We stayed here to celebrate my father’s 90th birthday. Thank you for celebrating with us, and for accommodating us even before check-in. The view from the Room was filled with beautiful fresh greenery, and my father was delighted. We were also able to relax in the private Onsen. Every meal was outstanding and satisfied both our eyes and our taste buds. The staff’s service was attentive, and we had a very pleasant stay. It was perfect—10/10.

For the past 4–5 years, we have visited around the May holidays, but this time we came to Amami during the July holiday weekend. Instead of the unsettled weather before the rainy season, we enjoyed consecutive clear days and were soothed by Amami’s truly beautiful blue sea and sea turtles. As always, the staff’s outstanding hospitality and pleasant conversations make us want to come back again. The Room is a comfortable size, and soaking in the outdoor bath on the deck while looking up at the starry sky—along with the tropical plants in view—really helps you unwind. With tasteful amenities and consistently fun, delicious meals, this is a Hotel where you can take your time and enjoy both breakfast and dinner at a relaxed pace, truly feeling like you’re on holiday. We plan to visit again next July. Since I love Hawaii, I’m planning another trip next month as well—but this feels like what you’d choose in Hawaii when you want to relax on an outer island rather than Oahu or Waikiki. I think it’s an ideal place to do nothing but swim in the ocean and enjoy how wonderful it feels to gaze at a star-filled sky.

We used Reserve for his birthday. The guest room and Facilities were very spacious and spotless. This Accommodation pays close attention to every detail, from the building itself to the furniture and small touches. It was exactly as imagined, with wonderful hospitality—we were completely satisfied! Breakfast was very luxurious; I chose the Japanese set meal, and there was also a salad and dessert buffet, so we were fully satisfied from the morning. The space was so comfortable that we didn’t want to leave. We would love to come again, and it’s an Accommodation I can confidently recommend to friends.

From July 20, we stayed for two nights again. We traveled by train with two dogs. We’ve gotten completely used to it now, and that’s all thanks to the warmth and kindness of everyone at the Ryokan. I couldn’t make it without the Shuttle Service from the station. Thank you, as always, for your wonderful Shuttle Service. The meals reflected the season, and each dish was thoughtfully prepared and delicious. I rated the bath 4 stars because the stairs to and from the bath, and the airflow around that area, felt a bit uncomfortable for this time of year. The bath temperature was perfect for me. Thank you so much to all the staff for your kindness. We’ll be back again.

We stayed to celebrate the youngest of our three sons’ birthday—this was about our fifth visit. The room has evolved into a family room, and with the slide, swing, and bouldering wall, they played nonstop. All three were very happy and said they want to come again and stay again. Thank you as well to K for taking such great care of us during our meals—it made the memories even more special. Next time, we’d love to visit for our second son’s birthday. Thank you in advance.

We stayed here as a family to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. It ranks among the top three Accommodations we’ve ever stayed at—outstanding service, an excellent Facility, a wonderful breakfast, fantastic staff, and a great bar. We’d come back to Niseko just to stay here again. The open views and spacious setting truly made us feel indulged. Our whole family left fully recharged. Thank you so much for your heartfelt hospitality. We hope to see you all again. We’ll work hard until then.

Thank you as always. I don’t think there are many Ryokan where you can enjoy fresh seafood for under 20,000 yen and also use a private open-air bath. The Accommodation staff are incredibly kind, and it’s my hidden getaway—more relaxing than being at my parents’ home. Last time I brought my parents and they were absolutely delighted, so my rating hasn’t changed at all. Of course, at this price there are a few Facility points you may need to overlook, but if that bothers you, you can always pay several times more and stay at a luxury Ryokan. For ordinary people looking for an occasional treat, this is a comfortable Accommodation that’s just right.

This was our 12th stay. It’s one of our favorite Accommodations as a couple. We love being able to relax in a quiet place with nothing around. The Room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. We would be happy if there were a small buffet, such as a salad bar, not only at breakfast but also at dinner. We had another very pleasant stay this time as well. We’d love to come again. This villa resort was a place I had always wanted to stay at, and this summer my wish finally came true.\nAs soon as we parked, the staff greeted us by name before we even introduced ourselves.\nWe completed check-in while enjoying a welcome drink and fruit, then headed to our Room.\nSeeing the view in person—one I had only seen in photos—was truly moving.\nBoth the BBQ dinner and breakfast were excellent.\nSince this trip also celebrated my partner’s new job, I emailed to request a surprise dessert plate, and I’m very grateful for their thoughtful assistance.\nI’m so glad we stayed here—it became a once-in-a-lifetime memory.\nI hope to return again someday if I have the chance.

We had been looking forward to staying at this Accommodation for a long time. As reputed, everything was spotless, and we were very satisfied with the Room—it was a bit more spacious and had a layout different from a typical twin. The ceiling height on each floor also felt relatively high, giving it an airy feel. We were able to enjoy the bath privately and relax. Both yukata and samue were provided, and we chose the samue. It worked well as sleepwear. The meals were just right for us since we can’t eat large portions, and everything was delicious. The location was also very convenient, and we would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

From the moment we arrived until check-out, we felt truly satisfied throughout our stay. We have often stayed at The Kahala Hotel in Hawaii as well, and our children were excited, saying it smelled just like Hawaii, and they had a wonderful time. The staff’s thoughtfulness was outstanding; even though we were staying with a baby, they responded to every request with a smile and “Of course,” for which we were truly grateful. We had dinner at OZIO, and every dish was so wonderful it made us think it was French cuisine; we were genuinely impressed that there is no Italian dining of this level in Osaka—even at a Hotel. The breakfast buffet was also very clean, delicious, and high in quality item by item—we were completely satisfied. Whenever we visit Yokohama, this is the Hotel we will definitely choose again. Thank you very much for such happy memories.

From the warm welcome to check-in, breakfast, and check-out, the service was truly pleasant at every moment. They even kept our stay history from four years ago, and I was genuinely impressed when they asked, “Would you like the same morning newspaper as last time?”—such thoughtful attention to detail. I also asked for photos many times, and every staff member kindly took them without hesitation. And the breakfast—what you expect from Brighton—was absolutely delicious and very satisfying! I understand renovations will be starting soon, and I’m truly looking forward to staying again at the newly refreshed Brighton Hotel.

The first Hotel in Japan to join Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH). The highest level of comfort! They promptly accommodated a sudden Room change and provided wonderfully courteous service. Thank you very much. The same attendant as last time assisted us again, and everyone was delighted with the consistently excellent service. The Hotel’s atmosphere and the staff are always polite and kind—truly outstanding! We will definitely stay again.

I stayed for one night with breakfast and dinner included, and when I asked about sightseeing in Nagasaki, they recommended getting around by streetcar and kindly explained everything in detail using a handmade map. The Room overlooked the stadium, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent, so I extended my stay for a Multiple Night Stay. After returning home, I realized I had left something behind, and they handled it politely over the phone. Thank you very much.

We stayed here for a family trip with our parents in their 80s. The Room was spacious and spotless, with the toilet and bath separated, and a generously sized washbasin—everything exceeded our expectations! Both the Italian dinner and the Japanese breakfast were excellent. In particular, the main dishes of the Italian course (both the fish and meat) were outstanding, and the peach mille-feuille dessert was just the right size and not overly sweet—absolutely delicious. The staff who assisted us were also very pleasant, making it a thoroughly satisfying stay for our whole family. It was also great for my parents that we could take the elevator to get to the large public bath. The only disappointment was that Mt. Fuji didn’t show itself—but that can’t be helped! A staff member told us it’s often difficult in summer, so we’d love to visit again in a different season someday!

From the moment we arrived, the parking guidance, check-in, shop, and breakfast venue staff were all very welcoming, and their smiles and service made our stay truly comfortable. We visited to celebrate my daughter’s 20th birthday. I wanted to surprise her, so I emailed in advance, and they suggested a wonderful Plan—thanks to that, we had an absolutely satisfying trip! We booked the girls’ get-together Plan, so we really appreciated the Shuttle Service. Even better, the driver showed us around Iwata City on the way, which made for such a fun start. The service was outstanding and truly made us happy. When we arrived at our Room, Surprise #1 was waiting—a message on the TV. My daughter was thrilled! Dinner was French cuisine that let the vegetables shine; everything was delicious and deeply impressive. Then came Surprise #2: a dessert plate! It caught my daughter completely off guard and delighted her even more. When we returned to our Room, there was a knock at the door—and a birthday cake (an additional charge, but it felt like great value compared with other places). My daughter expected there might be cake, but she was amazed by how many surprises there were!! Above all, the lush greenery made strolling through the garden a joy. The evening atmosphere with softly lit flames was beautiful—just being there felt calming. Both large public baths were excellent; perhaps thanks to the moor hot spring water, my skin felt wonderfully smooth. We had such a relaxing time. Breakfast was also fantastic—the plate really highlighted fresh vegetables. I was especially moved by the gentle soup and its natural vegetable sweetness. Most of all, the perfectly balanced hospitality and the Hotel’s atmosphere were exceptional! I first learned about GREENITY IWATA after hearing that my favorite artist stayed here last year—and it truly is a wonderful Hotel I’d love to visit again for anniversaries or whenever I want to slow down and reset. Even though we stayed from check-in all the way through check-out, it still didn’t feel like enough time—that’s how amazing our stay was. We would love to come back!

This stay became one of the most memorable trips I’ve ever taken with my dog. What impressed me first was how quickly the staff learned my dog’s name, and how they greeted us warmly by name whenever we met. We never felt like “guests traveling with a dog”—instead, it truly felt as if we were welcomed as cherished family members, which made me very happy. Their hospitality was both attentive and friendly in the best way, and the entire property had a warm, comforting atmosphere. The meals exceeded our expectations as well. The Japanese cuisine featuring local ingredients was carefully prepared dish by dish, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. We were able to fully enjoy flavors unique to the area and were completely satisfied. There were many thoughtful touches and services throughout the property that allowed us to enjoy our time together, and it was clear that their “dog-first” philosophy is reflected in every detail. You can truly feel how much the staff love animals, which also gave me great peace of mind as an owner. Thanks to you all, we’ve added another irreplaceable memory with our dog. We would love to visit again in a different season. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality.

I was able to relax and enjoy a very comfortable stay in the Room. All of the staff were very kind, and both the front desk team and housekeeping greeted me politely whenever we passed in the hallways or elevators. I felt this Hotel was welcoming not only because of the Room, but also because of the warm hospitality.

This was my third stay. I always feel comfortable here, thanks to the spacious, clean Room with a great view, the rooftop pool, and the lounge. The breakfast you can take back to your Room seems to have changed slightly from before, but I was very satisfied. Although there was an issue this time with a typhoon approaching, I truly appreciate how pleasantly and flexibly you handled everything. I really love Storyline’s atmosphere and service, so I would definitely like to stay again.
