The Onsen was crowded, but it felt wonderful. There were also various L’Oréal oils available, which was a nice touch when blow-drying. The Room felt clean. The window blinds wouldn’t fully close to the bottom, so the morning sun was a bit bright at bed level, but overall it was a convenient Hotel with great access for getting around and sightseeing.

I used to stay at the Palace Hotel, but this was my first time staying at APA Hotel. My elderly mother was with me, and she was very happy because the Room was clean and the TV was large, so she could stay very comfortably. The staff’s service was excellent as well. Thank you very much. I will stay again.

It was very clean and comfortable. Part of the Room wallpaper was designed in the Hotel’s signature yellow, and monochrome photos were displayed, creating a very stylish atmosphere. The unit bath was also spacious. It is almost directly connected to the station, and the location was excellent. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

This was my first time staying here. I had no familiarity with the area and hadn’t planned where to eat, but thanks to the wonderful hospitality of all the staff, I was able to enjoy a comfortable stay. I will stay here again the next time I visit Maizuru. Thank you very much.

This year, we stayed overnight with our dog. It was his first time swimming in the sea, and we enjoyed a BBQ together as well. He happily ate plenty of chicken, pork, and beef. Seeing his big smile made us so happy. At bedtime, we put him in his crate as required, but he wouldn’t stop whining at first (asking to be let out), and we were worried about disturbing the neighboring tents. After turning off the lights and waiting a while, he finally settled down. We’re sorry about that. We’d love to visit again with our dog next time.

I stayed again on the breakfast-only Plan, and this is still a great value Hotel. It’s conveniently located with easy access, and there’s a convenience store and a gas station right next door. There is an in-house bath, but this time I chose the Plan that also includes access to the neighboring public bathhouse. It was clean and the baths were excellent. The breakfast was very satisfying and delicious, with udon and other local specialties. This time I also had dinner at a restaurant on the property, which offered a variety of Shikoku regional dishes, and I was pleased with it. If I have another chance to visit Kagawa, I would like to stay here again.

I got a great deal on my stay. The Room had been renovated, which was nice.

Overall, the space was comfortable and I was mostly satisfied, but if I had to mention something, the Room air conditioner could not be set to a comfortable temperature and it felt cold. Also, while the disposable Room slippers looked clean, they were uncomfortable to wear, and it was a bit disappointing that long hairs stuck out on the bright white slippers, suggesting the carpet may not have been cleaned thoroughly.

Although the building is old, it is very well cleaned and the hospitality is excellent, so I think this is an Accommodation you can be truly satisfied with. It was also fun and nostalgic to be able to contact the front desk using a telephone you don’t see these days—perhaps making good use of the property’s vintage charm. One small thing: the yukata brought to me because the size didn’t fit had a slight odor that concerned me a bit. That said, I may simply be overly sensitive. In any case, the service is outstanding, and every staff member provided wonderful hospitality. I was deeply impressed by their thoughtful attention to detail. By chance there was a festival that day and we were able to watch fireworks; they even told us the best viewing spot, which made it a great memory. Thank you very much. As for the meals, the rice was cooked perfectly and delicious. The side dishes were excellent as well, but especially how good the rice was stood out. One suggestion: if the green onions in the breakfast miso soup could be lightly cooked in advance, then warming it at the table would make it even tastier—I felt they sometimes didn’t cook through enough with table heating alone. Still, overall everything was extremely delicious. This is an Accommodation I will definitely want to stay at again when I visit Kaminoyama Onsen.

As others have mentioned, the exterior has a retro Showa-era feel and may come as a bit of a surprise at first. However, the inside has been renovated in a very charming way, and everything is spotless and well maintained. The interior design is quite unique—perhaps inspired by a luxury cruise ship? The name “Marina” suits it perfectly. The breakfast restaurant offered an amazing view, especially since we had good weather. The food was delicious too—you can make your own mini seafood bowl, and they also serve local specialties. The price was reasonable, and I’d definitely like to stay here again when visiting Sakaiminato.

Everything about the Room, cuisine, Onsen, and ocean-view location is outstanding. The price is unbelievably low. I would definitely like to stay again!

This was my second stay. I visited with my parents, the three of us. The bath is on the small side, but the Onsen water quality is excellent—personally, I think it’s far better than most Onsen. Meals were the highlight for me, and the cuisine here is outstanding, on par with kaiseki in Tokyo. With plenty of seasonal ingredients, everything tastes wonderful and you can truly enjoy each dish. It was a very relaxing one-night, two-day stay.

It was quiet and relaxing, and we could enjoy an ocean view from every Room. There were also sea-side seats during meals, so we were able to spend our time in a warm, peaceful mood. However, as West Izu is not very convenient for transportation, we would love to visit again and again if that could be improved.

I stayed for one night. The Room is a standard Business Hotel, but it had everything I needed, and the complimentary drink service was appreciated. Also, although you need to step outside to get there, it was great to have a large public bath with a sauna; it would have been even better if it were available in the early morning as well as at night. Breakfast was free, buffet-style with a wide variety of options, and very delicious. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Koga!

I have stayed here more than five times.\nAlthough the building shows some minor wear, it is kept very clean.\nNear the lobby, you can choose from a selection of shampoo and conditioner, and an Onsen Facility is located next door. The Onsen includes bubble baths, a sauna, and an open-air bath, so you can really enjoy it.\nThere is also a small welcome drink near the elevators, so you can sit on the chairs across from the lobby and relax while looking outside.\nThe Room is fairly spacious, and even if you book No Meals Included, you can still dine at the restaurant on the second floor for around 1,000–2,000 yen.\nThere is also a microwave in the Hotel, so you can bring in food from outside. On the second floor there was an area with vending machines plus tables and chairs where you can heat food in the microwave and eat right away.\nIt’s not right in the city center, but it’s convenient—you can reach both Hiroshima City and Onomichi in under an hour.

Due to typhoon-related issues, I stayed here on short notice. There were a few minor problems, but they handled them smoothly and resolved everything quickly. The front desk staff were polite and attentive. I chose a Room with a massage chair, which helped me refresh after work. The light breakfast was well-balanced and tasty. The restaurant staff were also friendly and created a pleasant atmosphere. It was very comfortable. Thank you.

Stayed here for a live concert trip to Yokohama. It’s convenient—about a 5-minute walk from Kannai Station, which is easy to reach from Yokohama Station. There’s a 7-Eleven and Sukiya nearby, so I had no trouble finding what I needed. The room was clean and made for a comfortable stay. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Yokohama.

I stayed for 7 nights for a training seminar.\nThe location was excellent, with a convenience store on the first floor and Starbucks and Tully’s nearby, so the surroundings were great and I had no inconvenience. The cleaning was thorough, and the staff were pleasant, so I had a comfortable 7-day stay. The TV could stream YouTube and more, and the Room was comfortable. Close to the airport, and we were able to relax in the Onsen. The women in our group really enjoyed the hot stone spa and were very satisfied.

Conveniently located in front of Takeo-Onsen Station, a Shinkansen transfer station, and easily accessible with hardly getting wet even in the rain. It was an affordable Hotel with excellent service—nothing to complain about. The breakfast had more variety than expected, was delicious, and very satisfying.
