I was really worried the place might feel run-down, but the tatami area was new and the bathrooms had been renovated, so I had a very comfortable stay. Thank you for the Shuttle Service as well. The complimentary oden was surprisingly delicious. I even enjoyed beer and sparkling wine before dinner. The staff’s smiles were wonderful. The large public bath was under construction and unavailable, so I was worried about whether I’d be able to use the private bath, but everything went smoothly and I managed to use it six times. There was even a shampoo bar—something many women really appreciate. Even though it’s private, it’s spacious, with an ocean view, and I was completely satisfied. What surprised me most was the food: there weren’t a huge number of dishes, but everything tasted great—and at this Accommodation Fee, is it really okay? The crab quality made me worry in a good way: juicy with just the right amount of saltiness. Even compared with the newer Hotel we stayed at the next day, this Hotel’s meals were better. I’ve already made another Reservation for two nights in September.

The service exceeded the price, and we were very satisfied with the meals. The evening events—Aibase! and Odoransho—were interactive and a lot of fun. We’d love to visit again in a different season. They also offer a great selection of local Fukushima sake, which is wonderful for anyone who enjoys Japanese sake.

The Onsen water quality is unquestionably top-class. My wheelchair-using parent could also access the private family bath and move around the property with ease. Thank you. Opinions may vary about the meals, and I can’t say how true gourmet diners would feel, but we really liked the half-buffet. Personally, I think a full buffet would be fine. It’s a very good Ryokan.

I continued to use Ace Morioka. Prices may increase by 30% on the day before holidays, but it is originally affordable, making it helpful for business trips.

Overall, everything was great—the location, the Room amenities, the public bath, and the staff service. We also enjoyed Toyama’s delicious water from the water dispensers on each floor. If I had to mention one thing, around 08:00 the breakfast dining area was very crowded, and since our table was near the entrance, there was a lot of foot traffic and it was hard to eat at a relaxed pace. I expect this could be avoided by going earlier.

A hidden gem at our breakfast restaurant is the Fisherman's Bowl, also known as Mago Chazuke. Served in a special bowl with half a portion of white rice, namero (minced fish), shirasu (whitebait), pickled plum, grated yam, shredded seaweed, wasabi, and dashi broth. Perfect for those looking to replenish salt and energy during summer fatigue—give it a try! Enjoy it with the scent of the sea and ocean breeze! We have a suggestion: how about offering an "Ahi Creative Tuna Bowl" during lunchtime someday? GINGER or SPICY Ahi bowls are extremely popular in Hawaii. We believe it would be perfect for SAYAN's lunch menu and could become a hit dish. You can compare it to OFF THE HOOK or MAGURO SPOT—Ono!! Announcement! A stay given as a birthday gift! They also brought a cake as a surprise, and both the Onsen and the Room were spacious—everything was excellent.

I stayed on Sunday night, and it was a quiet Hotel that didn’t feel like it was right in the middle of Ueno, so I was able to relax. The Room was spacious and clean, with thorough housekeeping, and the Hotel felt very well maintained. I would like to stay here again when I visit Ueno.

It was a comfortable twin Room, and we could even see Lake Kawaguchi from the window. The amenities included everything we needed. Dinner was a half-buffet, which made it easy to choose just the right amount. At the breakfast buffet, you could make your own seafood rice bowl, which made it even more satisfying. I’m only disappointed that I missed the ochazuke time from 9:00 PM (I fell asleep). If I visit Lake Kawaguchi again, I’d like to stay at Breezbay again.

We had planned a summer vacation trip to Okinawa, but due to a typhoon we changed plans at the last minute and stayed here instead. With the Plan that included resort vouchers, we were able to fully enjoy the pool, amusement park, and gondola—our child was thrilled! Daniel Street brought back great memories. The bus ride from Sapporo also felt like part of the trip and was fun. The amusement park had a charming old-fashioned feel in the best way, and we really enjoyed it. “Be happy” is wonderful! There was a wide variety at breakfast and it was enjoyable—I even wished we had booked dinner as well. The baths were very clean, and the amenities were great. If I had to mention any drawbacks, it would be that the Facility is so large that getting around can be a bit tiring (which also shows just how spacious it is!). Also, if the morning bath hours were extended until 9:30, it would be nice to relax after breakfast. Our child loved it so much—“the best in the world!” Thank you for such wonderful memories. We’d be happy if you could keep offering such great value for money! We’d love to visit again someday!

The light breakfast was just right. The Facility felt a bit old, but it was clean so it didn’t bother me, and it was a great deal because I could make a Reservation and visit the Onsen at an affiliated Hotel. I’d like to stay here again the next time I visit Matsumoto.

I stayed here before when I attended a concert and had a great experience, so I decided to return. The Room is compact but conveniently located relatively close to Hakata Station, and the affordable price is very helpful. The Room is clean and well-maintained. The customer service is excellent. The breakfast bread is delicious. I would stay here again.

You can reach Nasu leisure spots such as Kinomata Gorge and Senbonmatsu Ranch in 20–60 minutes. The meals were delicious, and since it’s all-inclusive, we really appreciated being able to enjoy as many drinks and snacks as we wanted. Rooms on the 3rd floor feature free-flowing hot spring water directly from the source. It also leaves your skin feeling wonderfully smooth. The dinner menu had changed since our previous stay, and it actually felt like both the seasoning and ingredients had improved compared to last time. The portions were generous, and we were very satisfied. They also run a night bar (?), and we were told children are welcome, so our kids stopped by for a special summer vacation late night—and they looked so happy, as if they’d joined the adults’ club. Since it’s rare to find an Accommodation where six people can stay with an in-room bath supplied with free-flowing hot spring water directly from the source, we would love to stay again. We had a fun and comfortable time. Thank you very much.

This was my first stay at APA Hotel, but I had a comfortable experience. The front desk staff were pleasant, and I would like to stay again.

The Facility honestly feels a bit retro. There’s only one elevator, you leave an old-style key at the front desk, the air conditioning is centralized with simple H/L buttons, and the shower uses a mixer tap with no temperature setting… but everything was kept quite clean. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were pleasant. For breakfast you can choose Japanese or Western; I chose Japanese, and you can get refills of rice, miso soup, natto, and drinks. The Saikyo-style grilled salmon was especially delicious. With Hotel prices rising these days, I really appreciated being able to stay at a reasonable rate with breakfast included despite being close to Hakata Station and Gion Station.

This Hotel offers the highest quality in every aspect, including Room size, cleanliness (including amenities), and staff service and hospitality.

We stayed as a couple in our 60s in a semi-double Room with breakfast included. The Room was not large, but it was clean and had a bath and toilet. The standout feature is the natural Onsen with a sauna and cold plunge bath. The water has a pleasantly silky texture and excellent quality. Breakfast was buffet-style; the selection was not extensive, but everything was delicious. We think it is a very good Onsen Hotel, and we would like to stay again if we have the chance.

Breakfast was very high quality, and the adults were satisfied. We stayed with children as well, but it felt too adult-oriented and they didn’t seem to enjoy it. We stayed in a standard twin Room. The bedding was very comfortable, but there was a lot of dust in the Room and I had a runny nose and sneezing. The curtains and corners of the Room didn’t seem to be cleaned thoroughly enough. One small issue: there was no trash bin by the sink, which was inconvenient.

I chose this place because it was close to where I wanted to go. The Facility was clean and nice. This is unrelated to the Hotel, but I wish Diamond member benefits allowed a choice between late checkout or early check-in.
