The food quality is exceptional—everything we tried was truly delicious. The breakfast buffet is not only tasty, but the staff also keep it clean and well organized at all times, so you can enjoy it comfortably. The Room facilities are not brand-new, but everything—including the bathrooms—is thoroughly cleaned, making for a comfortable stay. From the doorman onward, many of the staff are incredibly kind and greet you with warm smiles, which makes you feel welcome. Rather than staying just to visit a theme park, this is a Hotel that makes you want to stay simply because you want to stay at Hotel Okura—a place full of heartfelt hospitality.

This stay was even better than before—the complimentary drink corner was more well-stocked, the available hours had increased, and an all-you-can-drink draft beer option had been added, which was great. Also, there is now a take-away coffee station after breakfast, which was a nice touch. However, the cup was quite hot to carry, so I would appreciate it if something could be provided to prevent the outside from getting too hot.\nI will stay again.\nThe woman who checked me in was also very pleasant and thanked me for staying with you several times.

It was perfect—close to the station and with a large public bath. However, when using the hair dryer in the bath’s changing room, there was one spot without an outlet, so I had to move seats to use it. Why is there no outlet nearby even though there’s a hair dryer? For breakfast, I thought the cutlet and fried shrimp might feel heavy in the morning, but they were lightly fried and crispy on the outside and tender inside—so good that even I, who usually don’t eat fried food, enjoyed them. It looked a bit tough for one staff member to handle everything alone, but when I left, they greeted me with a wonderful smile. Even if I’m not staying at the Hotel next time, it’s a place I’d like to visit again.

After watching your YouTube video, we thought it looked wonderful and made a Reservation. Even though it was the peak summer holiday season, we were incredibly lucky to secure a Room. As expected, there were many families and large groups, but thanks to the staff’s quick and well-organized coordination, there were no bottlenecks and my spouse and I truly enjoyed our stay. The baths were amazing, with so many excellent tubs to choose from. I especially soaked often in hopes of easing my chronic lower back pain and nerve pain. Shimobe Onsen has helped improve the numbness in my right hand and nerve pain in the past, so I feel deeply grateful for it. We would definitely like to come again for therapeutic bathing. Next time, we would love to stay in a suite Room with a private open-air Onsen bath.

A girls’ trip to celebrate my friend’s birthday. We planned to relax at the Hotel, and it was even more soothing than we expected. Check-out was at 11:00, so we could take our time in the morning while gazing at the ocean. The view was truly amazing, and the ocean scenery from our Room, the open-air observation bath, and throughout the Hotel was incredibly calming. Listening to the sound of the waves, we were able to enjoy a slow and luxurious time. Every meal was delicious, and we enjoyed dishes that made great use of local ingredients. Everything looked beautiful as well, and you could tell each item was carefully prepared. We would definitely love to visit again. Thank you very much.

Thank you for having me for one night. Not because I’m a senior, but when choosing a Hotel, having a large bath is an important requirement for me. Just like in Sapporo, I was able to enjoy a very pleasant bath. This trip wasn’t specifically to visit Sendai, but next time I’d like to plan an itinerary that includes staying at this Hotel again. Also, three hours after checkout I realized I had forgotten my glasses, and when I returned your staff handled it properly and I was able to retrieve them. Thank you very much.

The Room was very clean, and being able to watch Shinkansen trains from the high floor was a hit even with our grown-up kids. The bathroom with a separate washing area, unlike a typical unit bath, let us soak and relax without worrying about getting the surroundings wet, which was truly soothing. Everything at breakfast was delicious, and we fully enjoyed Nagoya specialties. Since the Hotel is directly connected to Nagoya Station, it’s perfect for leaving your luggage and going sightseeing—we’d like to come by Shinkansen next time.

This was our second stay. Last time, I came with my daughter, and the French dinner was so outstanding that I knew we had to return someday. That wish came true, and this time I was able to bring my two sons. Since it was my younger son’s birthday, I ordered a cake through the Hotel website and they kindly prepared it for us. The food is, of course, top-class—both dinner and breakfast are highly recommended. The Onsen was also wonderful, with silky-smooth water. We would love to visit for a third time. Close to the nearest station, and also near a shopping street and tourist attractions, so shopping was convenient. The Room was clean, and the front desk staff were kind. It was very helpful that they could store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. Breakfast was compact but included local specialties, so we were satisfied. However, it isn’t very spacious, so during busy periods or if you want a leisurely breakfast, you may have to wait—so it’s best to be prepared to wait or line up early. We didn’t use it this time, but the 24-hour free coffee service was a nice touch. Since we stayed in summer, it would have been even better if there had been soft drinks or cold tea as well. We had a relaxing stay and would like to use it again if we have the chance.

We stayed here on the first night of our two-night trip to Yamagata. The food was excellent, and we were able to try the imoni stew we had been looking forward to at breakfast. The bath was spacious and relaxing, and the garden was beautiful. My spouse and I were both very satisfied. The welcome tama-konnyaku was delicious as well.

The Hotel was excellent—better than I imagined. Breakfast offered plenty of Okinawan dishes, and I was very satisfied. I also made a Reservation for dinner, and the Shuttle Service to the main building made everything effortless. I had a wonderful time, and I was amazed at how beautiful the stars in the night sky were. I would love to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

We stayed here to celebrate a birthday. The sashimi came with daikon carved into a crane, and there was also sekihan (red rice). Everything looked beautiful and tasted great, leaving both our stomachs and hearts full. All of the staff were wonderful and very considerate, which made our time here truly enjoyable. This was my third stay in a row (three consecutive years), and once again I had a very satisfying stay. I feel this Hotel is thoughtful in every way. They have a large public bath, a pool, and dedicated areas for washing and drying diving gear. The in-house voucher service for choosing light cleaning, hangers in the bathroom, and charging cables for smartphones are also services I truly appreciate. Honestly, there are probably many more luxurious Hotels in terms of facilities, but at a reasonable price you can fully enjoy a resort atmosphere here—and when you consider cleanliness and an overall satisfying Hotel stay, I don’t think there’s anything better on Ishigaki Island. I’m usually the type who wants to try different Hotels each time, so I rarely stay at the same place repeatedly, but I’ve stayed here three years in a row and would like to return again next year as well. If I had to mention one thing, it would be great if you could add more reclining chairs by the pool (even if it makes the regular seating area a bit tighter).

The approach to the Hotel was a bit hard to find, and when I reached the lobby and saw the small front desk, I wondered if I had made a mistake with my Reservation. We stayed as a group of five and booked two Rooms—a triple and a twin—but the triple Room was especially small. Those were my only concerns. However, the Rooms were very clean—everything was spotless and well maintained. The small Room size was made up for by the large public bath, and above all, we were extremely satisfied with how delicious breakfast was! Beautiful presentation, great seasoning, and breakfast in a quiet space without any noise or bustle!! Everyone was very happy. If I have friends planning to visit Kanazawa next time, I will definitely recommend it. I think it’s a high-quality Hotel that exceeds its price. Please give it a try!

We were talking with friends about wanting to see the Atami fireworks, and that’s how we found Atami Terrace. We’d often seen it on Instagram, so although it was a bit pricey for us, we decided to make the Reservation since it was a special occasion—and we were absolutely thrilled! Nothing blocked the view: an amazing collaboration of the sea, illuminations, and fireworks right in front of us. The powerful sound that you could feel in your stomach was truly moving. The service was just as impressive as the fireworks. The buffet meals—both dinner and breakfast—offered great variety, and unlike many Hotels like this, there was hardly any waiting in line. For my friend who has trouble walking and uses a cane, there was a cart that could carry a tray while moving around, and she seemed happy to be able to choose as much as she wanted. We were also surprised by the all-you-can-drink beer. We also enjoyed plenty inside the Hotel—late-night soba noodles, plus tea and sweets in the lounge. And with the beach right in front of you, I think it would be perfect for swimming too. It’s beautiful overall, and the Room is compact but well organized—we felt relaxed throughout our stay. We’ve already made another Reservation for the November fireworks festival. We’re really looking forward to it.

Thanks to booking through IKYU, we received several perks, which we truly appreciated. The pool is all-weather, so we could play safely without worrying about sunburn or rain. While the Facility shows some age, it is a wonderful piece of architecture and has been carefully maintained, allowing us to stay comfortably. Through the activities, we were able to see our children full of energy—an ideal setting for a family trip.

It was a very convenient location—just steps from Kitahama Station, and you can even walk to Umeda if you take your time exploring the Nakanoshima museums and library along the way. The ceiling-mounted shower was comfortable and convenient since it leaves both hands free. Having bottled water available in the lobby was also very helpful. Thanks to the luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, we were able to fully enjoy three days in Osaka.

This stay was highly satisfying from start to finish. The Room was spacious, and I was able to relax in a calm atmosphere. Dinner offered an even wider variety than I expected; each dish tasted wonderful, the portions were generous, and I was completely satisfied. Breakfast also featured a great selection of small dishes, and I really liked the style of choosing freely from what I preferred—it made for a very fulfilling meal to start the day. The Onsen water was especially memorable, with a gentle softness that seemed to blend into the body. Not only did it ease my shoulder pain, but I could also feel my skin becoming smooth. In addition, the attentive and heartfelt hospitality unique to a long-established Ryokan further enhanced the quality of the stay. From check-in to check-out, all staff members were considerate and attentive, allowing me to feel comfortable throughout. Overall, this was an excellent Ryokan where everything—cuisine, Onsen, Room comfort, and service—was of a high standard. It is an Accommodation I would definitely like to visit again.

The location, staff service, and thoughtful amenities were all excellent. They also upgraded our Room, which made the stay very comfortable. The 24-hour complimentary drinks at the front desk and the cloth hand towels were a nice touch. There were bath salts in the Room, and since I like soaking in the bath, it helped me relax and recover from fatigue. Among the Business Hotels I’ve stayed at, I think this was an overall very good Hotel.
