The staff provided clear explanations and guidance, and the view from the Room was beautiful. It was still warm even with the heater turned off, so bringing a short-sleeve shirt to sleep in was the right choice!! Since it was affordable, I wasn’t expecting much for breakfast, but there was a wide variety and we ate a lot with our child! Being able to relax and eat while watching the monorail made it the best morning.

I stayed in an East Wing twin Room. The view from the Room was great, overlooking the open sky. There was no air conditioning, but there was a fan, so it wasn’t a problem. The dinner buffet was good—especially the seared bonito and binchotan tuna. There was also crab, but it was pretty empty and not very good. It was disappointing that alcohol prices were high. The breakfast buffet was also delicious. For some reason they had morning beer, and it was cheap at 500 yen! The hot spring water quality was excellent and I was satisfied. The only downside is that since it’s a shared open-air bath, I wish they would switch between men and women by time slots. Before check-in, you can use the baths at Prince Hotel and Kogen Hotel.

I stayed for two nights. I was a bit worried after reading various Reviews, but... The streetcar stop is right in front, and it’s easy to get here from Okayama Station. The staff were courteous, and there were no issues with the amenities or the Room. There is a large public bath, and with dinner and breakfast plus a drink bar included, I was very satisfied with the service. I had a very comfortable stay. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

I stayed here overnight after a live concert. I really appreciated that they were able to store my luggage, as it was quite large. Amenities were self-serve, so you can take only what you need. There is a convenience store right next door, so you can easily pick up anything you may be missing.

Winter trips can be tiring with long hours spent outdoors, so I chose this Hotel focusing on whether I could also enjoy my time inside. I had a great time warming up in the sauna, taking a short break, and then returning to my Room to watch a movie. Thank you very much!

We’ve been staying here every year—this year makes it about 10 years. It’s a Hotel where both children and adults can relax, just as always. The food is always so delicious it amazes us, and it’s truly enjoyable! We’ll be back again next year with our whole family!

It was wonderful to enjoy the excellent natural Onsen water both in the large public bath and in the Room bath. In a quiet setting, I was able to rest soundly.

I believe there were three or more Chinese women staying on the same floor, and they were being very loud even after midnight, so I couldn’t sleep well. I asked the front desk to speak to them, but I could still hear them talking afterward. I understand that many Hotels have a lot of international guests these days, but I would appreciate it if you could separate floors for international and Japanese guests from the start in anticipation of situations like this.

A good old capsule Hotel with a nostalgic Showa-era vibe. Just the fact that they operate at this price is something to be grateful for. Smoking is allowed almost everywhere in the Facility. It is technically separated into smoking and non-smoking areas, but since it’s an open space, it doesn’t make much difference. That said, this feels like part of the concept of this Accommodation—if you can’t tolerate smoke at all, you should simply choose another place. So for smokers, or anyone who can handle cigarette smoke, this may be an excellent Accommodation.

I stayed here for sightseeing. The location is excellent, close to a station in central Tokyo. I would stay again if I have the chance.

Conveniently located near Minami-Fukuoka Station, and although it’s a bit farther, a Nishitetsu station is also close by. It was great to be able to use the Onsen. The only concern was that I used the coin laundry in the Hotel, but the built-up lint in the washing machine bothered me. Other than that, everything was great.

I had a Multiple Night Stay. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, so I was able to stay comfortably. When a group came in, the staff asked if I could shift my breakfast time, and they also made announcements and posted notices so we wouldn’t overlap, which allowed me to enjoy breakfast at a relaxed pace. However, one thing: breakfast was buffet-style, but I didn’t realize drinks were available until the last day—after I had finished eating—when I heard staff informing other guests. That part was a little disappointing. There wasn’t much noise, and parking was easy as well. Personally, I would like to stay at AZ again if I have the chance.

Within walking distance of Tennoji and close to Shinsekai, the location is convenient and the value for money is excellent. Even during Golden Week, we were able to stay at a great price—perfect. We’ll definitely stay again!

It is conveniently located next to the Bikan Historical Quarter, making it easy to enjoy the nighttime illuminations and take an early morning stroll. Breakfast and dinner were provided, which helped us make good use of our time, and both were delicious. The large Onsen bath was also very relaxing. I would like to stay here again.

There is a bathhouse, and on the top floor, there is a place where you can enjoy soft drinks. It was great.

This Hotel is in a very convenient location, just a 1-minute walk from Higashi-Fuchu Station, with several supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. The building is old, but it was kept very clean. I stayed multiple nights, and each time fresh bath towels and towels were provided, and the beds were neatly made, so it was comfortable. Since it’s a compact twin room, it felt a bit small, but I was glad to stay at a reasonable price. The Chinese restaurant downstairs was also delicious.

The service was fine. The biggest drawback was that the parking lot was hard to find. I went to the large public bath around 20:30, but there were only enough washing stations for about four people and it was full, so I couldn’t even get into the tub and had to wait naked. It was right after dinner when it gets crowded, so it seems better to go at a different time. Overall, I would have liked the price to be a bit lower.

You generally won’t have any contact with the Hotel staff, so there’s no need to worry about being considerate. It’s unmanned from check-in to check-out. If you’re not comfortable operating machines, it may be a bit difficult.\nThe Facility is fairly old, so it’s recommended for those who just need a place to sleep. It’s nice that the washing machine can be used for free, which is convenient for a Multiple Night Stay. The dryer isn’t very powerful, so it takes time.\nThis time I couldn’t book a non-smoking single Room and ended up with a smoking Room. I expected some cigarette smell, but it was quite strong.

We stayed in mid-April 2026. The meals were very satisfying, with a wide variety of dishes and generous portions. For wine, there were several half-bottle options, which we appreciated since a full bottle is too much for us to finish. Many of the staff were from overseas, but everyone spoke excellent Japanese and even recommended spots with great views of Mt. Fuji. It’s hard to deny that the building and Facility are old. Those who want to relax without leaving the Accommodation may find it lacking, but for us—just eating, taking a bath, and sleeping—it felt like excellent value for money.

The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. They answered our questions in a friendly manner, making this Hotel very comfortable to stay at. I would like to stay here again.
