Everything was always clean, and I had a very comfortable stay! All of the staff provided wonderful hospitality. This time, I chose the “Tajima Beef Colorful Kaiseki” course! They carefully explained each dish, which made it even more enjoyable. I was able to fully enjoy Kinosaki at night.

Quiet and reassuring. Impeccably clean. From the stairs to the lobby, every space reflects the owner’s attention to detail. My favorite is the wraparound balcony—spending Kyoto’s magic hour here always leaves me feeling quietly happy.

This was my first stay, and it was an even more wonderful Hotel than I expected. The Room was spacious and thoroughly cleaned in every corner, making for a very comfortable stay. The service was attentive, and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this Hotel and would love to stay again.

All the staff were kind and helpful; the meals were outstanding, the Onsen was wonderful, and every aspect of the service showed thoughtful attention to detail—truly a lovely Accommodation.\nI also loved the tasteful selection of plants in the garden; the autumn berries added beautiful color, and I wanted to use it as inspiration for my own garden, so I took photos and used Google to find out the names of some of the trees.\nIn the morning, a varied tit even came by to visit, and I found myself soothed by this beautiful garden that never got boring no matter how long I looked at it.\nEverything was perfect from start to finish, and we were able to enjoy a truly luxurious time.\nI’d love to visit again in a different season. Thank you very much for everything. Choosing this place for a long-awaited reunion with our friends as a couple was absolutely the right decision. We booked two Rooms, and although we spent time together except when sleeping, the space was spacious and comfortable. We got so caught up chatting that we used the bath twice a day, morning and night, and our friends were also impressed by how wonderful it was. Thank you to T, whom M recommended. The conversation was enjoyable, and we truly had a great time—you completely won us over. The four of us were able to enjoy delicious food in a spacious private dining Room. We would be happy if we could see M and T again next time.

I have stayed here several times, and it remains a wonderful Hotel. The staff are excellent, and the meals are outstanding and delicious. This time, I also enjoyed seasonal ingredients that felt like summer and was very satisfied. The Room is also lovely, with beautiful fittings and flooring. It is quiet and relaxing. Whenever I come here, I can spend my time slowly and peacefully, which I really appreciate. I would definitely like to stay again.

We had a truly wonderful stay. We stayed for two nights with our 1-year-old daughter. Dinner and breakfast were included, and the food was outstanding. They thoughtfully accommodated our child’s meals, taking her egg allergy and the size of the ingredients into consideration, and she was very happy. The staff also looked after her throughout, so we could enjoy our meal with peace of mind. The Room has special touches that help you forget the busyness of everyday life. Thanks to that, we were able to enjoy an extraordinary experience we don’t usually get to have. We would love to return again next time.

I visited with my 16-year-old Shiba Inu. With a private open-air hot spring bath with free-flowing water, a private dog run, and delicious meals, it had everything we could ask for and we were able to relax completely. The outdoor dog run and the path leading to it are neatly maintained with wood chips, and everyone at the inn was very kind to our dog—it was a wonderful, truly dog-friendly place to stay.

Almost directly connected to Kitahama Station, and the front desk staff were exceptionally kind. The room type I stayed in had a separate bathtub that was very convenient—overall, I had an extremely comfortable stay. I sincerely appreciate everything. I would love to stay with you again next time. Thank you very much.

First of all, the Hotel staff were absolutely outstanding! At mealtimes, we could dine while listening to the hostess sing, and her calm, soothing voice was truly relaxing. The food was also delicious—local specialties were incorporated beautifully, and we enjoyed every course without ever getting tired of it. And the open-air bath with a sky-high view was incredible! The scenery was breathtaking, and both body and mind were able to unwind completely. I’m truly glad I found a Hotel that made me want to come back. Thank you for such a wonderful time!

Although it’s in a convenient location, I hadn’t had the chance to visit until now, and I was able to truly relax. It was a reassuring Hotel where you can feel Japan’s unique spirit of hospitality. From the courteous explanations by what seemed like an experienced hotel staff member, to the way someone who appeared to be the person in charge quietly checked on things during breakfast, the flexible support in the lounge, and thoughtful touches even after checkout—there was an atmosphere of refined, calm hospitality that naturally made me feel well cared for. The message dessert and flower arrangement I requested at short notice were also wonderful, and the Room was bright and modern—somewhere I’d love to make my “second home.” If I may offer a suggestion, I think a simple map summarizing nearby highlights and how to get there would make the stay even more enjoyable (the sculpture(s), surrounding buildings/area, Hie Shrine, local history, etc.). Also, it would be great to have an easy-to-use solo relaxation Plan or a Plan where guests can casually enjoy matcha. In addition, having liquid hand soap (rather than bar soap) would be convenient. It’s a Hotel I would gladly choose again—whether with family or friends, or even on my own. In the future, it would be wonderful if my family or acquaintances held their wedding ceremony or reception at the neighboring classic house and could stay at this Hotel as well.

We stayed to celebrate a birthday anniversary. The hot spring water was excellent, and the amenities were well stocked. In the bathroom refrigerator, there were small sherbet treats (for heatstroke prevention?), along with water and tea. At dinner, there was a surprise that made us very happy, and we were able to spend this special time in a meaningful way. Thank you very much.

We were thoroughly satisfied with the many delicious, beautifully presented dishes that captured the transition from summer to autumn. We enjoyed them in a private dining Room with a waterfall right in front of us. We stayed in a detached suite called Suirei, where a small stream runs through the Room. From the spacious open-air bath, there is another smaller open-air bath just down a few steps; each has a different temperature, so you can soak for as long as you like. The garden was also expansive, and we were able to fully enjoy summer and feel refreshed. Thank you very much for celebrating our 60th birthday with us. I hope to visit again even when I’m a grandmother.

This was my first stay. The staff were exceptionally well trained, and their attention to detail was outstanding. We had dinner at Ryozen inside the Hotel; both the portion size and the taste were excellent. We also enjoyed many delicious wines. The amenities were great, and I would love to visit again soon.

We stayed at Allamanda Splendid during Silver Week 2026. Our family loves each of the Shigira Group hotels, and we stay at one of them about four times a year. This time, we were really looking forward to staying at Splendid, the newest property. As expected for a newly opened hotel, everything was very clean and beautiful. The on-site pool was also spotless and spacious, and our child happily spent a lot of time swimming. We also appreciated being able to choose from three breakfast venues. It’s relatively close to Shigira Beach as well, which made our stay very comfortable. All of the staff were truly kind, and it was a wonderful experience. Our whole family was extremely satisfied with this hotel. Thank you very much. We look forward to staying with you again.

I chose to stay here because I was drawn to the presence of this nationally registered Tangible Cultural Property. With its history as an Edo-period honjin and its dignified atmosphere, it felt like stepping into a beautiful, extraordinary world where time had stood still. What impressed me most was the French course meal made generously with local seasonal ingredients. Every dish was exquisite, bringing out the natural flavors of the ingredients, and because each course was carefully explained—along with the chef’s attention to detail and the story behind it—I was able to appreciate it even more deeply. The historic architectural beauty, refined cuisine, and warm hospitality came together in perfect harmony, making for an incomparable luxurious stay that truly satisfied both body and mind. I would love to return again in a different season.

It was excellent. Not only is it close to the station, but the Room was also clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay again. Next time, I’d like a Multiple Night Stay! Thank you.

Was this heaven? I had such a dreamlike stay. The ocean-view scenery, the unhurried pace of time—every moment was perfect. Whenever I went out to the pool or the beach, the staff immediately checked in and prepared my seat. It was truly wonderful. Breakfast looked great and tasted great—there’s nothing not to love about Halekulani. It’s a Hotel I definitely want to return to.

This was my first stay, and I was satisfied with everything. I also appreciated the upgrade to a stadium-view Room, which made my stay even more enjoyable. However, even without the upgrade, the Room was spacious, the Hotel as a whole felt simple and very clean, and the hospitality and service were polished—overall, a truly wonderful Hotel. Since I don’t visit Nagasaki often, I feel I had a genuinely great time with both sightseeing and my stay. Thank you very much. Please continue to maintain this level of quality and keep being such a lovely Hotel. If I have the chance to visit Nagasaki again, I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

My spouse and I stayed here as a couple. This time, the private open-air bath with free-flowing natural hot spring water left the strongest impression—relaxing while gazing out at the sea felt truly luxurious. The breathtaking view overlooking Dogashima was also wonderful, and we felt soothed throughout our stay. The meals were a creative Japanese-Western kaiseki course featuring plenty of seasonal ingredients, and every dish was delicious, making dinner even more special. We were also very satisfied with the three-tiered breakfast box, which we could enjoy at a leisurely pace. Spending time in the private relaxation room was comfortable as well—perfect for unwinding together. Above all, we are always comforted by the warm hospitality of the staff. Their thoughtful attention to detail made our stay extremely pleasant. This is a lovely inn that makes us want to return again—highly recommended.
