We stayed here the night before our child’s recital. Even though we arrived after 11:00 PM, the staff were very kind, guiding us to the parking area and preparing welcome drinks for us. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options and very satisfying portions. It would have been even better with some fruit, but considering how reasonably priced our stay was, we were truly happy with it.

I didn’t expect much given the low price, but the front desk staff were very welcoming, and the Room was more spacious than I thought—I slept like a log. If I come back to Yaizu, this is the place.

It’s right by the entrance to Chinatown, so it was easy to find. As others have mentioned, the step up into the unit bath is quite high. However, I was satisfied with the other Facilities. With its location right by the Chinatown entrance, transportation access was excellent. I would like to stay here again.

We stayed during the Obon holidays. The building is old, but it’s well maintained and very comfortable. The meals were delicious, and we tried yamame trout sashimi for the first time. The bath had dim lighting, which made it very relaxing. We also used it in the morning, and it felt wonderful surrounded by trees. We really enjoyed the evening event hosted by the staff.

A clean Hotel, complimentary drinks and food, plenty of books and rental items. We had a very comfortable stay. Thank you!

I stayed without high expectations due to some negative reviews, but the room was spacious and there were no particular issues. It was conveniently located near USJ and Expo, and I was happy to stay at an affordable price.

Although the property is old, it was thoroughly cleaned and comfortable. The meals were delicious, and depending on the Plan, we appreciated having them served in our Room. All of the staff were kind, including those providing the Shuttle Service. Highly recommended for anyone who doesn’t mind an older property. We would definitely like to stay again.

About 10 years ago, I always stayed here whenever I was on a business trip to Osaka. This was my first stay since it became Prince Smart Inn. Some Reviews were negative, but in my experience there were no issues at all—if anything, it felt improved with the free breakfast included. I accidentally locked myself out at checkout, but the woman at the front desk kindly helped me and it was a huge relief. If I had to mention one thing, it might be nice to have a wider variety of amenities, but if that would raise the room rate, I’m personally fine with just the essentials. It’s close to the station and offers great value for money—overall a very convenient Hotel.

I stayed here for a live event at Ecopa. Check-in was until 10 PM, but since I arrived at Bentenjima Station just before 10 PM and went to buy dinner at a convenience store first, I called to inform them that I would be checking in after 10 PM. The staff responded very kindly and warmly, which made me feel reassured. When I arrived, they informed me that the Onsen was open until 11 PM. When I asked if it would be okay as long as I left the bath by 11 PM, they assured me not to worry since there were still other guests who hadn't arrived yet. Although the person who answered my call earlier was different from the one who greeted me upon arrival, it felt like all staff were well-trained and caring, which left a warm impression on me. The view from my room was great. Since it was late when I checked in, I only used the room for sleeping, but it was very comfortable. Instead of traditional futons on tatami mats, there were mattresses with futons laid on top of them, allowing for a soft and restful sleep. If there's one thing I'd wish for—it would have been nice if the Onsen could also be used in the morning since its hours started from 3 PM. The location is right in front of the station with a convenience store nearby; combined with excellent service from the staff, I'd love to stay here again if I'm ever visiting Shizuoka again. I was able to relax while listening to the sound of the waves by the sea. I was also satisfied with the meals. The Room was very spacious and relaxing in a way I hadn’t experienced before, and it helped me recover from my fatigue. I will come again.

This stay includes a hot pot set, 90 minutes of all-you-can-drink, and breakfast. The Room is a Japanese-style room and is well equipped with sufficient space, heating, a refrigerator, and a toilet. You lay out the futon yourself. The Onsen is clear and colorless with free-flowing water, and it felt fresh and very pleasant. The hot pot was tasty with both paitan (rich white broth) and soy sauce soup options. With the all-you-can-drink plan as well, we were able to enjoy a relaxed meal. The breakfast buffet has fewer items than some places, but it was satisfying enough. A great value Hotel—I’ll continue using it as an overnight stop on trips around Eastern Hokkaido.

I arrived earlier than the check-in time and planned to wait in the lobby, but I was informed that the Room was ready, and I could check in. It was very helpful! The building and Facility seem a bit old, but everything was cleaned thoroughly, and the bathtub appeared to have been replaced recently, as it was quite clean. The only amenity provided was a toothbrush, but anything else needed could be conveniently purchased at the adjacent convenience store, so I didn't feel any inconvenience. Stayed as a single guest in a twin room with separate toilet and bath, spacious and clean. The bathroom was large enough to stretch out comfortably. This is an unmanned hotel where you enter by entering a code at the entrance, and the room is also unlocked with a code. Since I stayed on the first floor, I could hear other guests talking, vending machine sounds, and microwave usage slightly, but overall it was a good hotel. I would consider staying here again.

I stayed here during a concert at Fukuoka Sunpalace, and the location was convenient as it was close to the venue. Although I thought I knew in advance that the front desk was not on the first floor, I was momentarily confused upon arrival. It would be helpful if there were clearer signs near the entrance. Check-in was done via a machine, but with staff assistance, it went smoothly. Check-out was very simple—just dropping the key card into a box inside the elevator. Luggage storage is available through paid coin lockers, which seems to reduce staff requirements; if this helps keep accommodation costs low, it's fine by me. Amenities were provided on the front desk floor and included drinks, skincare products, and bath additives, which were nice touches. There don't seem to be single rooms available; however, staying in a double bed room alone allowed for a comfortable stay. The unit bath is compact and might feel cramped for larger individuals. There’s also a supermarket nearby that stays open late at night, so shopping wasn’t an issue either.

A very affordable Hotel in Chinatown, with plenty of places to eat nearby and only about a 5-minute walk to the station. I was able to stay two nights for the budget of one night. Having a microwave in the Room was also great! The bed was comfortable, too.

The meals were delicious, and the portions were just right. The Onsen’s changing area was immediately by the entrance, which made me a little uneasy at first, but it was about the size of a home bath and was well cleaned, so it was nice.

The Hotel itself is simple, just as shown in the photos, but it was very clean and comfortable to stay in. We also received admission tickets to an Onsen Facility just a 1-minute walk away, which we really enjoyed. The manga selection and the bikes on display were very cool, and it seems you can borrow rental bicycles for free as well. Thank you very much.

I stayed here for a business trip last time, and this time I used it for sightseeing in Shonan. The Room was a bit small but sufficient—clean and odorless, which was great! The bath and sauna were also clean, and perhaps because it was a weekend stay, there was even a heat wave service in the sauna! It was absolutely amazing! The drink bar and ochazuke service were excellent—I even had seconds of the ochazuke. I would love to stay here again.
