Used a Private Capsule as Mentioned in the Title. While there is no lock on the capsule door, the lockers are secure with locks, so safety is not an issue. However, regarding the key—though it worked fine for the locker and area doors, it was unresponsive with the elevator at times. This made accessing the women-only lounge inconvenient, and unfortunately, I could only use it for showers.

From the outside it felt more like a public hall, which was a bit unusual, but inside it is a Hotel, and the staff’s service was especially excellent. We went out for dinner in town nearby, and there were plenty of restaurants—the location is truly perfect. Thank you to the Hotel staff for kindly showing us where to go. The breakfast buffet even included steak; it was delicious, great value, and very satisfying. I would definitely like to stay again.

We wanted to enjoy restaurants in Karuizawa, so we chose this Accommodation with No Meals Included. The bed was very comfortable, the bathtub was spacious, and the shower had plenty of hot water. For breakfast (8:00–10:00), you can order a hot sandwich and a drink at the café on the first floor—it was very delicious. The owner also shared recommendations for great bakeries and local tips. This is a Hotel we would like to stay at again.

Due to the gender ratio on the day, my room was upgraded. Thanks to that, I had a very comfortable stay. Even without considering that, the delicious meals, clean room, and well-prepared bath area with towels and cosmetics in the changing room made for a pleasant experience. The hospitality from the owner and staff was also polite and excellent. This small accommodation in a quaint town is charming—I hope they continue their great work as I’d love to visit again!

For the price, having access to the kitchen was very convenient. The Room was also spotless and nicely decorated, so I could relax and enjoy my stay. I also enjoyed talking with the owner. Thank you very much.

It’s in a very convenient location. The Room was spacious and felt clean. A Review mentioned that you could drink coffee at the front desk 24 hours a day, but that service was no longer available. However, each guest receives one bottle of water per day, and there is an electric kettle, so it wasn’t a problem. The Room had plenty of outlets, lots of hangers and hooks for clothes, and a shelf by the entrance where you can place various items, which made it comfortable. There is also a microwave and a refrigerator. The amenities were plentiful with a wide variety. Because the bathroom and toilet are slightly elevated, you need to watch your step. Also, as noted in other Reviews, it’s convenient that you can enter and exit without passing through the front desk when going in and out of the Room, but it also means non-guests could potentially come in as well—so using the double lock is important.

It is a container house, but once inside, it was no different from a regular Business Hotel. In fact, it was new, clean, and very pleasant. Meals were available through a frozen food service. The taste was typical of frozen food, but it was an appreciated service.

We stayed as a family of four. Bath: Unit bath Toilet: Separate Room: Tatami Meals: None; breakfast available (we left early, so we didn’t eat). Overall, it was clean and good value for money. It felt like a business hotel for families! Since it’s on the street by Tsutenkaku, we were able to fully enjoy Osaka.

I booked a mixed-gender dorm this time, but the Accommodation kindly prepared a private room with a lock for me. The snoring from the guest right next door was a bit loud in the middle of the night, but that wasn’t the Accommodation’s fault, and I really appreciated their consideration. (If you’re sensitive to noise such as snoring, I recommend booking a fully private room—it costs a little more.) Amenities were well stocked, and the bed was comfortable. I used a discount coupon for the attached “Ramen Masago” at dinner, but since I wasn’t very hungry this time, I chose gyoza instead. Delicious and recommended. (Next time I might try the ramen too.) They also provide public bath tickets, and the building was clean and comfortable, so I could enjoy hiking the next day in great condition. There’s a supermarket nearby, and there’s also a spacious parking lot across from the Accommodation—overall great value for money. I’d like to stay again when I’m in this area. I stayed here on a business trip. It’s a calm, comfortable Hotel with a monthly-apartment style, so it felt easy to stay for a Multiple Night Stay without any hesitation. The cleaning was thorough and everything felt very clean. It’s within walking distance of Miebashi Station, and there’s also a supermarket nearby as well as inexpensive parking, so the location was great. *Even though I accidentally left something behind, they kindly mailed it to me with careful packaging, which was a huge help. This is an Accommodation I’d definitely like to stay at again.

The maisonette-style room instantly lifted our spirits the moment we walked in. The view of Mt. Fuji from the bath was also spectacular. However, one thing: the cleaning wasn’t thorough. There was trash left on the balcony, and we even found potato snack crumbs under the cushion of the massage chair.

I stayed for one night to see the moss phlox. The front desk staff were very courteous. When I asked for directions, they explained everything while looking at a map. Room wear is available near the front desk, and guests can choose what they need. What made me happiest was the food—I didn’t expect to enjoy such delicious meals. This is a Hotel I’d love to visit again.

This was my first time visiting Kannawa Onsen. The hot spring water was simply amazing. Miyukiya was wonderful. It’s a place I’ll want to visit again and again.

In the dining room, jazz plays in the background, and the stylish handmade tables immediately catch your eye. The delicious dishes made with local ingredients are served at a great pace. The rice is locally grown Fukkurinko. Carefully cooked with attention to details such as soaking time and when to lift it from the water, it is glossy, sweet, and irresistibly tasty. With an Onsen and wonderful food, this Accommodation warmed both body and soul.

I knew the Plaza had been renovated, and it was very clean. The facilities were high quality and comfortable.

The view of Lake Kasumigaura from the room was amazing—an unbeatable location! You can also take a walk around Lake Kasumigaura just a short stroll away. The sauna was excellent, and the breakfast had a great variety—we were very satisfied! The front desk staff were also wonderful. The only downsides were that the room flashlight was broken, and there was no pen or notepad provided, which felt a bit inconvenient. If you stay in an east-facing room, you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise! This is a Hotel I’d love to return to!

On my first visit to Shima Onsen, I had planned to arrive early and do some sightseeing, but due to heavy rain, I ended up waiting until check-in—thank you very much for accommodating me. The Room was very clean and more spacious than I expected. The in-room bath was at the perfect temperature, and I used it many times, which helped relieve my everyday fatigue. I made a Reservation with No Meals Included, but the à la carte dinner was also delicious, and the service was courteous. With an 11:00 check-out, you can take your time, and since you just return the Room key and leave, it feels casual and easygoing—perfect for someone like me who isn’t comfortable with the formal hospitality and send-offs typical of long-established Ryokan.

I stayed here for the first time for one night in Chiba. As it is a container-style accommodation, I noticed the floor was slightly hard and a bit cold, but the air conditioning worked well, and the interior was clean and comfortable. Frozen light meals were provided, which were quite satisfying. The twin room felt a bit cramped when spreading out luggage, but overall, I was satisfied with the affordable price.

They were able to accommodate a late-night stay, which was very helpful. The parking lot was also spacious, with plenty of room. The Room was a large corner Room with ample space. The location was right in front of the station and close to the expressway. I would like to stay here again.
