I booked through Yahoo Travel, expecting a regular Hotel, but it was unmanned with remote identity verification via video call for check-in. Additionally, this was my oversight, but there are two similarly named Hotels: Grand Base "Mojiko" and "Mojiko Ekimae," which almost caused me to follow the wrong directions on Google Maps. The biggest issue for me was the lack of pajamas. While this might be common in accommodations like private lodgings, I had booked with the image of a regular Hotel in mind and found it inconvenient upon arrival. It would be helpful if such details were more prominently noted. On the other hand, toothbrushes, towels, shampoo, a microwave oven, and a water dispenser were provided. The location is excellent—within walking distance of Mojiko Station and the retro district—with supermarkets and drugstores nearby. Incidentally, I bought pajamas at one of these drugstores. The Facility is new and clean. Although I noticed that there was no door for the toilet area, it was quiet and comfortable overall. The price is reasonable; once accustomed to this style of accommodation, such Hotels can be quite appealing!

It was my first trip to Okinawa. I was impressed to see Mr. Kinjou locations everywhere in Naha City, and the facilities were all clean with friendly staff, making my stay very comfortable. The rates were also reasonable and budget-friendly. I would love to stay again. Thank you!

Overall, I was satisfied. However, the lights were either fully on or completely off, so I’d like the living room lighting to be improved.

Thank you for hosting us with the yakiniku set included. Although it rained and some of our plans changed, we had a very fulfilling day with the tent sauna, cold plunge bath, table tennis, and BBQ, and we were very satisfied. We would love to stay again.

It was my first time staying in the Onna Village area. Since I was traveling with children, I looked for a place where we could relax and be close to the sea. The staff were warm and welcoming, and having the sea nearby made it a perfect location! The gas-powered washer-dryer was also incredibly convenient! This time, we opted out of breakfast, but it looked delicious, so I might include it next time... The kids were very satisfied! They were already talking about wanting to stay here again next year, so I definitely want to come back too.

We stayed for 2 nights with 2 people and used a rental car. It was a private room. The parking fee was an unbeatable JPY 700 per day. Everything we needed was provided, and it was more than sufficient as a guesthouse. The futon was long, which was great for me since I’m tall. There is a spa and an outlet mall within walking distance. It would have been even better if the price were a little lower.

Thank you very much for your hospitality the other day! The Facility is old, but the toilets and washbasins were new, and the Room’s air conditioner was also new, which was great. Breakfast was excellent—the rice was exceptionally delicious, the pork soup (made without miso) was wonderful, and the other side dishes were also tasty. This is an Accommodation I would love to stay at again next time. Thank you very much.

There is also parking available, and five of us stayed here. The hot sandwich breakfast was delicious.

The Room was spacious, and the kitchen was also large enough and very clean. Most tableware and utensils were provided, so we hardly needed to bring anything. The refrigerator had 2L of water and seasonings (salt, pepper, sauce, soy sauce), which we were able to use. About 30 minutes to an hour after checkout, a staff member called to let us know we had left something behind. Since it was difficult for us to return, they arranged to mail it to us. We truly appreciate their prompt and courteous assistance. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity!

It was my first time using the Property after learning about it. 15 tatami mats with an open-air bath. Spacious, very quiet, and relaxing. It's nice to lay out the futon by yourself. There is a slight musty smell, and since it's in the mountains, mobile reception is poor, so I would like WIFI available in the Room. *Another site mentioned in a Review from March 2024 that they were investigating the cause of the WIFI not connecting, but it still doesn't connect. The food was delicious. Meals are served at the venue, but with a maximum of five groups staying, you can enjoy your meal leisurely. As for the Onsen, it's set slightly lukewarm. You can enjoy it for a long time while listening to the murmuring of the river. It's unfortunate that the washing area is behind the sauna's cold bath, and if someone who isn't careful uses it, a large amount of cold water flows through. Even after checkout, you can use the Onsen until it closes, so you can enjoy it for a long time without noticing the time passing. I think I will use it again.

We were very satisfied—we could relax at a leisurely pace right by the sea while listening to the sound of the waves. The only thing was that the meal portions were too large, and it felt wasteful to leave food behind, but we had no choice but to throw some away. It would be nice if the portions could be a bit smaller or if guests could choose the amount. The food was very luxurious and delicious, so it was painful to have to leave any.

I used it for the first time for a pre-trip stay. Since I was going to check in late, I contacted them in advance, and they responded politely. The Room was clean and cost-effective, and I liked that the slippers were not flimsy! I was also happy to find a coffee and water server available. However, there was a dead insect in the bathroom, which was the only negative point. When checking out, a gentleman even saw me off outside, allowing me to start my morning pleasantly! The Onsen accommodation was excellent except for the outdoor bath having a cover and the volume of breakfast. The heartfelt cuisine, in particular, was truly impressive.

We stayed as a family. The property has been beautifully renovated, well-maintained, and we had a very comfortable stay. We would love to visit again.

We stayed for two nights as a family of three (parent and child) to cheer at our child’s tournament. Here are the good points: The living Japanese-style room was about 20 tatami mats in size, and there was an internet-enabled projector, so we could watch YouTube and ABEMA Prime on a big screen—my wife and child were very happy. Each Room had an air conditioner plus either a kerosene fan heater or an oil heater, so we had no issues with the cold. The Accommodation was pre-warmed for us in advance, which made it very comfortable. The kitchen was also quite spacious and fully satisfactory, and there was a coffee grinder—we ground beans and enjoyed great coffee. The not-so-good points: There is no curtain on the door at the entrance leading to the sauna room, so it can be seen from outside (we didn’t use the sauna). It would be nice to have basic seasonings (salt & pepper, soy sauce). It’s a bit far from supermarkets and restaurants. Overall, we were very satisfied, and we’d like to stay again if we come nearby. (It felt slightly wasteful for just three people to rent.)

The staff are very kind. Just a short walk from the Futenma Market Entrance bus stop. For shopping, there's a supermarket across the crosswalk. The washing machine is indoors. The dryer is conveniently located outside the door on the same floor. The refrigerator comes with a freezer. The water pressure for the shower and other facilities is sufficient. The Room is clean and comfortable. It had all the best conditions for a long trip. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

This time, I stayed with a friend. Due to the earthquake, there were fewer tourists, so the Onsen town felt a bit quiet, but the Accommodation had a warm, homey atmosphere and the staff were kind, making it very comfortable to stay. The meal was my first irori kaiseki dinner; it was delicious and very filling. However, during our Onsen-hopping, several places were closed, which was the only disappointment.

First of all, the staff was very kind and attentive. The Room was thoroughly cleaned and very tidy. The bedding was also clean and comfortable. The wood stove added a nice atmosphere and a sense of escape from the ordinary, and it warmed the entire Room, making the purchase of firewood a good decision. According to my wife's opinion... A few slightly disappointing points: No makeup remover or facial cleanser in the amenities Not a three-sided mirror The bathroom floor is slippery Next time, we would like to stay for more than two nights to relax more. Also, it seems there are Facilities in other areas, so we would like to use those as well.
