We stayed here during Golden Week. The front desk staff were polite and gave a sincere impression. The Room was clean, and we were satisfied with the breakfast for the price. It’s also a big plus that Ryusenji no Yu and many restaurants are within walking distance!

We stayed in a private cottage with an exclusive dog run! The cottage was very clean, quiet, and extremely comfortable.\nDinner was catered in the Room, but there were no drink services, so we went to a convenience store in the evening to buy some. We strongly felt it was necessary to bring our own items in advance.\nThe reception was far from the Room, and the guidance felt a bit rough, so we rated it 4 stars. However, we were very satisfied with the Room and found the hinoki bath soothing. We will stay again!

You can use the neighboring Onsen as many times as you like from check-in to check-out. The baths were open from 6:30 a.m., so I could also enjoy a morning bath!! The Room is small, but since it’s No Meals Included, it was more than enough! Even though it was inexpensive, towels and loungewear were included, which I really appreciated!

As soon as we entered the Accommodation, there was an indoor dog run, and all the dogs were very friendly—our dog seemed to have a great time too. The Room was clean and well maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. The Facility information could be accessed by scanning a QR code and viewing it on our own smartphones, so there was nothing unnecessary on the table—it felt simple and uncluttered. The meals were delicious as well. Thank you very much.

In the lobby, we were welcomed by the sound of many bell crickets. The meals were plentiful and delicious. The staff’s hospitality truly came through, making this Accommodation a very memorable stay. The only downside was that there was no Onsen signage at all in the large public bath.

We stayed here for our once-a-year trip with friends. We really enjoyed the Onsen, including both the white bath and the red bath. At dinner, everything was delicious—crab, steak, and dishes made with Hokkaido ingredients—and breakfast was excellent too, with all-you-can-eat salmon roe and clam broth ramen. The Room was clean, but it felt a bit small once three futons were laid out. This is a Hotel we would definitely like to stay at again when we come back to Hakodate.

Due to my mother being critically ill, I needed Accommodation on short notice. There were various changes, such as extending my stay little by little and being placed on a waiting list for cancellations, but I truly appreciate your quick and flexible support. All of the front desk staff were kind. The cleaning was slightly lacking, but considering the price, I was fully satisfied with breakfast included. I also became a member, so I look forward to staying again if I have the opportunity.

I stayed here with my daughter on a trip to Yamaguchi. We drove from Shin-Shimonoseki to the Ryokan by rental car. Right after arriving, we enjoyed the footbath, then the granite bath. After a walk around, we returned to the Ryokan for the open-air bath. After dinner, we used the bath in our Room. In the morning, we went to the hinoki-wood bath. After breakfast, we used the Room bath again. We really enjoyed all the Onsen. It may just have been how I felt, but when I woke up in the morning my fingers weren’t stiff like usual—maybe it was an Onsen effect. The food was delicious, the riverside scenery was beautiful, and there were few tourists, so it felt like a hidden gem. The staff at this Ryokan were also very welcoming and made it feel homey. The building showed its age, but that gave it character. The only disappointment was that the air conditioner in our Room didn’t cool well and it was uncomfortable. Maybe it’s an older unit? Also, there was a musty smell in the Room (different from sulfur) that bothered me. Still, I’d like to visit again if I have another chance, and if friends ask me for recommendations for a good Onsen getaway, this is an Accommodation I’d suggest.

We planned a 6-day, 5-night stay at the Hotel. We especially wanted a quiet Room on a high floor, and the Hotel met our expectations. The only drawback was that we experienced heavy rain during our stay. Our Room was right next to the balcony, so due to temperature changes, condensation and water droplets formed on the door, and I nearly slipped a few times when entering the Room. The neighboring Room felt a bit damp, but the mattress was comfortable and we slept well for several nights. On the first floor there was a coffee machine, and cereal and milk were available during the day. From the NHK building across the street, Basement Level 2 connects directly to Oasis 21 bus stop No. 2 and the subway station. It is very convenient for walking through the underground mall to Sakae’s main shopping district.

The renovated lower floors were clean, and I had a comfortable stay. Sorry to trouble you, but I left behind a pair of black socks—have they been found?

The Room was very comfortable. The front desk and housekeeping staff were kind. It was conveniently located near Uesugi Shrine, the museum, and a convenience store. I slept well and had a very comfortable stay.

The meals were absolutely delicious. Everything we ate felt carefully prepared, and it was truly wonderful. Breakfast was also excellent across the board and exceeded our expectations. The bath was great as well. We would definitely love to visit again!

I booked this Accommodation because it is relatively close to Tomarin. There is a nearby San-Ae and two convenience stores, and various free food options are available; it is also a valuable smoking-allowed Hotel. The toilet space feels a bit tight, and the steps up to the loft are narrow and steep, making them slightly difficult to climb, but it’s a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

Our family of four stayed in Naha City to catch an early flight the next morning. The tatami Room had a calm atmosphere, and the staff were very helpful, making our stay comfortable. Above all, it was inexpensive—excellent value for money!

I stay here every year as my regular Accommodation. Overall, I’m satisfied, but I was very disappointed to find that the morning newspaper service had been discontinued. I have chosen this Accommodation as my regular place mainly for the meals and the newspapers, so if possible, I would appreciate it if you could resume offering two papers—Asahi Shimbun and either Nikkei or a sports newspaper. While Tokyo was experiencing relentless extreme heat every day, we thoroughly enjoyed the coolness of the highlands. Early in the morning, we could see Mt. Fuji from our Room. Perhaps because it is under the Tokyu Harvest brand, many guests were on the older side, and maybe by chance there were no inbound tour groups, so it was quiet and relaxing overall in both the restaurant and the baths. The front desk staff were also very friendly and pleasant, which we really appreciated. The Facility itself may not be new, but it has been renovated and felt clean, so there were no issues at all. Although it is located at an altitude of 700 m and takes a bit of time to reach from lower areas, we would definitely like to visit again.

I chose this place because it was close to where I wanted to go. The Facility was clean and nice. This is unrelated to the Hotel, but I wish Diamond member benefits allowed a choice between late checkout or early check-in.

I stayed here with a foreign friend. The weather was great, and our room was on a high floor with a beautiful mountain view. It’s close to the station, and Tsuru-maki Onsen is just one stop away—excellent access. It’s also at a station where the Romancecar stops, which I personally recommend.

I missed the last train, and thank you for taking care of me. Everything was very clean down to the smallest details. I think the cleaning standard is comparable to that of a high-end Hotel.

While the exterior feels a bit dated, the Room has been renovated and features a clean, modern design. The Facility is not particularly new, but it is clean and comfortable with everything you need. Most noteworthy was the staff’s courteous hospitality. You will be warmly welcomed. Overall, it was an affordable, convenient, and comfortable Hotel.
