I decided to go because it felt wasteful to cancel during the typhoon. The rain was intense. The table tennis area had serious leaks, with a large bucket placed there, which made me a bit uneasy. However, there were no leaks in the Room, and I was able to relax. The food was delicious, and the staff were kind with great smiles. The only inconvenience was having to go down to the first floor every time to smoke—I wish there had been a smoking area on each floor, or a Room where e-cigarettes are allowed. Thank you very much.

The building felt a bit dated, but the Room was thoroughly cleaned and I had an extremely comfortable stay. The bathroom area is often where ratings drop the most, but it was very clean and I was pleasantly surprised. I really appreciated that the Ladies’ Plan included overnight skincare amenities! It would have been nice if there were instant coffee in the Room.

I believe it meets the necessary and sufficient conditions. It is within walking distance for conferences at the Osaka International Convention Center and offered at a reasonable price. With nearby restaurants and convenience stores, it is a good choice for attending a conference for about two nights. I would like to use it again for future events at the convention center.

An unbelievably low price of 6,000 yen during the Obon holiday period. At this price, you can swallow a few complaints. Best for people who just want something cheap and don’t care about the details. Not suitable for couples or families. - After arriving at the Hotel, we were told we couldn’t use the large public bath. A nearby Onsen was already closed, so we used the Room’s unit bath. Hot water did come out properly. - The Room is old and feels a bit scary. - Breakfast is basically a free add-on: only a little bread, rice, and a small amount of side dishes. The miso soup tasted like it hadn’t been checked. - The staff were pleasant; I just wished the owner would improve things a bit more. It was fine because I stayed with friends. If it had been with family or a partner, the mood would have dropped…

We stayed for one night as a family. The Facility was even more satisfying than we had imagined based on the Reviews. Check-in and check-out were very smooth, and the staff were also very kind and helpful. We stayed in the Kaede Wing Room. Getting there was a bit complicated, but the Room was clean. Compared with the Satsuki Wing, there was a slight smell, but it wasn’t strong enough to bother us during our stay. The amenities were minimal with nothing unnecessary— only towels and toothbrushes. There were no snack trays, and only tea was provided with the electric kettle. My mother, who came with us, seemed to find it a little lacking, but since we could enjoy free ice cream, drinks, and alcohol in the lounge, I didn’t feel it was lacking at all. I wish the buffet had offered a few more items. Our child was looking forward to dessert, but there weren’t many options and they seemed disappointed. Other than the meals, there were plenty of Facilities to enjoy inside for a full day, and we made great memories playing table tennis and enjoying the lounge and kids’ park.

I stayed one night in a twin Room. I made a same-day Reservation and checked in a few hours later, but the Room was ready and I was able to go in right away. I’m not a fan of unit baths, so this Room—with a shower room only and separate sink and toilet—was perfect for me. It was compact yet well laid out, and I had a very comfortable stay. This is a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

We stayed here for our child’s national tournament. I shared a twin Room with a friend for four nights. We did not request Room cleaning, but asked for trash collection and towel replacement. Only toothbrushes were provided in the Room. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, and body lotion were available. Other amenities were placed on the first floor for guests to pick up as needed. It didn’t feel like they had absolutely everything. Bottled water was provided each time as well—sometimes in a carton and sometimes in a can. There was a capsule coffee machine, with two capsules provided daily (one caffeinated and one decaf). Tea and black tea bags were also available. The Room was small, so we opened our suitcases on the bed. Each bed had its own reading light plus USB and USB-C charging ports, which were convenient at night. The bathroom area didn’t feel brand-new, but the Hotel overall felt clean. There is a Ministop convenience store about a 5-minute walk away. A drugstore was under construction right across the street.

We stayed with three people and enjoyed a very pleasant, comfortable, and affordable stay.

The Room was clean and had air conditioning, and I was especially satisfied with the large, deep public bath!

Considering the cost, I would rate everything a 6 out of 6. The best point was how clean it was. There were no unpleasant smells on the towels, yukata, futons, or anything else. The meals were also well thought out, with a good variety and high-quality ingredients. It was an Accommodation I was truly satisfied with, and I would like to stay again. If I may make one request: I’d love it if the bath hours could be extended—open until midnight at night and starting a little earlier in the morning—as someone who loves Onsen.

Stayed here for easy access to the Osaka Expo by taxi, as it is located close to the venue. The room was spacious and stylishly designed! I would have been satisfied even if it cost twice as much, haha. The amenities and facilities for children were well-equipped, making it a great choice for families!

We stayed on the one-night, two-meal plan with a Room assigned by the property, including grilled eel (kabayaki). The price was reasonable and the meals were delicious. However, it was disappointing that the website says parking is 800 yen, but when we asked at the front desk we were told we could use the municipal parking lot behind the property for 420 yen. It would be appreciated if this could be noted on the website. It was great to have a clear view of Bentenjima’s red torii gate right in front of us from our Room. We would like to stay again if we have another opportunity.

This ocean-view Hotel has two golf courses. Highlights include a clean, spacious sauna and a large, refreshingly cold plunge pool. I stayed for two nights and fully enjoyed the sauna on both days. The staff were warm and kind, which made for a wonderful Golden Week holiday. Thank you very much.

It was very convenient being close to the station since I had an early morning train. The air conditioning works well. There are several convenience stores nearby. I really appreciated the complimentary meal. Thank you for the wonderful food. The front desk staff were also very helpful (especially the female staff). If I have another opportunity, I would be happy to stay again.

It’s close to both Maihama and the nearest station, Ichikawa-Shiohama, so we stayed the night before visiting DisneySea and were able to get there smoothly on the first train in the morning. It was easier to stop by the convenience store in front of the station to buy food before heading over. It was my first time staying in a capsule Room, but it’s women-only, the size was just right, and although the shared space isn’t large, it wasn’t inconvenient. It was a bit disappointing that I couldn’t control the air conditioning, and (maybe it was just my Room) I couldn’t use the alarm function. It was great that I could charge my phone while lying down. I’d like to stay again.

The Facility was a bit dated, but considering the price—including breakfast—the service was excellent. I planned my schedule thinking I would only be there to sleep, but I ended up wishing I had spent more time relaxing in the Room. Next time I visit Hiroshima, I would love to stay here again.

It was my first time staying here! The front desk staff were very welcoming at check-in, and although the Room felt a bit old, it was spacious and comfortable! I used the large public bath and the private bath—both were excellent! I was also satisfied with the meals! I’d love to come again.

I stayed with my child. Even though we arrived late, we were able to enjoy the ice cream we had been looking forward to (arranged in advance). The male staff member at the front desk spoke to us kindly, which I really appreciated. The next morning my child wasn’t feeling well, so I contacted the front desk and asked to extend our checkout time. The female staff member said rather firmly, “It’s until 11:00!” I felt sorry for making a sudden request and wondered if she was irritated, but there were no words of concern and it felt cold. She did explain the necessary procedures, so we were able to communicate the minimum required information. We originally had a Plan with breakfast, but due to our situation we couldn’t eat it. If we stay again next time, I’d like to try breakfast then.

Although the building is older overall, it has been renovated and was comfortable to stay in. It was great that amenities were provided, so there was no need to bring our own. Hair irons were also available on a first-come, first-served basis, which was convenient. Even though we checked in late, we were greeted with a smile, which left a very positive impression.
