visit Fukuoka! Thank you!

Every year during the Obon holiday season, I stay here to avoid the crowds. It feels like there are more tourists each year, but it still never feels crowded, and I love being able to relax and fully enjoy nature. This year, a typhoon caused a power outage across the entire area on our first day, and the electricity went out around 7:00 PM right at dinnertime. It was inconvenient in many ways, but the meal was still lavish and delicious, and during the outage we managed with other guests using our phone lights. However, it wasn’t just that we couldn’t use electricity—there was no air conditioning, running water, or even toilets available until power was restored at 11:00 PM, which honestly made us anxious. Even so, the staff repeatedly brought us drinking water and even offered Shuttle Service by car to nearby restrooms in a small pocket park so we wouldn’t feel uneasy. Their warm support truly meant a lot to us. After the power came back on—even though it was late at night—they came to inspect the open-air bath in our Room as well. Thanks to that, we could relax with peace of mind in the Onsen and go to sleep feeling refreshed. Because they have their own private hot spring source, hot water pours into the in-room open-air bath with incredible force nonstop. I couldn’t help asking, “Is it really okay to let it run this much?!”—and they told me this is one of Tomiya’s proud features. We gratefully enjoyed the open-air bath many times and my skin felt wonderfully smooth. When you stay two nights, the menu changes as well—and everything is so luxurious you can hardly finish it all. Between the food and especially the warm hospitality from everyone on staff, we had another wonderful two-night stay. Because there aren’t many tourist attractions nearby, you can enjoy a truly luxurious trip focused on rest and refreshment without being rushed from place to place. I made a Reservation on behalf of my parents, and they said it was wonderful! They mentioned that many of the staff were foreigners, so there were a few things they didn’t fully understand, but the food was delicious and they had a very enjoyable stay. The Room felt a bit old, and the railing was low, so families with small children should be careful. They also really enjoyed trying the sand bath for the first time. They were happy that the shop was spacious as well. They chose a Plan with all-you-can-drink; the draft beer was excellent, but the meal was so good and filling that they couldn’t drink much beer—haha. For dinner, I had noted in advance that they can’t eat fish, and you kindly accommodated this. My father was especially happy because everything served was something he could eat, which made me happy too. Thank you very much for taking such good care of my parents. Next time, we will stay with our whole family. Thank you again.

I used it because there is a large public bath and a sauna. At the bath cafe, the relaxation area, large public bath, and meals were all excellent. I regret that I didn’t have time to watch the theater performance. The Hotel was a bit dated, but it was very well cleaned. Breakfast was said in Reviews to be limited, but there were both Japanese and Western options and it was satisfying overall. It would have been nice to have one fruit option as well. I would like to stay again.

The location, the view from the Room, the front desk service, the Room atmosphere, the bath Facility, and having both a washing machine and an ice maker—everything was excellent. We especially appreciate that you kindly added an extra bed for us. If we have the chance to visit Ishigaki Island again, we would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

Due to Typhoon No. 9, our return was delayed by two days, so we urgently made a Reservation at this Ryokan. Since we have a large family and lots of luggage, it was a huge help that you allowed us to stay for a Multiple Night Stay without changing Rooms at our request. The Room was spacious with plenty of space even for five people, and it was a smoking Room, which made my husband very happy. We also appreciated that breakfast was included. Kokusai-dori and the supermarket are within walking distance, so we went shopping twice—during the day and at night—and were able to take our time. Next time we visit Okinawa, we will definitely stay here again. The typhoon had really brought our spirits down, but we were able to relax, and I’m glad we chose this place. Thank you very much.
