Breakfast was a choice of Japanese, Western, or a Sasebo Burger, plus a buffet as well—very satisfying. I couldn’t eat a Sasebo Burger the day before, so I never expected to be able to have one in the morning!

I asked if you could store our luggage on the night we weren’t staying because of a concert, and you kindly agreed—it was a huge help. Every staff member was calm and attentive, and we were able to relax completely. My son loved it too!

The wine server, open-air bath, dinner, and breakfast—everything was perfect! The Room was clean, and I’d love to stay again!

We stayed for two nights from 8/23 in an annex Triple Room as a family of four, including a 9-year-old boy. When we checked in, four beds (one was a sofa bed) were already prepared. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower room even had a ReFa shower head. The amenities were more than sufficient. The entire Room was clean, and there was an electric kettle along with instant coffee and tea. Since our Room was on the first floor, we could step directly out into the front garden, and our child was thrilled to catch insects. The pool was also clean and very pleasant. The Onsen is effective for muscle fatigue relief and improving skin condition. We would definitely like to visit again.

The Room was spacious and really great. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was very convenient. My child vomited in the bedroom at night, and I cleaned it up myself; being able to move my child to the other bedroom during that time was a big help. When I went to the front desk to let them know what happened, they told me not to worry, which made me feel relieved. What was disappointing was that we couldn’t use the public bath, and that the pool hours were only until 5:00 PM. It would have been much easier to use if the pool were available until around 6:00–7:00 PM, but in the end it didn’t fit our schedule, so we left without using it.

It was my second stay, and it was great. I look forward to staying again if I have the chance.

It was closer than I expected from Tokushima City, and this was my first time staying overnight in Anan City. The Hotel was also close to the station, so the location was excellent. There is a parking lot on the Hotel grounds, and it felt easy to park. There is also a large public bath, which was very comfortable. The water temperature was just right, and I ended up staying in for a long time. There is a convenience store near the Hotel as well, so there were no issues in particular. I chose the breakfast-included Plan, but I felt it would have been nice to have a few more Tokushima-style ingredients. I would like to use it again.

I stayed for one night on the day before a holiday, and my first impression was the warm, homey atmosphere. Both the interior and exterior have been renovated in a modern Japanese style while still retaining some of the charm of an old Ryokan. Since my room didn’t have a bath, I used the shared bathhouse around 6:00 PM; the water was about 42°C, pleasantly hot. It felt like it could fit around four people; there were about two other guests at the time. Breakfast was simple and familiar-tasting, which I enjoyed. The salted trout seemed like a local specialty.

This was my first time staying in Okayama. It was conveniently within walking distance from the station. I have a terrible sense of direction, so I got lost even on such a simple route! Check-in and check-out were smooth. The only thing I didn’t understand was that you need to hold your card up to the elevator and then press your floor, so I went back to the front desk to ask. The single Room was very clean and felt fresh. I’m glad I chose this Accommodation.

Whenever we travel to the Kansai area, we always stay at this Hotel. We stayed again last month and felt things had changed, but we found it more spacious and relaxing before the renovation. In our twin Room, one bed is fixed in place, so the space feels very tight, and again we felt it was more comfortable before the renovation. That was one of the reasons we chose this Hotel, so it was a little disappointing. When we checked out and stepped out of the Room, a staff member who was cleaning said “Thank you,” which made us feel really good. Even though it was hot and seemed like hard work, they still took the time to say that, which made us feel grateful—and we were able to leave in a pleasant mood. Thank you very much.

It was located along a main street and easy to find, but the signage felt a bit small. The Room was decorated in bright tones and felt clean, but the semi-double bed was a little cramped for two people, and it was disappointing that the toilet did not have a bidet seat. Other than that, we were generally satisfied. Although we couldn’t fully enjoy the view due to rainy weather, the location is great and we would like to stay here again when visiting Matsushima.

I stayed here for two days for work around Wakayama City. I had visited Wakayama on day trips before, but this was my first overnight stay. With little local knowledge to compare, I chose this Hotel because the price was reasonable and it looked good in the photos. (Location) It seems to be about a 5-minute walk from Nankai Electric Railway’s Wakayamashi Station, so it should be fine even if you’re traveling by train. However, the area is mostly residential with some factories nearby, so there aren’t many restaurants right next door. I recommend planning to eat around the station area. The nearest convenience store is also a bit of a walk, so it’s better to shop beforehand. We came by car with help from someone at our workplace, but perhaps because it was nearly fully booked that day, the adjacent public parking lot was full as well. If you definitely need parking by car, I recommend reserving the Hotel parking in advance. (Room) The Room felt spacious and clean. Even with a suitcase opened on a stand, there was still plenty of space left without getting in the way. The bathroom/toilet seemed relatively new; the bathtub was larger than expected and very comfortable. There was no step up into the bathroom (perhaps because the floor is raised due to stairs near the elevator hall), which made it easy to use. The ceiling didn’t feel low either. A few things about the Room stood out: - The light switches were spread out and hard to understand; labels would be helpful - The air conditioner blew directly onto me—cooling worked well but I worried about comfort/health (may depend on the Room) - It was hard to figure out how to adjust the bath water temperature; it was set all the way toward cold water at first, so hot water took a while and I panicked a bit - The sheets felt slightly damp Overall though, I think it’s a good place. (Service) - Not like big-city hotel staff, but everyone was warm, polite, and pleasant - Around 6:00 a.m., I went downstairs for a drink and staff were at reception; even if there’s an intercom when no one is present, having someone there is reassuring in case of emergencies - When we asked what to do since parking was full, they suggested possible options nearby and that really helped I don’t often stay overnight in Wakayama so I’m not sure if I’ll return myself, but someone who traveled with me comes into Wakayama Prefecture frequently for work—so in that case this could definitely be an option. We stayed with three people, and the Room layout was great—we could easily move between two Rooms, and the bath was excellent. We were completely satisfied with everything, including the amenities and customer service. We would love to stay again next time.

I stayed for two nights to attend a live concert. It was really helpful that the property is close to the station, since getting around on tired feet can be tough! All the amenities were available in the lobby, which was reassuring, and the Room was clean and comfortable. I’d like to stay here again if I have the chance.

As a travel-loving couple, we’ve recently been taking trips where we stay at a Hotel and eat at local restaurants, so this was our first Ryokan stay in a while. We were completely satisfied with everything—the Room, the bath, and the food—and were able to relax and take our time. The Room was honestly too spacious for just two of us, but every space—the Japanese-style room, Western-style room, and bedroom—had its own charm and was wonderful. The bed was also extremely comfortable, and we slept soundly. We also enjoyed the Bluetooth speaker in the Western-style room; it had great sound quality and created an atmosphere that felt like being in a bar. The open-air bath in the Room had continuously flowing natural hot spring water, so we could soak right away after arriving and truly unwind. Dinner featured locally produced Aizu cuisine, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The recommended sake was delicious as well, and it was nice to be able to ask casually for suggestions while choosing. The pricing also felt very reasonable overall. If I had to mention one thing, breakfast was slightly disappointing: refills of rice or tea had to be requested via the in-room phone, and they took quite a while to arrive—so it would have been better if tea had been left in a pot. We were happy with the service too, and would love to visit again if we have the chance.

Since the event was in Kashima City, Saga, I chose Tosu Station for its convenient JR connections. I often stay at Route Inn Hotels. With the app installed, check-in is very quick and smooth. Recommended for those who frequently stay at Route Inn Hotels properties. However, anyone can go to any floor by elevator, which is a security concern. The bath turned out to be a small public bath rather than a large one—it was so small it made me laugh. That said, you can check how crowded it is on the TV screen, which is convenient. Breakfast offered such a wide selection that it was hard to decide what to choose.

It is a little far from Fukushima Station (about 15 minutes), but there are also bus services from the station. Dinner and breakfast are provided as part of the service, and I think it offers excellent value for money for business stays.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. Even though we were able to stay at a reasonable price, there was also a large public bath and a sauna, so we could relax and enjoy a long soak. Two of us stayed in a single Room, but the bed was spacious and it was more than enough. Every item at the breakfast buffet was delicious, and we went back for seconds. We were also lucky to find a great izakaya right in front of the Hotel. We were very satisfied. Thank you again.

I came to relax during my summer vacation and enjoy a delicious breakfast. From check-in, the staff were attentive and guided me to my Room with kind, gentle communication. I chose a Room with a king-size bed. With its bright wood-toned design, it was spacious and comfortable for two people. I enjoyed watching a maiko dance, taking photos together, and having welcome drinks. The location is ideal for cultural sightseeing, with attractions such as Sanjusangendo Temple and the Kyoto National Museum nearby. The breakfast I had been looking forward to was unique: the main dish is cooked to order, while side dishes are served buffet-style. I ordered salmon Eggs Benedict, French toast, and an omelet as main dishes—all were truly delicious. It made for a wonderful breakfast time. Sanjusangendo Temple is right next door, so I visited immediately after breakfast. I also made use of the benefits of my IKYU Diamond membership, which helped make it a great summer vacation. I heard the property will be closing soon due to rebuilding plans—such a shame. If I have the chance, I would love to stay again.

A Room with an open-air bath, great views, and a wonderful atmosphere. We also appreciated being able to enjoy free drinks such as beer. Both dinner and breakfast were satisfying in both quantity and quality. The relaxed dining atmosphere was excellent! The staff’s thoughtful hospitality was also very pleasant.
