I stayed for two nights on Friday and Saturday. The building is certainly old, but the Room was thoroughly cleaned and very comfortable. When staying at a Hotel, I personally pay attention to how bright the Room is and the location and number of power outlets. This Hotel had a light by the window, and additional outlet strips installed by the bedside and on the table, which I found very well thought out. I also enjoyed choosing from the small breakfast side dishes. It’s a big plus that Saturday is priced the same as weekdays. This is a Hotel I’d like to stay at again when I’m in this area.

The Accommodation’s heartfelt hospitality was evident from check-in onward, extending through dinner, the Onsen, and every aspect of your stay in the Room.

While solo stays at Onsen Accommodations can be difficult to find, Uematsuya is a welcome option for solo travelers. They also offer a Shuttle Service from the station, which was a big help with my heavy luggage. Bessho Onsen is a small hot spring town, so you can explore the sights on foot. The Ryokan’s Facility is old but well maintained and clean. I was able to enjoy the Onsen at a relaxed pace without running into other guests. The meals were delicious as well. At the dining area, a trainee served us with great dedication, which was truly heartwarming to see.

Conveniently located in the city center, so you won’t have any trouble finding places to eat nearby. The Hotel itself is a bit old, but it’s perfectly fine for staying. The parking lot is spacious, so you can feel at ease even if you arrive by car.

This was our third stay, and the free-flowing Onsen with no added water is outstanding. One of the highlights is being able to relax together as a couple in the private bath. Breakfast was delicious both to look at and to eat, and we were completely full. The parking lot is spacious, the location is great, and we love the views from the Room—Shirarahama Beach, sunsets, and more. We’d like to visit again when we can find the time.

I stayed here on a solo trip and was extremely satisfied with my stay. Above all, the Onsen was outstanding. The water quality was excellent, and after bathing my skin felt surprisingly smooth. The open-air bath is in a quiet setting surrounded by forest, making it easy to forget everyday life and truly unwind. The sauna was also excellent. With self-service löyly, you can work up a good sweat in a short time, and the deep cold bath with continuously flowing groundwater had no chlorine smell—I could really feel how clean the water was. The temperature is properly maintained with a chiller, so it’s nicely cold and comfortable. Relaxing on the reclining chairs in the outdoor area while looking out at the forest was the most memorable part of this stay. Dinner is served as a course meal but offers far more volume than expected—you’ll be completely full. The locally sourced ayu (sweetfish) from Kitsuregawa was delicious, and I enjoyed regional ingredients. Breakfast is semi-buffet style, with rice, miso soup, natto, and a drink bar available freely, so you can eat well from the morning. It was also very helpful to have Shuttle Service both ways to Ujiie Station. It’s about 20 minutes away, but for guests arriving by public transportation this is an especially appreciated service. Some parts of the building and Facility show their age, but everything inside was kept clean and I never felt uncomfortable. It seemed to be run by a small team, yet everyone provided warm and very attentive service that made my stay pleasant throughout. Even though it isn’t far from Tokyo, I think this Accommodation is special for offering an escape into nature in such a peaceful setting. Amenities are minimal essentials only, so if you have specific preferences you may want to bring what you need—earplugs included—for an even more comfortable stay. This time I traveled alone, but next time I would love to visit with my family.

It’s been eight years since our last stay, and this was our first visit back in a while. We returned because it’s one of our favorites, but here are a few things we noticed for next time: - We would like one more face towel at the washbasin in the Room, since two of us are staying. - Toiletries such as lotion are provided, but my wife said she would like emulsion/moisturizer as well. - A few dishes tasted quite salty to us—such as the breakfast soup, grilled salmon, and pickles. We had heard that Nagano Prefecture has been reducing salt recently. Despite these comments, this remains our favorite Accommodation thanks to the excellent hospitality of the staff. Thank you for taking care of us. We will visit again.

On my previous trip I stayed here with friends, but this time I had the pleasure of staying with my elderly mother to celebrate her 88th birthday. Because she has difficulty walking, I was a little worried about accessibility, but you kindly assisted us in every situation and we were able to stay comfortably. Although it rained unfortunately, we were able to relax and talk in our Room, and also enjoy a pottery painting experience, making it a truly happy time. The meals were also very delicious. Not only the Akaushi beef and fish, but the Yamato vegetables were wonderful as well. We could also feel the scenery of Nara through the tableware, and the seasonal hydrangeas painted on it delighted us visually too. On our way to the dining area, we found a large snail. Seeing my mother smile happily like a child left a strong impression on me, and it made me realize again that choosing Ubusuna no Sato for this trip was the right decision. Thank you very much for giving us such a happy time. I’m already looking forward to receiving the plate we painted.

We searched for a well-reviewed Onsen with an ocean view and decided to stay here. From check-in to being shown to our Room, and even during meals, the staff always served us with a smile, making our stay very pleasant. The meals were very luxurious and absolutely delicious. The ocean-view terrace was also beautiful, and we were able to relax at our leisure. This is a Facility we would love to visit again.

This was my first time using it. I have used nearby chain Hotels several times, but I chose this one because it is closer to my destination. It was very good. Above all, the response of the front desk staff was excellent. Also, I enjoyed both dinner and breakfast as they were delicious. If there is an opportunity, I would like to use it again.

I returned to Hachinohe, but since my dates overlapped with the Hachinohe Sansha Taisai Festival and Accommodation prices in the city were up across the board, I stayed here this time. After watching the festival, it took about 30–40 minutes by car to get here. The parking spaces in front of the Hotel were full, but there is a second parking lot nearby, and I really appreciated being able to park for free. The Room was well cleaned, the bed was comfortable, and I slept soundly in a quiet environment. Breakfast was just as other Reviews said—homemade-style and delicious. The next morning I took an early walk around the Towada Art Center area, then after leaving the Hotel I visited Oirase Gorge and Lake Towada before heading home. I would stay again if I have the chance.

Free parking, and the view from the Room was quite nice. We stayed in a double Room, and it was clean and spacious, which was great. However, the bathroom and toilet are small. Also, there is a smoking area right outside the Hotel entrance/exit, and it smells. For non-smokers, I’d prefer it to be placed at a back entrance or somewhere with less foot traffic. It was unpleasant every time we passed by.

I often stay here when visiting Kobe because it’s in a quiet area of Kitano, and the spacious layout makes it very relaxing. It takes about 12–13 minutes to get into the city, but it’s an easy walk downhill (though the uphill walk back is tough). There are also restaurants on site, and during my two-night stay I was able to enjoy both Japanese and Western cuisine.

I was completely satisfied with this Accommodation. I chose it because they allowed me to check in at 11:00 PM after a festival event, and because the Onsen is available for bathing all night. The thoughtful idea of opening an Onsen facility—normally used for day trips during the daytime—exclusively for overnight guests at night is truly wonderful. By chance it was a “large bath” day (apparently some days have only the smaller bath), and since it was the last night of Obon, I had it all to myself and could enjoy it in luxury. The large bath doesn’t have a sauna, but there is also a lukewarm tub fed directly from the source; alternating between that and the hot bath completely washed away my fatigue from the day. Breakfast the next morning was buffet-style. I didn’t expect much, thinking it might be just rice with raw egg, but I was pleasantly surprised. The rice with raw egg was excellent, and there were also porridge and a wide variety of side dishes, all well seasoned. For dessert there were two kinds of fresh fruit—watermelon and pineapple—both sweet and very satisfying. I would definitely like to stay here again.

As others have mentioned, the Facility is old. You can feel its age in the plumbing areas, shared spaces, and elevator, but the Room has been nicely renovated and was more spacious than expected—we could easily open two suitcases on the floor. The staff were also very helpful; we left our luggage at 8:00 a.m. before check-in, and they kindly accommodated us. It’s close to the station and convenient for dining, getting around, and sightseeing, so it’s a recommended Hotel.

This was the best Hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The pool, the food, the Room, and the hospitality were all excellent. I’d love to come again.

This accommodation is highly recommended for a multiple night stay. One night is simply not enough. There are plenty of experiences to enjoy, such as cooking in a fully equipped kitchen, gathering herbs on the property, watching movies with a projector, reading books available in the room, grinding and brewing your own coffee beans, and sitting by the campfire. During this visit, I stayed for one night and felt reluctant to leave. I promised my friends that we would definitely come back again. The open space with high ceilings and large windows was incredibly pleasant. Next time, I plan to stay longer to enjoy drawing, knitting, reading books, relaxing in the sauna, or taking walks. This is the perfect place to escape from the busyness of city life and take time to reconnect with yourself—highly recommended!

With a large parking lot and a gas station directly across the street, this Hotel along Route 20 is an unbeatable location for traveling by car. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as a large Ito-Yokado, which makes it convenient for families too. All staff members were cheerful and provided perfect service, and in particular, the bright morning greeting from a breakfast staff member who seemed to be in their 60s was just right to start the day. The guest Room was impeccably cleaned and very comfortable. I relaxed with the welcome drink in my Room while watching TV, and it helped me recover from travel fatigue. The bath salts and face mask were great amenities for women as well. My hair dried in no time with the dryer included in the Ladies Plan. It had been a while since my last stay at Super Hotel, but I was so satisfied that I’d like to stay again soon.

I stayed in a single Western-style Room. It’s about a 20-minute walk from the station and conveniently located for exploring the warehouse district. The Ryokan has been running for over 60 years, and the bath is spacious enough for 3–4 people to use at the same time. The shared toilets are separated for men and women on each floor and were close to my Room, so I had no inconvenience. The third-generation owner kindly gave me a recommended dinner map, lent me an umbrella when I went out for morning ramen, and when I asked him to call a taxi, he even drove me to the station. Thank you very much—I’ll be back again.

We stayed for three nights as a family of four. It’s a little away from Kokusai-dori, and a taxi costs about 600–1,000 yen. There is a supermarket about 200 meters away, open until midnight, which is very convenient. Free tea and coffee are available in the lobby. The Room was spacious enough, with two beds and a tatami area. The hours are limited (17:00–22:00 and 6:00–9:00), but there is also a large public bath, which was great for washing off the day’s sweat. There was also an ice machine. The Hotel staff were kind, and we had a comfortable stay.
