I booked this Hotel expecting breakfast and a large public bath. There is only one bath, operated on a men/women rotation schedule. For men, the hours are not very convenient: until 18:00 and 22:00–6:00. It also seems the morning bath is not available. Since I arrived late and left early the next morning, I couldn’t use the bath. Breakfast should be considered a complimentary service. Please note it’s not the typical “tray with plates piled high” style. There are Super Hotels on both the north and south sides of Tottori Station, so please be careful which one you book. Although this is an Accommodation near the main station in the prefectural capital, there aren’t any places nearby to have dinner. There are a few bars, but no restaurants for meals, so it’s important to secure food in advance. The staff are very hospitable and made my stay pleasant. There were no issues with the Accommodation itself.

The staff were very friendly, and the Onsen was great with pleasantly salty water. The meals were exactly as shown in the photos—fresh and delicious—and the portions were generous. I would like you to prevent cigarette smoke from the smoking area from drifting over.

My stay was very comfortable, and the service was excellent. It’s right in the middle of a busy downtown area, so if you go out at night to buy snacks or drinks at a convenience store, you’ll see all kinds of people. It didn’t bother me at all. I’d like to stay here again.

The Room was more spacious and cleaner than I expected, and at the front desk they offered a choice of green tea or black tea and even provided water. I had asked in advance for my luggage to be shipped to the hotel and received there, and the communication was smooth—they delivered it to my Room, which was a great help. It’s about a 10-minute walk from Shibuya Station or Yoyogi Park Station, with a convenience store next door and a bus stop right in front, so the location was very convenient. Thank you very much.

We stayed with three children, and the Room was spacious and comfortable.

It is conveniently located right in front of the station one stop from Sendai Airport, with a convenience store next door. The Hotel staff were also very kind and gave us helpful information about nearby sightseeing spots. The free breakfast and the natural Onsen Facility were both excellent. When I use Sendai Airport again, I would definitely like to stay at this Hotel.

Although my Reservation was for one person, the Room was spacious and had a bathtub, so I could relax comfortably. The rice balls and pork miso soup from the onigiri shop were also delicious, and I would recommend them to friends.

From the moment we checked in, we were truly touched by your warm, thoughtful hospitality. We had dinner at the terrace restaurant, and everything was delicious. I planned to pile up on the Häagen-Dazs from the buffet, but everything else was so good that I could only manage one scoop... The French toast that gets great Review is a must-try. We will definitely visit again.

The rooms are spacious, with two double bedrooms. Having two bathrooms is a big plus—no need to compete for the sink in the morning. You can enjoy an ocean view right from the balcony, and there is a simple kitchenette available. The breakfast restaurant also overlooks the sea, and the breakfast is delicious. After breakfast, you can take the nearby path straight to the beach. There aren’t many outside visitors, so if you’re traveling with children, they can play by the sea for a long time. Highly recommended Accommodation for family trips.

The Room had a simple yet comfortable atmosphere. All the staff were friendly. However, the sink was a bit too high for washing your face. Breakfast was so delicious it felt like something you’d get at a café.

I had a very satisfying stay at HOLE37. The cottage was spacious and clean, with a high-quality private sauna and cold bath, allowing you to relax at your own pace. The BBQ dinner featured excellent ingredients, and the time spent gazing at the starry sky felt truly special. The staff were attentive and polite, making it a stay I would love to experience again.

The larger bed made my stay very comfortable. I’d like to stay here again.

When I arrived at the Hotel, I tried scanning the check-in QR code at the check-in machine, but it didn’t work. The front desk staff helped me right away, and I was able to check in without any issues. When I entered the Room, I was satisfied with the space and cleanliness. The bed was large, and for a business stay the bathroom was also very good—I had a comfortable night. I could see Kumamoto Castle from my Room, which made it even better. For this price, the level of satisfaction was more than enough. It’s located in the city center, so it was convenient to go out for meals. It’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again when I visit Kumamoto.

The price was affordable, and there was a drink bar next to the front desk where we were told we could have as many refills as we wanted, which was very helpful. Checkout time was also fairly late, and at this price for a Friday night, no complaints!! They also had ReFa hair dryers and other amenities, so I thought the Facility was excellent.

I stayed for one night. The directions from the station were simple and easy to follow. I have stayed at Route Inn many times before, but this was my first time at this location. The large public bath was spacious and relaxing, and it helped relieve my fatigue. As expected, the breakfast was delicious, and I was very satisfied. A staff member cheerfully said, “Thank you very much. Have a great day,” to guests, which made me feel refreshed from the morning. It was a short stay, but thank you very much.

Our family of six stayed for two nights (Multiple Night Stay). The building itself feels a bit old-fashioned, but it was kept very clean. Above all, the meals were incredibly delicious and truly impressed us. We’re sorry we couldn’t finish everything on the first day. On the second day, the menu was different, and we managed to finish it all. It was genuinely wonderful. Whenever we visit Nanyo or Kochi again, we would definitely like to stay here. The Room has tatami mats, so you can lie down and relax—very satisfying. The bath is also spacious, so you can soak at your leisure—very satisfying. The meals were filling as well—very satisfying. All the staff were friendly and approachable—very satisfying overall. One note: for the dinner buffet’s kamameshi (rice cooked in an iron pot), it’s best to make one pot for 2–3 people. Our family had a very hard time finishing it.

We stayed with my sister’s family and our parents, bringing three children. Even though it was summer vacation and the children’s rates were very affordable, the kids’ dinner set was very generous, and the children were thrilled! We also appreciated being able to use the bath 24 hours a day, and above all, dinner was absolutely delicious! The portions were huge, and we were completely full. Thank you very much!

It’s more than a 5-minute walk from Nagano Station, but unless it’s raining, the distance isn’t a concern. The Facility feels a bit dated, but it has everything you need, and the Room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast isn’t available, but there’s a nearby café just a short walk away where you can get an inexpensive toast set, so it wasn’t an issue.
