I used the facility for a day stay. Since the large public bath with an open-air bath was available from 3:00 PM, I used it. I was able to relax while soaking in the Shigaraki-ware ceramic bath. I will use it again.

I chose this hotel because it’s close to the station and reasonably priced, and I was very satisfied. At check-in, they kindly stored my frozen and refrigerated items until checkout, and when I hesitated in the elevator on my way out, a staff member even pressed the button for me—overall, I was extremely pleased with the service.

Eight of us stayed as a family in a standard Japanese-Western Room and a Japanese-Western Room with a private Onsen and sauna. The Rooms were very spacious, and even my parent with physical difficulties said the in-room Onsen and sauna were wonderful. As for the meals, I initially wondered if there would be enough, but the taste, quality, and portion size were all very satisfying. However, at the large public bath, some foreign guests were swimming in the tub and washing their faces there, and in the changing area they were using their smartphones pointed in our direction, which made me very uncomfortable (I don’t know whether they were taking photos). This is not the Hotel’s fault, but I would appreciate it if staff could make regular rounds to check and provide guidance. Even so, everyone in our family was very happy with our stay. We would definitely like to visit again.

This was our first visit as a couple. We watched YouTube videos beforehand, but the real experience was even better.\n The pool was simply wonderful. We were surprised by how large the infinity pool is.\n If the water temperature had been a bit warmer, we might have been able to relax for longer.\n The sauna, on the other hand, felt a little too hot.\n The Room was simple and easy to use.\n If possible, as seniors we would have appreciated standard cotton pajamas with long sleeves and long pants. The bathrobes and towels were very comfortable.\n For dinner, we ordered the vegetarian course. It was creative and delicious, and we left completely full. The vegetables were excellent and highly recommended.\n Breakfast was a sandwich, salad, and soup; it would be nice to have something warm and freshly made as well.\n All in all, we were very satisfied. We’re happy to find such a wonderful Hotel in Chiba Prefecture.\n The staff were also very kind. Please keep up the great work.\n We will definitely visit again.

I booked this Onsen with a scenic-view bath after it caught my eye while searching for an Accommodation. Since meals are served in the Room, I was a bit concerned about staff coming in and out, but they delivered the food outside the door, which made it much more comfortable. We also laid out our own futons, so no one entered the Room during dinner—this suited us well. It felt like that helped keep the price a bit more reasonable. Dinner had many dishes and was delicious, and we were even more satisfied with the tasty local rice. The bath was a good size and perfect for relaxing at our own pace. The Shuttle Service to the station was also very convenient. We’d like to stay again. Thank you very much.

The ferry did not depart, so I had to make a last-minute Reservation that day. I chose this place because it was affordable, women-only, and had good Reviews. I was able to borrow a chain for my suitcase and store it in a separate space. There was also a card key that only women can use—if a man were wandering around, it would feel out of place. There was also a lockable space next to the bed, and a TV as well, so I felt the facilities were well equipped. The stairs felt a little scary, but considering the price, I was satisfied. Thank you very much.

I stayed here to attend a live concert from Niigata. The entire property, including the Room, was kept very clean, and I had a comfortable stay. The free breakfast was better than expected and very good. If I have a chance to visit Aomori again, I’d like to stay here again!

This Accommodation is in an excellent location for sightseeing in Nara, so this was our second stay, this time to visit the Nara National Museum. From the moment we arrived, the parking guidance was very courteous, and the Room was spotless. The large public bath was also clean. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and had a very pleasant stay. After checking out, the staff member who first assisted us even came out of their way to see us off, which made both my husband and me truly happy. I think this is a wonderful Accommodation filled with warm hospitality and thoughtful care.

I stayed on October 31. Although breakfast was included, I left the hotel around 3 a.m. due to other commitments. In my rush, I forgot the power cable for my laptop in the room. I contacted the front desk before 7 a.m. after arriving home and requested it to be sent via cash-on-delivery. The staff were very polite, and I was surprised that they even covered the shipping cost in advance for me. Thank you so much for your help! I stay in Tsuruoka two to three times a year, and I always choose Route Inn for accommodation there. Thank you again!

We stayed in a detached Room. There were four of us, and it was very spacious with a beautiful interior—we were extremely satisfied. From the open-air bath on the 11th floor, we had a panoramic view of Lake Suwa. The meals also included free alcoholic beverages, and the staff were very attentive, so we had a truly wonderful time. I use this Hotel for business trips. I’m happy that the Room is spacious. If there’s availability, I almost always choose this Hotel. As an IKYU Diamond member, I also appreciate the 12:00 checkout time. I can also receive drinks such as canned beer, which makes me want to keep my Diamond status. From Tokyo Station, I take a bus—it’s just a short walk from the “Kameshimabashi” stop.

We stayed in a triple Room, and it was spacious and clean. The bathroom and toilet were separate, so we could enjoy a relaxing bath. We were also impressed that complimentary bath additives were available on the first floor. There is parking as well, which was very convenient.

It was a Room with an open-air bath, looking up at Gifu Castle and gazing down at the gentle flow of the Nagara River. We didn’t use the rooftop open-air bath or the large public bath—the in-Room open-air bath alone was more than enough. We also got to experience cormorant fishing, which made it feel truly special. Breakfast seemed to be Japanese-style only (?), but that was absolutely the right choice—it was delicious. It made me think, “I want to live in this Room!”

I have stayed here many times. The location, service, Room, cleanliness, and overall comfort are all outstanding—an excellent Hotel in every way!

I loved Azumino when I visited three months ago, so I came back—and this time chose Accommodation Nagomino. Surrounded by vivid greenery, everything was wonderful: the scenery, the building, the Facility, the meals, and of course the baths, as well as the excellent hospitality from all the staff. We were informed in advance that due to last week’s heavy rain, the Onsen pipeline to the Accommodation had been washed away and the Onsen supply had stopped, but fortunately it was restored on this very day—what a relief! It’s not a price range we can visit often, but I would definitely like to return in another season.

There is staff at the desk next to the front desk, but only one person handles check-in. I’m not sure whether they don’t notice the line or have decided to serve guests one at a time. Either way, the Room was comfortable, and it’s a shame the property is closing.

The service, amenities, and location were all excellent. Since this is a Hotel with locations across The whole country, I’ll be using Route Inn nationwide from next time! It was a pleasant and relaxing Hotel.

I reserved a Room on the side with views of the Shimanami Kaido. The view was wonderful, and at night the illuminated Onomichi Bridge was beautiful—I kept the curtains open and enjoyed it for hours. Mukaishima was right in front of me, which sparked my interest, so I took a ferry over the next day and explored. The in-room amenities were minimal, but everything was thoroughly cleaned and very comfortable.

To avoid the hassle of traveling for breakfast, I stay at the Silk Hotel, but the price difference was so large that I chose the Annex this time. The comfort and sleep quality were up to Silk Hotel standards. I always look forward to the breakfast yogurt, but the peach wasn’t very good. Also, the Jingisukan I was looking forward to tasted a bit off. I think it was just bad luck—it's usually excellent.

I come to Wakayama once a month and stay here each time. This time, the front desk was extremely helpful, and I really appreciated it—thank you to the front desk staff. Also, when I write my requests on the in-room questionnaire, they are sometimes fulfilled later on. I’m very grateful. I also like the Facilities, such as the large parking lot, public bath, and breakfast service.
