My family wasn’t all together at check-in, but the staff kindly offered to hold our key card at the front desk. They proactively spoke to us before we even asked, and their thoughtful service was much appreciated. It was a bit disappointing that the lounge closed earlier than expected in the evening, but overall we had a very satisfying stay. Thank you very much.

It was a clean and beautiful Hotel in its fifth year since opening. There aren’t many restaurants nearby, but the restaurant in the Hotel and the large supermarket next door are open fairly late, so it was convenient for dinner at night.

I stayed for one night over the weekend to watch a sports game. The building is a bit old, but the Room was clean and well maintained, so I had a comfortable stay. Breakfast had a small selection, but the freshly made omelet was delicious. The younger staff were friendly, and the price was reasonable, so I was very satisfied. I would be happy to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you.

The Hotel was very clean and there was nothing to complain about, but the refrigerator was next to the pillow, and the motor noise came through directly... That was the only drawback.

The Onsen was wonderful. The guest room was clean and spacious. This is a Ryokan I would love to visit again.

A place I’d been wanting to visit for a long time. Our room was upgraded, and we were shown to a Japanese-style room with an adjoining sitting room—and that extra room was wonderful. My husband and I are both self-employed, so we work even while traveling. Having a separate space where we could set up a laptop and get things done was incredibly helpful; it’s often just a sofa, but this time my husband basically took over the adjoining room as his workspace. We were also shown a Western-style room, but we chose the Japanese-style one. The view felt more open from the Japanese-style room, and I was also a bit concerned that in the Western-style bedroom you could see into the open-air bath through glass. If I had been traveling alone, I think I would have chosen the Western-style room. When staying at an onsen ryokan, we bathe multiple times a day—so if you lower the roller screen you lose that sense of openness in the room, but having everything fully visible also felt uncomfortable. The pantry—something I haven’t seen at other accommodations—was extremely convenient. We like to tuck away empty bottles and used glasses, so being able to quickly rinse them at the pantry sink and leave them there kept the main room neat. As for the bath water: since we had stayed in Noboribetsu Onsen the night before, it initially felt a little mild by comparison. But little by little I came to love it—the water had a lovely woody scent. It feels light on the skin yet leaves it smooth. The bathroom amenities (shampoo etc.) were also excellent. My skin is often sensitive so I usually bring my own products, but these were comfortable for me to use. If anything, I would have liked to have had a bathrobe—though perhaps I simply missed it. The meals let us enjoy truly high-quality ingredients prepared deliciously. Nothing felt overdone; while it was slightly more than we usually eat, I think most guests would find it just right. There were many kinds of Hokkaido-specific ingredients as well as items we don’t normally get to try—very satisfying overall. All of the interior design throughout the property felt comfortable; even back in our own room there was an ease that somehow made us feel at home. The view through the windows was calming and refreshing as well. Most of all, every staff member was wonderful—warm and attentive while maintaining just the right amount of distance. It seemed occupancy wasn’t very high that day, which made our stay feel even more relaxed and enjoyable from start to finish. The birthday cake was delicious too. We will be back again.

We chose the Surprise Plan for a celebration, and the communication was very courteous. The Room and open-air bath were spacious, relaxing, and very clean. We were also happy to have plenty of free drinks. We chose the wagyu course, and everything was delicious. The staff were friendly, and we enjoyed chatting with them as well. Being able to adjust the open-air bath ourselves meant we could always soak at just the right temperature, which was a great feature. Breakfast was also excellent. We felt refreshed in both body and mind, the surprise was a success, and we’re truly glad we chose this place. We’d love to stay in one of the other Rooms too!

We visited as a family, and since only “MONday” was displayed prominently, we weren’t sure if we were at the right place. When we asked the staff, they responded politely and helpfully. Also, having separate entrances for the Onsen and the dining area was convenient and made it easy to switch between settings. The food was delicious as well.

Visited for sightseeing. The convenient location near Keikyu Kawasaki Station and JR Kawasaki Station, along with the quiet and clean Room, allowed for a relaxing stay. The warm and cheerful greeting from the front desk staff upon entering the Hotel (even from quite a distance) left a lasting impression of being warmly welcomed.

This Ryokan is located in the center of Takachiho, with convenient access to all sightseeing spots. The meals offered a wide variety of dishes, and both dinner and breakfast were so filling that we ended up eating until we were completely full. The hospitality was warm yet attentive, making for a truly relaxing stay. We would love to stay here again.

I stayed here again this year during two consecutive days of diving in Yura. The Room was spacious, and I was very satisfied with the amenities and the delicious complimentary coffee at the front desk. Last time, I tried dinner for the first time and was very happy with it—reasonably priced and generously portioned—so this time I also tried breakfast for the first time, and it exceeded my expectations as well. Everyone at the front desk is very kind, and I always feel welcome here. Staying here is one of the highlights of my trip.

It’s very easy to use, and the thoughtful updates clearly reflect guest feedback, making it truly comfortable. I’d love to stay again.

Return Visit Stayed for two nights a few years ago and was amazed by how incredible the Moor Onsen was. They even had our past stay history on record, which really showed their professionalism. At the time, we were a bit bothered by some odors in the Room and Onsen, so we “cheated” for a while with a newer Accommodation nearby (laugh). This time, we made a Reservation for a newly renovated Room. Bottom line: it was excellent! I’m not really into saunas, but I enjoyed it because you can adjust the temperature in various ways and even listen to music. There were plenty of towels, and bathrobes were provided as well. The only downside was that the open-air bath was slightly too hot. The food was delicious, and the service was flawless. If they renovate more guest rooms, we will definitely stay again.

I stayed here to celebrate my birthday in advance. There was a “Happy birthday” message in the refrigerator and macarons beautifully served in a glass. I was very happy.\nIt’s always such a comfortable space, so I stay here whenever I can.

The garden was lovely, and we really enjoyed our walk. It was quiet and relaxing. We stayed in the Kinko storehouse Accommodation. Although you can’t see outside from the Room, the cute sliding door that rattles as it opens added charm, and we relaxed on the blue sofa. If you have small children, the stairs may be a bit hazardous. The Room mixes old and new elements, but because the original design has been respected, there were a few unexpected protrusions. The meals were excellent—so delicious! We were very satisfied with both dinner and breakfast. Given how good the food was, we felt the price was very reasonable. We also appreciated the fireworks after dinner. Since there are hardly any lights around, the fireworks looked even more magical. It made for a wonderful summer holiday. Thank you very much.

The staff were very kind and suggested an efficient route, which allowed us to visit all the World Heritage sites in just six hours. Also, with the all-inclusive plan, we could enjoy unlimited drinks and snacks during our stay, plus special drinks available only at dinner, making it easy to relax. The night sky we saw from the hammock at midnight was breathtaking. Thank you very much.

I stayed on a windy day. Although I lit the fire in the outdoor fire pit, sparks were flying everywhere due to the wind, so I quickly put it out. The strong wind made it feel very cold, and I couldn't stay outside for long to tend to the fire, which was a bit disappointing. For the barbecue grill, we only grilled bread and sausages for breakfast. (When there was no sunlight, even this grilling task felt too cold as standing outside at night with the wind hitting my body was unbearable.) The sauna had already been preheated upon our arrival, so we could relax and use it right away—thank you! After enjoying the sauna, we also used the bath. The spacious bathroom and bathtub were very comfortable. The provided warm jacket-like garment kept us cozy—it was great! Additionally, we loved the indoor fireplace here. It’s surrounded by bricks with a wide opening. Watching the flames leisurely turned out to be more enjoyable than expected; in fact, it satisfied us more than using an outdoor fire pit. Due to our misunderstanding during research beforehand, we thought check-in would be contactless and arrived late without realizing that staff were waiting at the entrance for us—we panicked upon arrival when we realized this mistake. We sincerely apologize for that incident. In summer stays without fireplaces or stoves available elsewhere before this trip where accommodations were entirely contactless led us astray into assuming similar arrangements here too—but facilities like stoves/fireplaces/saunas often require initial face-to-face explanations regarding safety measures which indeed proved helpful during our first visit here! While subsequent visits might allow non-contact check-ins if feasible—it’s understandable either way depending on preferences. Regarding other aspects: unfortunately one ceiling-mounted BOSE speaker wasn’t functional despite inquiries via chat support; however alternative Bluetooth speakers indoors sufficed instead though slightly disappointing initially especially since someone accompanying me wanted testing them specifically but overall manageable workaround existed nonetheless thankfully! Lastly nearby surroundings exploration revealed missed opportunity discovering sausage vending machine shop selling unique spiral-shaped pork products located mere moments away driving distance-wise This was my first time using it. I have used nearby chain Hotels several times, but I chose this one because it is closer to my destination. It was very good. Above all, the response of the front desk staff was excellent. Also, I enjoyed both dinner and breakfast as they were delicious. If there is an opportunity, I would like to use it again.

Every year I stay here for my birthday, and thank you again this time for the flowers and celebratory message in my Room. I was truly delighted. As always, I was able to spend a wonderful, happy time. I am completely satisfied with the Hotel, the staff, and everything else. Thank you very much. I’m looking forward to visiting again next year.

Thank you for your continued support. Thank you as always for your thoughtful consideration regarding our room. Although we arrived more than an hour later than the check-in time we had originally informed you of, the front desk staff’s warm greeting—“Good evening. Welcome.”—made us feel glad we chose to book with you. Even though our stay was short, we were able to relax and enjoy our time. Thank you very much. Our next visit will be our last one this year, and we plan to stay in late November. We look forward to seeing you again.
