The Facility and amenities were clean. All the staff were friendly and made our stay comfortable. Two of the four elevators were out of service due to maintenance, so the wait was long, but that couldn’t be helped. Meals were served buffet-style. The local seafood was delicious! Thank you very much.

We were able to stay with our dog and had a wonderful time. The meals were delicious, and the golf course greens viewed from the Hotel were dazzling.

Thank you for taking care of me on this touring trip! I really appreciated being allowed to park my motorcycle under the eaves by the entrance. The staff included many young women from overseas, and everyone served us politely with constant smiles, so I was able to fully enjoy a satisfying Onsen Accommodation—thank you very much. Next time, I’d like to visit with my wife and daughters as a family, and I look forward to seeing you then. If I may make one request: I had a beer in the floor area next to the front desk, but I was disappointed that the glass was at room temperature (it was a hot day, so it felt lukewarm). When I arrived and entered the Room, the air conditioning was already on, so it was pleasantly cool. It was quiet with no noise, and I slept soundly. The coffee in the lobby was delicious.

As part of the eco-conscious Facility operations, I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. There was no sheet change, but fresh towels were delivered to the entrance door every day, so it was not inconvenient at all. The selectable breakfast each morning (boxed meal, self-serve coffee, barley tea, and miso soup) included options like a pork-and-egg rice ball bento, hamburger steak bento, and sandwiches—there was no repetition and I enjoyed a variety. Everything was delicious. The location was convenient as it is close to the bus terminal and the port for remote islands. Overall, I had a comfortable stay.

It felt much improved compared to my previous stay. The Room refrigerator had been replaced, so it could easily fit plenty of bottled drinks and food, and the TV in the Room I used before— which didn’t display properly—was working fine this time. The Wi‑Fi was relatively fast as well, which made it easy to work and watch videos. Although the building is clearly aging overall, it’s about a 10‑minute walk to Hakodate Station, there’s a Seicomart nearby, and while the large bath and sauna are separated by alternating hours for men and women, they were great amenities that made the stay very comfortable. Also, if you choose the right season, you can stay at a very reasonable price—excellent value for money. I’ll definitely stay again!

Although it looks like a love hotel from the outside, it is a solid Business Hotel. The staff were very helpful and accommodated various requests, which was greatly appreciated! What surprised me was the late-night meal service at the Hotel—the fried chicken set meal was extremely delicious!! If I have a chance to visit Tokyo again, I’d like to stay here again.

I stayed here last year as well and am a returning guest. The baths are great, the meals are excellent, and while the Facility isn’t new, it feels well maintained and cared for. The staff were pleasant and attentive, and I was very satisfied. I was able to relax, but the enjoyable time flew by. I’d like to come again in a different season.

I stayed here to celebrate a friend’s 70th birthday. The Facility is old, but well maintained, and I had a very comfortable stay. Dinner in particular was excellent—the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere (the live piano performance was wonderful), and both the wine and the food were delicious. They also prepared a celebratory dessert plate, and at breakfast they made a special drink along with congratulatory words. It was a wonderful celebration trip. Thank you very much.

Located a little beyond Yamanaka Onsen’s Yuge Kaido, this Accommodation sits across from Kayano Osugi, a nationally designated Natural Monument. Camellias were depicted throughout the Accommodation—do camellias bloom here in winter? Bright red camellias against white snow would be beautiful. To reach the Accommodation’s signature Yunobata, you go down a stone staircase, where fresh greenery, a clear stream, and birdsong soothe you and let you fully enjoy nature. From the Room, we also enjoyed the sunrise peeking over the mountains. The meals were wonderful in both presentation and taste; cold dishes were served cold and hot dishes hot, showing thoughtful attention to detail. Surrounded by nature and delicious food, we were able to relax and spend unhurried time. Thank you very much.

It was my first visit in a while, but just like before, I was able to relax and enjoy a quiet, peaceful time while listening to the sound of the waves. This time, I brought my newlywed son and his wife. As it was her first stay, my daughter-in-law was impressed by the views and the food. We would love to visit again.

It takes over 6 hours one way, but it's worth coming back. Despite some restrictions, it is valuable to have accommodations where pets can stay in almost the same room and receive similar services as regular guests. The lounge service, dinner, and breakfast with a view of the outside offer truly extraordinary and wonderful moments. The room's bath is an Onsen, surprisingly spacious enough to stretch your legs. The only concern is that the room's air conditioning cannot switch between cooling and heating, which might be a bit worrisome during seasonal transitions.

I’ve stayed at Kiya Ryokan many times. I can’t visit in winter due to transportation and my crab allergy, but from spring through summer it’s the perfect Ryokan for working up a sweat. In particular, when I take a steam bath in the cave-like area, I feel not only my skin but even my lungs are refreshed by the radon in the air I breathe in. The hot spring source is very hot, which is probably what makes this kind of steam bath possible. In the other baths too, the warm rocks underfoot feel wonderful, and I’m always amazed by the fresh heat of the Onsen bubbling up right into the tub. Misasa really is good for your health—especially Kiya Ryokan, where you can thoroughly cleanse yourself from within.

I stayed here on a business trip, and I was satisfied with how comfortable it was, with new Facilities. The breakfast was delicious for me as well, and it is very convenient because it is close to the station. Thank you.

Although it was my first visit, I was satisfied with how clean the Room was. I had a very comfortable stay. Access from the station is also convenient, and this is a Hotel I would recommend.

I booked the “Room-assigned” Plan and stayed in the main building this time. The Plan description seemed to say non-smoking, but I was surprised because the Room smelled strongly of cigarettes. I should have asked about changing Rooms, but I was short on time because someone was waiting for me, and since I had already used the toilet, I didn’t bring it up. I got used to the smell quickly, so it was fine. The Facilities in the main building are a bit old, but both the Room and bathroom were very clean, so I had a comfortable stay. The front desk staff member was polite and pleasant. Overall, there are far more good points here, so it’s a great place. I’ll be back again soon. Thank you very much.

The parking space was a bit hard to find, but when I called in advance, the counter staff kindly prepared a map for me. There is space for about two cars behind the building. Since there are many one-way streets in the area, having the map was very helpful. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Even though we had small children with us, they treated us with kindness. As this Hotel has an Onsen, it was great to have a spacious bath where our kids could enjoy themselves instead of using the smaller bathroom in our Room. However, the curtain in the bathroom seemed to let water through from the shower, and when stepping out of the tub, we found that our bath mat towel was soaking wet. This happened not only to me but also to my family members, so I think there might be an issue with the curtain design. For meals, they served Osaka's specialty takoyaki (octopus balls), which allowed us to enjoy some local cuisine—a nice touch! While there were enough seats available overall, it was somewhat challenging for families like ours to secure seats together. The station and convenience stores are within walking distance, so we had no trouble during our stay. The staff were approachable and made casual conversation with us throughout our visit—it made for a very pleasant stay! I would love to stay here again if given another opportunity! The meals were delicious, and although we were told the portions would be modest, they were just the right amount for us. The owner was very knowledgeable about pets and shared a lot of helpful information with us. Both the Room and the bath were excellent. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

This was my first stay at a container-style Hotel, and it turned out to be absolutely the right choice—I had a very comfortable stay. The room was perfectly comfortable with effective air conditioning. The bathroom area was clean, and I especially appreciated the strong shower water pressure. The only thing I noticed was that the sink drainage didn’t quite keep up with the amount of water, so improving that would make it even better. I was happy that breakfast was included at this price, and the quality was genuinely high—I was very satisfied. It has the unique charm of a container Hotel, while offering comfort and Facility standards comparable to a regular Hotel. The value for money is excellent, and I’d definitely like to stay again if I have the chance.
