We stayed here to watch our child’s sports tournament. I had stayed before and knew the location was convenient and the rooms were comfortable, so this was my only choice when making a Reservation. The bed was very comfortable, and even after being out all day, I could truly rest and head out feeling refreshed the next day. Since I had checked the partner parking discount during my previous stay, I used it again and parked at a great rate. When we left in the morning, we met the housekeeping staff—they were very friendly and chatted with us, which made for a pleasant start to the day. I’d definitely like to stay here again when visiting Sendai.

We stayed with three people for sightseeing in Kanazawa. It was our first time here, and we felt the location was ideal for visiting the main attractions. For an early start, Kanazawa Castle Park, Kenrokuen Garden, and Omicho Market are all within walking distance, and Oyama Shrine and museums are also close by. You can also easily reach classic spots such as Kazuemachi Chaya District and Higashi Chaya District. We used the affiliated parking lot next to the Hotel, but since you enter through narrow alleys and a shopping street, it may be a little hard to find. However, it’s reasonably priced until 10:00 a.m. the next morning, so we recommend using it. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as convenience stores and department stores, making it comfortable not only for sightseeing but for everyday needs too. It was a bit disappointing that we couldn’t use the large public bath (alternating hours for men and women) or enjoy the welcome drink due to timing. The breakfast venue was spacious with sofa seating, and we were able to relax and enjoy both Japanese- and Western-style buffet options. The amenities were well stocked, and we appreciated the free laundry facilities and manga lending service. When we visit Kanazawa again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

My ferry to Zamami Island was canceled, so I stayed here at short notice to catch the ferry the next morning. It’s very close to the port, which is extremely convenient. There is also a MAX VALUE nearby. Although it’s the size of a Business Hotel, the Room was clean and the staff were very kind. Thank you very much.

My dog requires nursing care, and we were able to relax with peace of mind in a spacious tatami Room. The staff were also kind. There are many great restaurants nearby, and we enjoyed takeout indoors as well! It was the season for fireworks, and we could see them clearly from the Room window—such a wonderful memory. We would love to stay again.

As this was a “reasonably priced” Room, it was located directly beneath the restaurant. As expected, we didn’t hear chair-scraping or footsteps much, but the sound of people running around carried quite a bit. The chair noise in particular was really loud. However, this trip was just for two adults and we weren’t specifically looking for complete quiet—and since we also used that restaurant for meals, it was within an acceptable range. The Room was spacious and very clean, though it did feel a bit dated. We were told there would be no view, but given the location, it wasn’t like another building blocked everything or we couldn’t see outside at all. If you shifted your gaze slightly, you could enjoy a nature-filled view of Fukui’s wide-open fields, which we were very happy with. The restaurant buffet had a great variety and everything was delicious—I ate too much. It seemed seared bonito (tataki) was the featured item this time; I could only get it once, but it was excellent. The other seafood was also tasty, and there were grilled and fried dishes as well—an indulgent buffet that everyone from kids to seniors can enjoy. Above all else, the Onsen was wonderful. I didn’t realize Awara Onsen is not overly hot. There were also two open-air baths, so guests could take turns enjoying them without crowding—everyone’s good manners made us feel lucky. We stayed here because we had a memorial service in Fukui Prefecture, but there were so many things to enjoy inside the Accommodation—a table tennis area and manga corner—and there was even a morning market held in the lobby. One night wasn’t enough. Next time I’d love to come back for sightseeing at a more relaxed pace. Thank you as well for providing Shuttle Service to Awaraonsen Station.

Although the building feels a bit old, we had a very comfortable stay. We made a Reservation with No Meals Included, but decided to have the breakfast buffet at short notice. Both the Japanese and Western breakfast staples were delicious, and the French toast was cooked to order, so we enjoyed it fresh. They also provided takeout cups for coffee, so I enjoyed a cup in my Room. I would like to stay here again when I visit Niigata. Thank you very much.

I stayed for 2 nights and had a very comfortable experience. The building feels like an old Business Hotel, but it is well-cleaned, and the internet connection was excellent. The front desk is generally unmanned, but if you ring the bell, someone will come out and kindly assist with your needs. The Hotel is located in a bustling area similar to Kabukicho in Tokyo, so there are some persistent solicitors; however, this also means it’s in a very convenient location. For this location and Room quality, the price was incredibly reasonable, and I was extremely satisfied.

We stayed in a triple Room for three women. All beds were the same size, not extra beds, and everyone was comfortable. The Room was spacious, and the Facility was excellent.

The meals were delicious, the amenities were well stocked, and even our young children had a great time—it was wonderful.

It was my first trip to Wakasa, and I made the booking after watching the weather closely. Part of the first-floor area was under construction, but it was kept clean and left a good impression. The Room was very spacious and comfortable. The view from the window was the sea. Given its age, some signs of wear are understandable. Overall, it felt like a quiet and pleasant Hotel. The meals were plentiful, and I thought they tasted great. Next time, I’d like to stay again when traveling to Mikata Five Lakes with my siblings and their spouses.

We really appreciate being able to stay at such an affordable price with breakfast included. There was a wide variety of breakfast options, and everything tasted great—we were very satisfied. The amenities were well stocked, and we also appreciated the complimentary coffee service at check-in. Thank you very much.

I chose this Accommodation because I wanted to relax in a bath with an ocean view, and it offers ocean-view rooms with private open-air baths. I later realized it was featured in the Michelin Guide (Tokai edition). There are many baths throughout the Accommodation—on the rooftop, on the 5th floor, two on the 3rd floor, and one on the 2nd floor—but unfortunately the 2nd-floor bath was closed on the day of my stay. The in-room open-air bath had plenty of hot water and a great view, and I enjoyed it very much. The 5th-floor bath is a reservable private bath in 25-minute slots, so it felt a bit rushed. On the 3rd floor, if it’s available you can lock it and use it privately; I used only one of them, and its semi-open-air style was best suited for washing up. I used the rooftop open-air bath after dinner—the gradient of colors in the sky was stunning, and I could even see an evening star, making for a truly beautiful experience; however... because there is nothing to block the wind on the rooftop, I felt very cold even during the short walk to the tub. You may want to choose your season if you want to fully enjoy it. The staff were cheerful and kind. I booked a Plan with breakfast and dinner; both meals were delicious and felt like just the right amount. Perhaps because everything paired well with alcohol, I got thirsty at night and drank water several times (I appreciated that cold water was provided in a pot in my room). The bedding was high quality and I slept well. Overall satisfaction was high—an Accommodation that made me want to return. One disappointing point—also mentioned by others—was that there were many marks on the tatami mats that looked like they came from dragging tables or other furniture around. Also as others have noted, there were some areas where cleaning seemed insufficient: higher spots and exterior sides of window frames looked like they hadn’t been wiped for quite some time. What bothered me most this time was that weeding around the open-air bath area hadn’t been done at all. It seems like it could be finished within an hour—or handled with weed killer—but since there don’t seem to be many young people locally and older staff appear to be running things mainly themselves, this may be easier said than done. Photos from when Game 16 of Ryuo Title Match (Season 16) was held here are displayed inside; you can see younger versions of Morishita Koji? Wait: Actually "森内、羽生" are Yoshiharu Morinouchi? It's "Morinouchi" vs "Habu". Alongside them is also a young Sugimoto Masayuki (8-dan), famous as mentor to Fujii Sota (six titles). Shogi fans—and especially Fujii fans—should definitely take a look.

As the facility includes an Onsen, I was able to spend a very enjoyable and comfortable time. I heard the tuna is delicious, so next time I would like to take my time and enjoy the meals as well.

This was my first stay at your Hotel! I’ve stayed at various Dormy Inn properties, and I felt your Hotel was a bit different compared to others. Overall, it’s compact, and even in the Room I could hear voices from outside, which was a little noisy. The bath on the 9th floor was also compact and cute. However, what was clearly different from other Dormy Inns was the breakfast buffet. The number of items I had been looking forward to was far too small; in that case, I think it would be better to offer a free breakfast like some other hotels do—what do you think? Your Hotel is reliably good overall, so I would appreciate it if you could put a bit more effort into breakfast if possible. Other than that, although it’s compact, it still felt like Dormy Inn as usual.

It was within walking distance of the station, and with restaurants and convenience stores nearby, it was very convenient. The room was kept clean and I had a comfortable stay. The staff were courteous, making the entire stay pleasant from check-in to check-out. With a great balance of price and service, this Hotel is recommended not only for business trips but also as a base for sightseeing. I would like to stay here again when visiting Sendai, Shiogama, or Matsushima.

All the staff were kind, and the property was clean. The Hotel did feel a bit dated. Breakfast and dinner were both very delicious—much better than I expected for the price. The Niigata rice was especially good. The complimentary snacks and drinks in the lounge were also nice. Roasting marshmallows over the irori at night was fun. The large public bath and open-air bath, fed by a private hot spring source, were excellent as well. However, it seemed a little different from Tsukioka Onsen’s typical emerald-green water with a thin oily film on the surface. Maybe there is a lot of added water? I’m not sure. Even so, considering the value for money, meals, various services, and how kind the staff were, I think it’s a good Hotel. Thank you for taking care of us. The town area of Tsukioka Onsen is beautifully maintained and very pleasant. It’s an Onsen I would definitely like to visit again.

The staff were wonderful, the food was delicious, the twin Room was spacious, there was a large public bath, and Shuttle Service was available. From the moment I saw photos of this Hotel, I somehow knew I wanted to stay here. Everything is spotless down to the smallest details, and you can truly feel their thoughtful hospitality. It’s close to the Great Torii Gate, making it convenient for an evening or early-morning stroll. After checking out this time, when I went back to pick up my luggage, I ended up resting in the lobby for over two hours due to mild heat exhaustion. I’m sincerely grateful for how kindly and attentively the staff took care of me. I’m planning to stay again in November.

We stayed here during Golden Week. Dinner was a sukiyaki set and breakfast was French toast, and to be honest, we didn’t have high expectations. Just in case, we bought some good sukiyaki beef at a nearby butcher, but the ingredients provided for both dinner and breakfast were excellent. However, we couldn’t find any clear information about what type of equipment was provided for making sukiyaki, so after searching for quite a while we contacted the staff. Even then, they didn’t know right away and said they would get back to us. In the end we were able to confirm the equipment type and how to use it, but it would be very helpful if this could be explained clearly somewhere. We only stayed one night this time, but we’d like to come back and stay longer.

We coordinated our sons’ schedules after a busy summer and made a Reservation here because it’s pet-friendly and offers a pool, sauna, and BBQ. We requested BBQ for two days, and they kindly adjusted the selection of meat and seafood, and even changed the vegetables for both the BBQ and breakfast on the second day—such thoughtful attention was truly appreciated. There were plenty of vegetables provided, along with helpful seasonings you’re glad to have on hand, so we had a very comfortable stay. Because our stay was so pleasant, we immediately made another Reservation for year-end! Thank you very much for all your help. We look forward to staying again.

There were an overwhelming number of guests, but the Hotel staff’s service was excellent. The Facility, amenities, and breakfast were all great. However, it was difficult to spot the sign from in front of the station.
