This was my first stay, and I really appreciated that check-in is available from 14:00 (Plan), and check-out is at 11:00 the next day. The Room was spacious, and the TV was a good size. I also appreciated having the toilet and bath separated. If you don’t mind the location, this Hotel is definitely recommended. *Please note: depending on the time of day, there is only one elevator, so you may have to wait and may run into business-trip guests (ladies) while waiting.*

It feels like a dream to have enjoyed such a wonderful sensory experience so close to home. We stayed here for a family birthday, and despite making many selfish requests, the staff responded to everything with smiles, for which we are truly grateful! We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the dome tent we had always dreamed of. We would love to visit again. It was an exceptional one-night stay. Thank you very much!

We stayed here as a family while sightseeing in Nagano. The manager was friendly and responded to us courteously. As this is an Accommodation at a temple, it does not have the latest facilities, but the toilets, bath, and shared spaces were well maintained and clean. Thank you very much.

It was nicely cleaned, and the heating facilities were well equipped, which was great. The location is also convenient for anyone with plans around Lake Sagami, so I recommend it.

We, a very busy working couple, stayed at the accommodation. We enjoyed the luxury of a relaxing and carefree 3-night multiple night stay. Before going, we wondered about "the aftermath of the earthquake disaster," but the weather was great in Hamadori, with clean air and beautiful stars. We were deeply moved by how resiliently people are living towards recovery. We are already talking about wanting to visit again. Thank you very much!

It didn’t feel particularly new, but I appreciated that the bathroom and toilet were separate. The front desk staff were also courteous.

This was my first stay here. From check-in onward, it’s a Hotel with no in-person service and no real front desk. I couldn’t find any vending machines for beer or similar drinks, so you’ll need to stock up before checking in. The in-room facilities felt newly updated, and it was my first time using a mirror that also works as a display where you can watch YouTube. The bars and hooks around the desk area also felt very unique. The bathtub was on the small side, but even as a 170 cm tall man I was able to warm up. There was no facial cleanser.

There weren’t many Reviews, and it was a bit hard to find on the map, but if you’re just looking for a place to sleep after enjoying Minato Mirai and Chinatown, this was a great-value Room thanks to its proximity to Chinatown. It had all the essentials, and I stayed comfortably without any inconvenience. However, you can hear voices from the neighboring Room. Still, for this price, I think it’s totally worth it.

All meals are handmade from the seasonings up, and the koji-based dishes were tender and carefully prepared with quality ingredients. The rich, flavorful game meat was delicious. Our dog also finished all of the venison dish, asked for seconds, and looked very happy.

The Room was very clean, and we were also happy with the reasonable price and the free breakfast. This was our first time having dinner at TSUTAYA Kitchen, and it was also reasonably priced and very delicious. We will visit again.

We stayed in a double room as a couple. The accommodation was stylish, the room was clean, and there was even a private onsen. It was about a 10-minute walk to Yubatake in Kusatsu Onsen, making our trip very enjoyable. The owner kindly explained the directions to Yubatake, but since it was already dark, we got slightly lost before arriving. It would be even better if there were a guide map available that is easy to follow even after sunset. Overall, it is a highly satisfying and recommended accommodation!

This was our second stay, following our visit in March this year. With a spacious living room with beautiful sunset views, a comfortable kitchen, a relaxing massage chair, and a sauna, our whole family was very satisfied and able to unwind. The grandchildren were delighted with the morning harvest experience in the owner’s garden. The caretaker was also very pleasant—this is an Accommodation we’d love to return to.

I stayed here last month and loved it, so as soon as my plans were set, I completed the Reservation without hesitation. It seemed to be fully booked this time, so I’m glad I made the Reservation early. It’s extremely comfortable. The cork-like smell? that bothered me last time didn’t bother me this time. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, so No Meals Included is not an issue. There isn’t a convenience store nearby, but I bought what I needed at a supermarket in advance and used the refrigerator. I still struggled a bit with the self check-in process, but I think it’s fine for anyone used to using a smartphone or computer. I’ll stay again.

The check-in and check-out process was very easy to understand. The Room was relaxing, and the bedding was fluffy and very comfortable! The bathroom was not a unit bath, so it felt like taking a bath at home. There is a 7-Eleven and Hirai Bento nearby, which was convenient since you can also eat inside. I would like to stay again if I have the chance.

We stayed here because we were going to the outlet mall and this Accommodation allows Chihuahuas to stay with you. It was very close to the outlet mall and also had an Onsen, which was great. However, one downside was that the air conditioner didn’t work and there was only old-style heating, so we couldn’t adjust the temperature.

We stayed here for our first three-generation family trip. With two infants, one young child, our dog, and several adults, it was a large group, but everyone was satisfied thanks to the sauna and the outdoor swing and lawn where we could play. The Facility was spacious and very clean, with well-equipped amenities, so we were able to relax comfortably. Our family even said we’d like to come back once a year.
