From the moment you step into the Hotel—whether in the lounge, your Room, or the restaurant—you can spend your time enjoying breathtaking views wherever you are. Dinner enjoyed while gazing out at the vast ocean filling the windows featured dishes that paired perfectly with drinks, and with free-flow beverages, we couldn’t help but indulge. Although the building is a bit old, the front desk and restaurant staff were warm and welcoming, and our whole family seemed to have a wonderful time. We’d love to come again next time with friends as well. Thank you very much.

Although it seemed nearly fully booked, we had a very comfortable stay! The indoor dog run was air-conditioned, so we didn’t need to take walks in the heat. The Onsen also featured an authentic open-air bath that warmed us through to the core. Above all, the staff’s hospitality was exceptional—they welcomed us on arrival and saw us off at departure, making it a truly wonderful memory.

Even my partner, who is picky about food, was very satisfied. The portions were just right. I’d happily return just for the meals.

I stayed in June. It was a triple Room, but the beds were close together, and I really appreciated that we could still spread out three suitcases. There is an added power outlet and USB port by the pillow, but they get hot when in use, so please be careful. Also, they have a cover, so you might not notice them at first. The light switches in the Room are hard to understand, and it feels a bit dark. For the lamps, you need to pull the cord to turn them on. The bath area is an Onsen with two indoor baths plus an open-air bath and a sauna, so I was able to relax for a long time. It was clean and well maintained. The in-room bathroom is combined with the toilet. Adjusting the water temperature is inconvenient because you have to run both hot and cold water separately. The washbasin area was spacious. Thank you for keeping my frozen items at reception. It really helped. It’s three stops from Sapporo Station so it feels a bit far, but it’s about a 3-minute walk from the station nearby. It’s also within walking distance from Susukino Station (about 15 minutes), so I enjoyed getting around on foot. I will stay again.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, the Room air conditioning worked well, and above all, the staff were friendly and wonderful. The front desk team, restaurant team, and housekeeping team—especially the male housekeeping staff member I met in the morning when checking out—was so polite that I found myself thinking, “Wait, are you really part of the housekeeping staff?” He made a great impression.

It was very comfortable. It’s definitely small, but if you’re just taking a bath and sleeping, it’s great value for money and more than enough. Being able to stretch out in the bathtub was the best. Having the toilet separate from the bathroom is also good. If I had one complaint: for a solo stay it feels secure, but when staying with two people, we sometimes wanted to go downstairs to get drinks. Since there is only one Room key, you have to remove the key before you can use the elevator and return to the Room, which was inconvenient. The morning bread and coffee were delicious, so everything else was perfect.

It feels great to stretch out in the bath, but when you look up at the ceiling, it’s a stark contrast to how clear the water is—I wish it were cleaner. Still, many guests will likely feel pleasantly relieved by touches like freshly fried croquettes in the morning and even curry served during happy hour. Hearing that if a new Hotel is built next door, they’ll compete with heart really struck me.

Just as the Reviews said, every dish we had been looking forward to was truly delicious. We were impressed by the careful seasoning and attention to detail, even in the side dishes. The Facility felt historic, but everything—including the bath—was well maintained and very clean. We were looking for an Accommodation with a tatami Room so it would be comfortable for our one-year-old. We were a bit nervous that our child might touch the hanging scrolls or shoji screens, but our meals were served separately from other guests, and it was still very easy to spend time here even with a child. Above all, everyone at the Accommodation was warm and welcoming, which made our stay truly comfortable. We’re sorry for any trouble caused by our child, but we sincerely appreciated your kind support until the very end. We visited as a family to celebrate my parents’ 60th birthday, and they were extremely satisfied. It became a once-in-a-lifetime family memory. Thank you very much.

The building is spread out horizontally, so depending on where your Room is located, it can be quite a walk to the restaurant, baths, and lobby. Other than that, there were no particular issues or complaints. It was a truly wonderful Accommodation. Although the large public bath is not an Onsen, it offers three different water temperatures (high/medium/low) and water types, plus a carbonated bath. Other guests also mentioned that it might be more effective than some Onsen. The restaurant (buffet-style) had a wide variety of dishes, and the staff were excellent—one thoughtful touch was that they even informed us that ice cream could be taken back to our Room. I believe drinks inside the facility were reasonably priced as well—for example, a 350 ml can of beer was 350 yen. The souvenir shop opens from 7:30 a.m. It has a great selection, and you can probably find most things you need there.

I stayed here with my uncle and aunt for the first time in four years. We enjoyed table tennis inside the Accommodation, and were able to relax in the large public bath. Dinner was a buffet with fresh seafood, a wide variety of dishes, and excellent sushi. There was also a great selection of alcoholic drinks, which made both my uncle and my husband very happy. The rice balls at breakfast were outstanding as well. We’re already talking about coming back again soon. The staff were also very kind and helpful. Thank you very much.

On a whim, I decided to visit Himeji Castle and made a Reservation. Maybe because it was a weekday, I was able to stay at a very reasonable price. I booked a single Room, but it turned out to be a twin, so there was plenty of space and I could relax comfortably. The complimentary pillows you can borrow were especially great. The bed firmness was just right, and I slept soundly stretched out. I’m picky about pillows and use an expensive one at home, but this was even more comfortable than sleeping in my own bed. The tea bags available next to the front desk also had a wide selection—I tried rooibos and jasmine tea, and both were delicious. The bathroom was a bit small, but it was clean and well maintained. The staff were also very courteous. I’d like to stay here again if I have the chance. By the way, Himeji Castle is on the opposite side of the station from the Hotel, so you can’t see it from the Hotel.

I stayed in a Twin Room. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was convenient to check the crowd status of the large public bath and breakfast venue on the room's TV. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, which were plentiful and satisfying. Since I expect to visit Fukui frequently for business trips in the future, I would like to stay here again.

This Hotel was featured on TV during the camp event held on February 1 this year. Autographs from Nippon-Ham Fighters players were on display. I would have bought everything if there had been more merchandise, so it was disappointing that there wasn’t much. The Room was spacious, and although Okinawa is often seen as expensive, the price was reasonable.

The front desk staff always greet me with a smile, which I really appreciate. From 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, there is a service where you can enjoy one free drink (alcohol or soft drinks) from the selection in the first-floor dining area, and it’s especially helpful for me since I don’t go out for dinner and can enjoy wine and more. Breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, and I end up eating too much—but it’s something I look forward to, so I’ve already made my next Reservation because I want to stay again. This is my favorite Hotel.

We chose this Hotel for the final stop of our trip, and the new Room, with its simple yet stylish interior and spacious bath, helped us forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Both dinner and breakfast were truly delicious, and you could tell they were carefully prepared. The presentation was not overly flashy but tasteful, and we were very satisfied. Perhaps because everything was so well cleaned, the stately atmosphere of the classic building stood out even more, and simply being in places like the lobby or restaurant lifted our spirits. My husband’s birthday is coming up soon, so I mentioned it in advance; even so, we were deeply moved to receive a message on the dessert plate. For us as an older couple, your heartfelt hospitality made this a memorable trip. We would like to express our sincere thanks to all the staff who assisted us.

I believe it truly is 100% free-flowing hot spring water. From the moment I got in, I could feel it soaking into my skin and leaving it smooth. There were separate tubs with hotter water and slightly cooler water, and although small, the open-air bath was also very nice. If I had one request, I’d like the open-air bath to be a bit larger.

Everything was clean, and we had a very comfortable stay! We could even see Tokyo Tower from the Room, which was a nice touch. Above all, the location was convenient with great access. The bathroom was compact but clean, and it was great to be able to choose from various types of shampoo and other amenities. Thank you very much.

My spouse and I had some time off, so we made a spontaneous Reservation and stayed here. We arrived by car, and staff were waiting in front of the Hotel to guide us, so parking was smooth. They also carried our bags, and I was surprised by how courteous they were. The front desk staff were also polite and left a great impression. Because of that, we ended up booking a private Onsen. The staff on duty from evening through morning were very kind as well. They even showed us a rare video of a Japanese serow and shared lots of interesting stories about it, which made us very happy. The Onsen was extremely relaxing, and the breakfast staff were friendly too. We came to heal our bodies, but our hearts felt refreshed as well. We also had great weather at Gozaisho. Next time, I’d like to bring my mother too. Overall, it was such a pleasant Hotel and incredibly soothing. Thank you very much.

My son planned a relaxed, unhurried trip to visit Kasama Inari Shrine, Nakaminato Market, and buy melons in Hokota, and chose this Hotel for our stay. The Hotel itself may be older, but it has been beautifully renovated. The lobby and entrance are stylish spaces, and the view opens from the inlet out to the sea right in front of you—making a great first impression. The Room was also well designed with unnecessary items kept to a minimum. It felt clean and comfortable. Dinner was pleasantly healthy for us seniors, and we enjoyed it very much. It seemed a little light for my son’s generation, but the late-night ramen service is a nice touch (we missed it because our dinner was late). We wanted to enjoy dinner quietly and at a relaxed pace, but unfortunately it was noisy that day because we were dining alongside a large group of older guests. Breakfast was buffet-style with a good variety across different categories, and everything was tasty. Overall, it offered excellent value for money, and it’s a Hotel we would like to visit again.
