This was my first stay. Women can choose from several colorful yukata, and dinner included Yamaguchi’s specialty, fugu tempura—beautifully presented, generous in portion, and excellent. The Onsen alternates between men and women, so we were able to use both baths. The Room was spacious enough for two people, allowing us to relax comfortably. The staff were also wonderfully attentive. I would like to stay again when I’m in the area. Thank you very much.

I stayed here last June and again on my birthday, March 3 this year. The hotel is always clean, and the front desk staff are consistently kind and pleasant. I’ve stayed many times, and I always have a comfortable stay and leave feeling great. Whenever I visit Marugame, this is where I stay. I will stay again. Thank you very much.

As everyone has posted, this is an irresistible Hotel for cat lovers. A very adorable cat sat in front of the bath and even hopped onto my lap. Despite how much work it must be to care for them, the Room was kept very clean. It may not suit those who are extremely germ-conscious, but with an ocean view, it was a wonderful trip for our whole family. We will continue to support you always.

We stayed here when visiting the Dinosaur Museum. There are the Main Building, Yumoto Building, East Building, and Chosei Building, so the layout inside was a bit complicated. In any case, there are many large public baths. Every bath was kept very clean, and we were extremely satisfied. The attendants also took great care of us efficiently, and we truly appreciate it. All of the food was delicious, and even our daughter—who usually doesn’t eat seafood—said it was tasty and ate it. When we come to the area again, we will stay here again. Thank you very much.

The staff’s warm, smiling service, the meals, and the Room quality were all excellent. Thank you very much. Just one thing: it was disappointing that the pool hours are too short. Starting at 9:00 a.m. leaves little time before check-out and makes the morning feel rushed. If children’s hours prevent adults from using it at night, I would like you to offer a night pool with an age restriction. If this were available, I would definitely love to stay again next time.

It was great that public transportation was running on schedule. The Hotel was conveniently located right in front of the station, and we enjoyed local cuisine such as sushi, kappo dining, and Kanazawa oden.

I came from Kobe on the Jumbo Ferry, and it was very convenient to get around—from the ferry terminal to Takamatsu Station and the covered shopping arcade. Thanks to that, I enjoyed plenty of udon and bone-in chicken. Having Sanuki udon for breakfast was a real highlight.

My father stayed here and came home all smiles—he was very satisfied! lol It was a rainy day, but the Hotel staff were so kind and even lent him a large umbrella. He also said the breakfast omelet was delicious, and he had a wonderful time! Thank you very much!

We stayed here for my wife’s slightly belated birthday trip. I last visited Iwakuni when I was around 10 years old, but this was my first time staying overnight. Dinner was the Chef’s Special / Gourmet Kaiseki, and everything was delicious. The sashimi in particular was outstanding—I could really taste the freshness and quality of the ingredients. We travel about 20 nights a year, and this was the best sashimi we’ve had. Our Room was a 20-tatami Japanese-style room with a view of Kintaikyo Bridge. Since we go to bed at different times, it was very convenient for us and we were satisfied overall. One concern was that the bathroom area (toilet and washbasin) felt quite outdated, so it wasn’t as comfortable to use. If it were renovated to the same standard as the restroom near the dining area on the 2nd floor, it would have been an even better stay. Thank you very much for preparing a birthday gift for my wife, and also for sending my wallet back to our home after I mistakenly left it in the valuables box. We truly enjoyed Iwakuni again after more than 50 years. Lastly, several young men who assisted us at dinner were wearing “In Training” badges. Their explanations of each dish were sometimes hesitant, but seeing how hard they worked felt refreshing. A word from someone older: “Keep it up, rookies!”

Thank you very much for your hospitality. This was my second stay, and the front desk staff were pleasant and made my stay very comfortable! I also became a fan of the breakfast curry—it was perfectly seasoned. If I have the chance, I would love to stay again just for the curry.

Four years ago, my family stayed here as the starting point for a trip around Noto. We were able to relax at a leisurely pace, the food was delicious, and above all, we could soothe our tiredness in the bath. That was the biggest highlight for us. This time I traveled by motorcycle with a friend, and it was an Accommodation my friend had been interested in, so we planned our stay. Since this trip was also a full loop around Noto, we chose the indoor BBQ for dinner as our starting point and added the all-you-can-drink option. Pouring my own draft beer was exceptional, and enjoying an indoor BBQ while having seven beers was fantastic. When traveling, your Accommodation doesn’t have to serve kaiseki or seafood. This trip reminded me of that. As a great stopover point for exploring Noto, I’d like to stay here again in the future.

We stayed here as a couple on our trip. We were able to take our time sightseeing, enjoy local pubs, and relax at this clean Hotel. It’s a Hotel we’d like to stay at again if we have the chance to visit.

Made a last-minute Reservation the day before. On a whim, I hoped it might help support the recovery efforts even a little—and we were even upgraded to a Room one rank above what we had reserved. The Facility showed its age, but we had the large public bath almost to ourselves and were able to relax. The food was delicious, and the portions were just right. It felt homey, and the staff were very pleasant, making it a great trip.

They securely stored my suitcase early in the morning, and I checked in when I returned. The only downside was that there’s just one elevator (it might be best to allow extra time, especially when you’re in a hurry). When I went out and came back to my Room, the Skytree was sparkling right in front of me. After enjoying the view to my heart’s content, I used the bath-hopping pass to head over to Nono Annex and enjoyed the black Onsen. I also made sure to enjoy the late-night soba, and then had some ice cream available in front of the Onsen on the 10th floor of this Hotel… (there were four flavors, but two were sold out… it was disappointing that the one I really wanted was gone). While relaxing with it in my Room… I could hear the guest next door snoring—honestly funny. The walls must be thin. Bad luck with this Room. The next morning, I enjoyed the 10th-floor Onsen again and had some drinks as well, and I successfully caught the early-morning Spacia X departing from Tobu Asakusa Station. Since it was so early, I only glanced at what looked like a delicious breakfast… I chose this Accommodation solely because it’s close to Tobu Asakusa Station, and aside from bad luck with my Room, everything else was completely satisfying. Thank you very much. If I asked at reception, would they have given me earplugs? lol

I arrived by subway from Fukuoka Airport, and the Hotel was right there as soon as I came up from the exit. Although it’s in front of the station, the Room was quiet and comfortable. The Room was spacious for a single, and the bathtub was also large for a unit bath, so I could stretch out and relax. The only disappointment—also mentioned by others—was that the washroom constantly had a sewer-like smell, possibly due to the shower curtain. With the door closed, it didn’t reach the Room, but since it was otherwise a good Hotel, that was unfortunate.

The Facility honestly feels a bit retro. There’s only one elevator, you leave an old-style key at the front desk, the air conditioning is centralized with simple H/L buttons, and the shower uses a mixer tap with no temperature setting… but everything was kept quite clean. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were pleasant. For breakfast you can choose Japanese or Western; I chose Japanese, and you can get refills of rice, miso soup, natto, and drinks. The Saikyo-style grilled salmon was especially delicious. With Hotel prices rising these days, I really appreciated being able to stay at a reasonable rate with breakfast included despite being close to Hakata Station and Gion Station.

We stayed as a family of four on a breakfast-included Plan. Breakfast was buffet-style. There was plenty of seafood, including minced tuna, crab, and salmon. Being able to grill fish over a small charcoal grill was fantastic. Until 9:00 PM, alcohol and the drink bar were free. Cup noodles and snacks were also complimentary. It felt like a mini all-inclusive! The Room was spacious and even had bunk beds, and with four beds total, our whole family could relax comfortably. It did feel like it used to be a love hotel, but our kids didn’t notice, and we saw many other families around, so it didn’t bother us.

I have stayed here several times. The front desk staff are polite and attentive, which I personally find very satisfying. Breakfast was just right and delicious.

We stayed for two nights. Unfortunately it rained on the first day, but the second day was sunny and we were able to watch a beautiful sunset from the terrace—it was truly moving. However, there were quite a few insects on the terrace, so I recommend bringing insect repellent spray and medicine for insect bites. The open-air bath on the terrace was great, but it was a bit inconvenient that the indoor washing area was separate and required walking across Rooms. It was wonderful that bathing wear was provided, and that bath towels were available both by the bathroom and on the terrace! The expansive garden was also lovely. As it is right next to the sea, simply walking around the property allowed us to fully enjoy nature. There seemed to be quite a few international staff members, but communication was never an issue, and everyone provided very courteous service.

I stayed here for a business trip. Although it was a short stay this time, the room was designed conveniently for a multiple night stay, with features like a washing machine and stove. I wish I had stayed for more nights. The location is easily accessible from Yutenji Station and offers reasonable accommodation rates. There’s also a convenience store about 1 minute away on foot, and I believe there’s a supermarket near the station, making it convenient without needing to eat out. The amenities, showerhead, and hairdryer were from well-known brands, which made me excited during my stay. I would love to stay here again!
