The Hotel itself was very clean, and the staff, service, and location were excellent. However, I saw several guests with tattoos at the pool. I understand that rules vary by Hotel, but since this is a Resort Hotel pool, clearer rules and guidance regarding tattoos would help families feel more comfortable using the facilities. Other than that, my stay was comfortable and I was satisfied overall.

We slept comfortably even as a couple! Breakfast was healthy, and the unique menu felt fresh and different from anywhere else. If I could make one request, I’d love to have options like natto or eggs. There were also various complimentary drinks available during our stay, which was perfect for a coffee lover like me. Thank you very much.

The food was delicious, which was great.

It was a uniquely designed room. Since we chose a twin, the beds took up most of the space, and I couldn’t help but laugh when we walked in. There really wasn’t anywhere to open our suitcases (lol). I didn’t want to put them on the bed, so it took some effort to manage. However, the room was clean and nice. The bathroom is a shower booth, but it was also clean. Also, since there’s no chair, doing makeup was a bit difficult—having even a simple folding chair would be helpful. And because the mirror is positioned at an adult man’s height, I’d love an additional mirror at a lower height too!

The room had been renovated and was much cleaner than before. The bathtub was spotless, and I had a very comfortable stay. I would definitely like to stay again next time (depending on the price).

Great value for money, and everything is kept very clean. The bed is clean as well, with no odors. There were no noticeable smells in the unit bath or towels either. The bathtub and toilet aren’t especially spacious, so I’d rate it 4 stars, but there were absolutely no issues. If I had to mention one thing, I would have liked a 32-inch TV in the Room. The front desk staff are very kind. They also offer a welcome drink, which is available until midnight—excellent. I stayed here for the Fuefuki City fireworks festival; it’s about a 20-minute walk, so I plan to stay again next year.

The service was excellent, and the bath towels were thick Imabari towels—rare these days at this price point. The Room also had tea and coffee, along with cups, glasses, and teacups, so there was no inconvenience at all. Because the building is old, a drainage smell occasionally comes up, but it was manageable. At the breakfast venue, a highly capable male staff member handled checkout, guidance, and clearing tables (about twice as much as other staff) with a pleasant smile in an almost one-person operation. There were about four other staff members as well, but he seemed to work enough for three people on his own. I was worried he might be overworked. I truly hope he receives a bonus and can take some time off after the holiday period ends. The breakfast tableware also felt thoughtfully chosen: not the large plates typical of buffets, but long Japanese-style dishes for grilled fish, glass bowls for salad, and coffee cups with saucers—showing genuine care to help guests enjoy their meal comfortably. It left a very good impression. Dinner was Chinese cuisine; I had the Accommodation guest-only course menu and it was very reasonably priced. Overall, it was a stay where you could really feel their intention to make guests comfortable without cutting corners in odd ways. I would like to consider this Hotel again next time.

After golfing near Higashimatsuyama, I made a Reservation to enjoy an area where I hadn’t stayed before. With an Onsen and breakfast included, it was a very satisfying stay. There was also a nearby restaurant serving Higashimatsuyama’s famous yakitori (actually pork). When the weather cools down, I’d like to stay here again and visit Shinrin Park. If there’s room for improvement, I felt it would be better if the refrigerator door and the cabinet door opened in the same direction, as they currently open opposite ways.

Great location right by the station with easy access. The Room was clean even for a Business Hotel, and the in-room amenities were good. After check-in, it was fun to choose the amenities and bath salts you needed. The restaurant was also clean and the food was delicious. Everyone at the Hotel was very kind.

This was my second stay. The location was very convenient, within walking distance of a major station. Check-in was courteous and smooth, and this time a new staff member and a senior staff member escorted me to my Room as part of their training. Both were very polite and provided pleasant service. Above all, I was impressed by how clean the Room and bathroom areas were. The bath, toilet, and sink were spotless—it's rare to find a Hotel kept this clean. At check-out, I also received deodorant wipes, which was a big help because it was extremely hot that day. I really appreciated the thoughtful gesture. The only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak and not very stable. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay. I would like to stay here again!

It was my first time staying here again in a while. The staff were very polite and kind at check-in, and they also helped with arranging a taxi, accommodating even small requests, which I truly appreciated. Although it was during a holiday period and I expected it to be crowded and noisy, I was able to spend my time quietly and relax. I would like to stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.

This was my first stay, and because it was close to the subway station and located in a business district, it was quiet at night and I felt safe. There was also a convenience store nearby, which was very convenient. I made Reservations for two Rooms, and I appreciated that you arranged them directly across from each other. For breakfast, there were Nagoya specialties such as miso kushi-katsu and kishimen noodles, so I could enjoy local cuisine. I would like to stay here again when I visit Nagoya.

All of the staff provided pleasant and courteous service. The meals were also delicious. I would like to stay here again next time.

This was my third trip to Miyakojima, but my first time staying overnight here. The building feels a bit dated, as it was built during the bubble era, but it was very well cleaned and felt spotless. One thing I noticed was that the hallway was very hot—probably to save electricity. Being able to take a shower after check-out was extremely helpful, and the staff were great at that time as well. You can see the sunset and even catch a bit of the sunrise—amazing. When I come back to Miyakojima, I will definitely stay here again.

Both the Room and the service were outstanding! I especially loved how close it is to the shopping street... I was also impressed that amenities such as L’OCCITANE shampoo were provided separately! I’d love to stay again!

We stayed as a couple. As always with Dormy Inn, we enjoyed the after-bath ice cream and late-night soba, and breakfast was excellent as well. There was an eel rice bowl option, and you could even pour dashi over it to make hitsumabushi-style eel rice. I also thought it was a great idea that each side dish could be taken in small individual bowls. There was bread too, but the only egg dish available was fried eggs, which was a little disappointing for me since I prefer scrambled eggs. Still, it was a very satisfying breakfast overall, and we would like to stay again.

We stayed during the Obon holidays on a breakfast-only plan. The building is a bit old, but the Room had been renovated and was very clean, with stylish interiors and a great view—truly wonderful. The baths were also clean; they operate on an alternating schedule for men and women, and we were especially impressed by the panoramic bath on the 6th floor with its amazing views. Breakfast was very luxurious and satisfying, featuring simmered splendid alfonsino (kinmedai), horse mackerel namero, ara-jiru fish soup, plus a buffet. We would like to come again.

Thank you for the kind and helpful service from your staff. Your clear explanations made my stay very comfortable. I will stay again. Thank you very much.

The Facility is new and has a luxurious feel. It’s also close to Masu, and I’d love to stay again.

It’s just a short walk from the station, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby, so I always stay here. The Room is clean, it’s quiet with no noise from next door, and I can relax well. The front desk staff and the breakfast staff are always friendly and pleasant.
