We stayed for one night with the No Meals Included plan. My daughter wore a cute yukata that was available to borrow for free, and she was thrilled as we strolled around the Kinosaki Onsen town. After check-in, it’s best to choose your yukata right away! Quantities are limited, so the cute obi and cords may run out. The bath was spacious and relaxing, so we were very satisfied. If we have a chance to visit the area again, we would love to stay here once more.

The dinner was truly luxurious, just as mentioned in the reviews, and the portions were incredibly large! I felt sorry for not being able to finish it all... It would be nice to have bath towels included in the amenities! There were four friendly and adorable cats outside (*^^*).

We often rely on this Accommodation for road trips, as it’s convenient even though it isn’t near the station. The rates are reasonable, and we appreciate that breakfast is always included. When we’re too tired to go out for a meal, it’s also a plus that you can enjoy dinner in the Hotel at an affordable price.

I found the self check-in convenient. However, although I originally planned to stay with my husband, I ended up staying alone. The screen still showed 2 guests, so I politely asked if it was okay to change it. A female front desk staff member in her 40s did not listen to what I was saying and said, “If you don’t understand, shall we do it here?” (the usual front desk service), assuming on her own that I didn’t know how to operate it. She spoke in a condescending way with an exasperated look, which made me feel uncomfortable. The other staff members were very kind.

Stayed after visiting Huis Ten Bosch Traveled from Hiroshima by motorcycle. Checked in past midnight, and since there was no parking sign for motorcycles, I parked in a compact car space before proceeding to check-in. When asked, "Are you traveling by car?" I mentioned that I parked my motorcycle in the compact car space. The male staff member responded pleasantly without hesitation, "Oh, that's fine!" Although it was No Meals Included, I had a very comfortable stay. It made me realize how important first impressions are!

This Accommodation is well known for its excellent cuisine. The dishes were beautifully presented and tasted outstanding. While primarily Japanese, they also incorporated Western elements, offering new flavors and textures that made every course memorable. The Onsen was neither too hot nor too cold—just the right temperature—and the water quality also felt very good. I was extremely satisfied with both the meals and the Onsen. The staff were polite and kind. If I had to mention areas for improvement, although it can’t be helped that the Facility is old overall, there was no air conditioning in the corridors, so I started sweating on the way back to my Room after bathing. Also, there was only one face towel in the Room, so I ended up drying and reusing the towel I took to the bath. I was also concerned that an emergency light in a corridor seemed close to burning out. Despite many wonderful points, a few things were disappointing.

The location was very convenient! The bathroom had an unusual layout and was a bit difficult to use. I also noticed some mold. If it were a little cheaper, I’d like to stay again.

Dinner was carefully prepared down to each dish. Breakfast was also delicious, just like a classic Ryokan breakfast. The bath was spacious, and I could relax and take my time. This is an Accommodation I’m very satisfied with and would recommend.

Stayed for 2 nights in December. We were looking for a pet-friendly detached house and found this place. It’s a three-story building: the first floor is a covered parking area (very convenient as we had lots of luggage!), the second floor has the living-dining area, bathroom, and toilet, and the third floor has bedrooms and a terrace. The property still had that new construction smell. Although it’s pet-friendly, there was no dog odor at all! The appliances were new and clean. However, some areas like gaps around the washing machine could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The surrounding area is not near any major tourist spots, so it was very quiet and comfortable at night. We even saw the sunrise over the ocean right in front of us! We stayed with our dog, who was allowed to roam freely indoors with diapers on (though not on beds). They also provided items like pee pads for pets, which we really appreciated. One minor inconvenience was that there were no instruction manuals for some appliances or fixtures; we struggled to figure out how to use certain things or troubleshoot when an error sound came from the washer-dryer combo—ended up searching online using our phones. A file with manuals would be helpful in such cases. The staff responded promptly to our email inquiries before arrival, which gave us peace of mind during our stay. We’ll definitely stay here again when visiting Awaji Island! Thank you very much!

For the past decade or so, we have been taking a crab trip to Kasumi-Shibayama about once a year, and compared with places we stayed in the past, this Accommodation was higher quality and very satisfying. As it is a small Accommodation with only three Rooms, you can’t expect much beyond the quality of the Room and meals, but it is an Accommodation I can recommend. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

The terrace was spacious, and the late check-out time allowed us to enjoy a relaxing morning sipping coffee while gazing at the sea. The room was clean and perfectly sized for two people. However, we felt a bit hesitant about using the jacuzzi on the terrace, so we decided not to use it this time. As mentioned in other reviews, parking was quite challenging, especially since we had an MT car, which made it a bit more difficult. Other than that, everything was wonderful. It made us want to stay longer next time! We also appreciated the coffee, tea, snacks, and popcorn provided—they were such a nice touch. Thank you for giving us such a lovely experience!

The Room, toilets, and large public bath are all very clean, making for a comfortable stay. The bed is a bit small, but I had no issues like feeling cold or having back pain, and I slept soundly. What really stands out is that the shared areas such as the hall have many bookshelves filled mainly with manga, which you can pick up and read anytime. They have an extensive selection ranging from nostalgic Showa-era Shonen Jump volumes to popular manga that have recently been adapted into anime, so if you enjoy bookstores or libraries, you’ll likely love this space. It seems to be run by a friendly couple, and I’d like to come again.

The sashimi was delicious. We chose the standard option, and it was very filling. Everything was explained clearly and politely.

Near Fuchu Station, there is a Super Drug Himawari about a 5-minute walk away, where you can buy food and drinks, which is very convenient. I have stayed here every May for the past three years, and it feels like the breakfast side dishes have gradually decreased. Compared with breakfast, dinner is only 100 yen more, yet the dinner bento comes with salad and miso soup and is very filling. Compared to dinner, breakfast feels quite simple.

Once again, we were extremely satisfied with the generous portions and high-quality meals. Wi-Fi was also available from the Room, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time online throughout our stay.

The Room is old, but it is thoroughly cleaned and feels very clean. If possible, it would have been perfect if the shower water pressure were a bit stronger, but the price is low so I can’t really complain, and the staff were very helpful. I will stay here again.

Recently, my wife and I decided we wanted to visit an Onsen, so we planned a trip to Beppu. After checking in at Yumetsuki, we stayed overnight at Resort Ougiyama. Thank you for the courteous and easy-to-understand explanation at check-in. Next time we travel to Beppu, we would like to stay at Yumetsuki. Because it comes with a private Onsen managed for each room, it’s a great option for those who aren’t comfortable with large public baths—just like us (haha). The Onsen was very relaxing and completely relieved our fatigue. We’d love to come again. Thank you very much.

We stayed from 7/18 to 7/21 as a family of four: a couple and two children (6th and 3rd grade). We’ve stayed at several whole-house Accommodations before, but this one is by far the best!! This time we stayed in the Plumeria Room with a private pool, and the kids were thrilled! Whenever they had free time during our stay, they were in the pool. The kitchen was fully equipped with cooking utensils and tableware, so we cooked dinner twice during our stay (one was a BBQ) and made breakfast every day without any inconvenience. Basic seasonings such as oil, soy sauce, and salt were also provided. The large refrigerator had complimentary water and canned tea that we could drink freely, which was incredibly helpful. The Room was very spacious and stylish. The bathrooms were kept very clean, which made our stay comfortable. There were two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two toilets, which was very convenient when we came back from the beach and everyone wanted to shower. We requested BBQ equipment rental on the morning of the day, and when we returned from going out it had been set up on the terrace. The kids loved their routine of eating meat until they got hot—and then jumping in for a swim. During our stay we even found stag beetles by the poolside about twice—our son was beyond excited! Stag beetles, shiny jewel bugs, geckos; tons of crabs and hermit crabs on the beach; plus unlimited swimming in the pool—this place is paradise for kids. If we can come back again, we definitely will!! It became an unforgettable summer memory.
