The meals, amenities, and services were excellent and attentive. Small thoughtful touches—such as sleepwear, a bath chair, complimentary drinks, and bottled water—made our stay very comfortable.

I stayed one night on the “A Little Luxury! Spiny Lobster, Abalone, and Shimane Wagyu—A Kaiseki Feast Packed with All of Shimane’s Gourmet Delights!” Plan. As the name suggests, dinner was truly lavish. In addition to spiny lobster, abalone, and Shimane Wagyu, I was able to enjoy a wide variety of delicious local specialties from Shimane all at once. There were plenty of dishes, each one carefully prepared, and everything was delicious right through to the end. If you’re thinking, “Since I’m in Shimane anyway, I want to eat lots of great food,” this is a Plan I highly recommend. I booked my stay looking forward to dinner, and it exceeded my expectations—I was completely satisfied. Not only the food but also the staff’s hospitality was wonderful, and I had a very comfortable stay. Their service was polite yet relaxed and never felt stiff, which left a great impression. Both the cuisine and service were flawless—an Accommodation that genuinely made me think, “I want to stay here again.” Thank you to everyone at Senjoen for such a pleasant time. Some photos are missing because I got so absorbed in eating that I forgot to take them.

I believe this may be the only city Hotel in Aomori City. The service is professional, the rooms are not new but clean, and I think it is a good Hotel. I would like to stay here again when I visit Aomori.

The large public bath was very relaxing after coming back tired from walking. Breakfast wasn’t the same every day, which I really enjoyed. Thank you very much.

It was a wonderful, impeccably clean Room that made us think, the moment we stepped in, “We want to come back.” The open-air bath in the guest room was delightful both at night and in the morning, as we could relax while enjoying the ocean view. Meals were served separately for each party, giving a private feel and allowing us to take our time and enjoy everything. It was an extremely comfortable Accommodation that we would definitely love to visit again.

I stayed in a twin room with dinner included. Since I was staying with my sister and her husband, I booked two rooms, and even though I didn’t request anything, they prepared adjacent rooms on the top floor of the six-story building on the ocean side! It was perfect—thank you so much! This was my second time staying at an AZ Hotel, and my first time in Mihara. On the ocean side there is a JR station, and we could see trains until the last train (maybe because it’s a waiting area). The view was beautiful! I never imagined I’d get to enjoy nighttime train scenery, so it became a great memory. As for meals, the dinner buffet varies by day of the week, so staying on Friday was a bit disappointing. The main dishes were seafood chijimi and burdock soup. There were also crab cream croquettes, hamburg steak, Napolitan pasta, curry rice, etc., but since I have a shellfish allergy and my sister has a wheat allergy, there weren’t many options for us. Still, I think the value for money is excellent! The spicy cod roe at the breakfast buffet was very delicious. The room felt clean and had plenty of amenities. Since it’s an all-in-one shampoo/conditioner provided in the room (rinse-in shampoo), we brought our own shampoo products. All rooms are non-smoking, and there are smoking areas on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th floors. I can only give this place high marks for being able to stay at this price—thank you very much!

My wife and I stayed on a plan that included a private reserved bath. The large public bath was also great, right by the river, but the private bath was very spacious and relaxing. The mushroom hot pot was delicious as well. We would love to stay again if we have the chance. Thank you very much!

We made a same-day Reservation during the busiest season on 8/15, and the staff were outstanding and treated us with great care. Our Room was on the Mt. Fuji view side, and both the room and windows were clean, so we had a very comfortable stay. When we saw Mt. Fuji in the clear morning sky, my spouse and I were truly moved! We were also satisfied with the dinner and breakfast buffet. Above all, the staff were exceptional, and we would definitely like to visit again.

It was very efficient and nice overall. The only issue was that I couldn’t figure out how to operate the air conditioner at first, but I eventually found the controls on the bed’s headboard. The large public bath was great.

Thank you for providing a baby crib—we were able to sleep well.

I stayed here for a concert. It was conveniently located for visiting Sakae and Nagoya Castle, and No Meals Included was more than sufficient. The Room was clean and easy to use.

We enjoyed a crab kaiseki meal, and every dish was carefully prepared and truly delicious, allowing us to fully savor the winter flavors of the San’in region. The Room was equipped with a massage chair, so after warming up in the Onsen we could relax and loosen up at our own pace, making our stay very comfortable. It felt as though the fatigue from our trip simply melted away, and we appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail. When we arrived by car, three staff members welcomed us, and their warm greeting immediately brought a smile to our faces. Throughout our stay, every staff member was courteous and pleasant, which made us feel at ease. We felt that the excellent hospitality further enhances this Accommodation’s appeal. It was a highly satisfying stay where both body and mind could truly rest. We would love to visit again.

This is my favorite Accommodation where I can always enjoy a comfortable stay. This time, I forgot my smartphone charger and panicked, but they kindly lent me one. I was also happy to be on the top floor with a great view, with a clear sight of the newest buildings and the TV tower. I will stay here again.

The open-air bath is spacious and the views are wonderful. The proprietress at the dining area and the staff offered warm, unpretentious hospitality and thoughtful care. Of course, a good Accommodation has great meals and Facility, but it reminded me again that it is ultimately made complete by the people. I was personally very happy that our futons were not put away during breakfast.

There was a Don Quijote nearby, which was very convenient. The location was great, and I would like to stay here again.

I chose this hotel for a Kanazawa trip with my mother’s friend because it has a large public bath, includes breakfast, is close to the station, has clean rooms, and receives great reviews. It was a trip for two 78-year-old women, so I was a bit worried, but they were able to leave their luggage both before and after check-in, and I later heard they could relax at the hotel and enjoy their stay. They said the breakfast didn’t have a huge variety, but there was bread and everything was delicious. It seems it turned into a very satisfying trip. Thank you very much.

Most of the staff provided excellent service with wonderful smiles, making my stay very comfortable. The front desk amenities were well-equipped, and the quality of breakfast was high, making it a place where I wanted to stay longer. I would like to use this accommodation again for my next visit to Numazu. Thank you very much!

I enjoyed an affordable multiple night stay for 2 nights during my Kyoto trip. The accommodation is new, clean, and conveniently located near Kyoto Station. They also stored my luggage after check-out, which was very helpful for sightseeing. The room is compact but clean. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so finding dinner was not an issue. The onsen was relaxing, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. I would love to stay here again!

The Room view, the Onsen, and the meals were all excellent! There are sightseeing spots near Mt. Aso, so the location was great and it was truly wonderful!!

I stayed here to celebrate my son’s birthday and mine. Even though I mistakenly made a Reservation for a twin room instead of a double, they kindly changed it for me. We also received celebratory chocolates, and as always, The Ritz makes me feel elegant every time I visit. The staff and the food were outstanding. I would like to come again next year. Thank you very much.
