We stayed with two adults and one baby to celebrate my husband’s birthday. I gave birth about a year ago, so this was our first trip in quite a while as a couple—and our baby’s very first trip. We weren’t focused on sightseeing; we wanted to enjoy the Accommodation itself. We looked for a private open-air bath in the Room, in-room breakfast and dinner, and a baby-friendly place, compared options through Reviews, and chose Bettei KURO. We traveled by train and used the Shuttle Service from Futo Station. The Room was spacious and lovely, with the warmth of wood. We were happy to find cute baby toys and bedding neatly set up in the Room. Having wipes and a bottle-washing set also helped us pack lighter. Even if our baby cried, we didn’t have to worry about other guests, so our whole family could truly relax. The Onsen wasn’t too hot, so we could bathe together with our baby. (They manage the temperature, and said it can be adjusted if you ask the front desk.) Both dinner and breakfast were luxurious and delicious. We hadn’t mentioned in advance that we wanted non-alcoholic drinks for both of us, so my husband’s aperitif came with alcohol at first—but when we told them on the spot, they changed it immediately. We didn’t request an extra cake because we thought we’d be full, but there was a “Happy Birthday” message on the dessert plate. They said they prepared it based on the purpose noted at Reservation (birthday). We felt many thoughtful touches like this throughout our stay, which made us feel it’s a wonderful Accommodation. It was also a great memory being able to see the ocean and stars so clearly. We’re really glad we chose this place for our long-awaited trip.

We woke up early and went for a walk to Kanazawa Castle Park and Oyama Shrine. It was wonderful to be able to pray in a quiet, uncrowded atmosphere. It was great that we could stay at Korinkyo as the perfect starting point for the morning. The night before, we enjoyed plenty of drinks and food, so the breakfast rice porridge was incredibly delicious. The soy milk served before the meal was also excellent. We would love to visit again.

I visited with three friends. The Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The food was also delicious, making it a wonderful memory. It was my first time visiting Wakasa, and I would love to come again.

I always look for Route Inn during my travels and use their services. I'm aiming to visit all their locations.

As we did last year, we stayed again during the Obon holiday this year. Thank you for a wonderful time!

The Hotel is conveniently located near the station, and the Room was very spacious and comfortable! Amenities such as disposable slippers and toothbrushes were provided in the Room, so we had everything we needed. It was a self check-in, but since instructions were sent by email in advance, it went smoothly. I would like to stay here again if I visit Otaru.

This was my first time staying at this type of Hotel, but it was more comfortable than I expected, and choosing it was the right decision. The check-in explanation was very thorough and left a great impression. The Room was clean, and the shower had plenty of hot water with good water pressure. The shampoo and conditioner also smelled nice. I would like to stay here again next time.

I stayed here to watch Gujo Odori. The lobby and shared Facility had a retro Showa-era vibe, but everything felt clean, and the Room had been newly and stylishly renovated. There is no large public bath. It was a bit inconvenient that there was no door between the toilet and the washbasin area. The Shuttle Service by minibus to near the Gujo Odori venue was very convenient. Breakfast starts early, and checkout is also early at 10:00, which may be typical for an old-fashioned Hotel, but it did feel a little rushed. Thank you very much.

We stayed here on a family trip. The Japanese meals were delicious, and even after eating a lot, we didn’t feel heavy. The white rice was especially excellent. The Room was quiet and very relaxing, and since we could use the private bath as much as we wanted depending on the time slot, it felt like a great deal to stay at such a wonderful Ryokan—we were very satisfied.

Just as shown in the photos on IKYU, the Accommodation is surrounded by nature, and the location overlooking the Kofu Basin is truly spectacular. The Room is compact, but its tent-like design makes it fun. The bath isn’t an Onsen, but the night view from the open-air bath was stunning and more than satisfying. Before dinner, we relaxed by swaying in a hammock on the terrace and taking our time by the campfire. Dining while watching the scenery gradually shift from dusk to a sparkling night view felt wonderfully luxurious, and the food was delicious. From the Room facilities and amenities to even small details like tableware and cutlery, everything showed careful attention, and overall it felt very tasteful. In the morning I woke up before dawn and spent time watching the Kofu Basin slowly brighten while looking out at Mt. Fuji. Having coffee by the campfire was a truly memorable experience—one I’m sure I’ll remember for a long time. I highly recommend this Accommodation, though breakfast is self-prepared, so that point may come down to personal preference.

It’s really close to the station and very convenient. At night, the lights make it even easier to find. The Room was quiet and comfortable. Having space under the bed to store a suitcase is a great idea. It was my first time staying in this type of Room. The Room temperature was just right, and both the amenities and the Facility were excellent. I also had breakfast—there was a wide variety of options, it was very satisfying, and delicious. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

I’ve been staying here since last year when visiting Mimata Onsen and watching Iwami Kagura. This year I was able to make a Reservation again. On the first day, after Mimata Onsen, I bought a discounted ticket for the Sannomiya Shrine night kagura at check-in and enjoyed the performance. On the second day, I watched kagura performances at 10:00 and 13:00 at YouMe Town Hamada. On the third day, I watched kagura at Misumi Shrine from 10:00 to 15:00. On the way home, I bought onsen water at the Mimata Onsen hot spring stand before taking another bath. We also stopped by Roadside Station Goise Nima and enjoyed a children’s kagura performance. During Golden Week, I was very satisfied to have a Multiple Night Stay based in Hamada and fully enjoy both the onsen and Iwami Kagura. The Room was clean and quiet. All necessary amenities were provided, and the front desk staff and employees were polite and pleasant—overall, we were extremely satisfied. I’d like to make another Reservation next time as well.

Despite my sudden late-night stay, you kindly checked me in. Thank you so much...! It was a single room, and the bed was quite fluffy. Breakfast mainly featured Chinese congee, and there were also rice dishes. I had the seafood congee, and it was very delicious! However, since the lobby is on the second floor, you might be a little confused when entering. I was too... Also, because it was late at night, I entered from the elevator-only entrance rather than the main entrance. USB adapters can be borrowed from the front desk counter.

Done for repeat stays starting next year. We stayed here to attend an event in Saga. It’s close to Saga Station, and of course there is parking. Going out until midnight is OK! There’s also a convenience store nearby, and a coin laundry—essential for attending events—is also close by. Smoking rooms are available, the Standard Twin is spacious enough, and since it’s not a built-in unit bath, the bathroom is roomy and easy to use. There’s no reason to choose a The whole country chain. On the day of the event, we headed out with their encouragement. Every staff member was wonderful as well. I’d definitely like to recommend it to others around me.

From the moment we arrived at the Hotel, we were impressed by the outstanding hospitality of the staff. The doorman who welcomed us was wonderful, and since we were traveling with a baby, they took great care of us—carrying our luggage to our Room and preparing a baby crib for us. We also used the bus to go to the park, and while we were waiting in the lobby, staff came over as soon as it arrived. Throughout our stay, we felt that everyone was extremely well trained and attentive. Our Room was spacious and comfortable, and we truly appreciated it. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options; the freshly baked bread, French toast, and beef ochazuke were especially delicious. They also guided us to seating with our child in a stroller in mind, which was very helpful. There was also a nursing room right outside the restaurant area, which made things much easier. We didn’t expect such a comfortable stay for this price point, so we felt it was an excellent Hotel. It seems there are many spacious Rooms available as well, making it a reassuring choice even for families with small children. To repeat once more, every staff member who assisted us provided warm and pleasant service. Thank you very much—we would definitely love to stay again.

Once again, our whole family had a wonderful two-day stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally kind and attentive as always, and we truly appreciate it. A variety of food and drinks are also available in the lobby, which our children look forward to every time. This time as well, they were especially excited for the brown sugar buns and warabi mochi, and they were delighted. We were also very satisfied with the pool, including the slide. Both dinner and breakfast were very luxurious and made for a great time together. Thank you as always. We will definitely stay again.

Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality. I stayed on a business trip to attend my junior colleague’s wedding. Since I had a compact car, securing parking was easy—perfect! The Facility was also clean and beautiful, which made me very happy. When I called because I was worried about the check-in time, you spoke to me so kindly. At check-in, you explained the Point Card program, and since I truly wanted to come again, I signed up. While waiting for the check-in process to be completed, I received a lovely surprise—birthday wishes that I’d almost forgotten at my age! As I thanked you with genuine happiness, you told me there is also a birthday-month gift as part of the Point Card event. Even though it was the day I joined, you handed it to me right away, and it made me smile and feel warmly happy. Thank you so much. On top of that, although you had promised to give me the Point Card when I signed up at check-in, I rushed out in a hurry to make it in time for the ceremony and couldn’t receive it then. Thank you very much for sending it to me afterward. I’m sorry for the postage cost as well. I will definitely plan to stay again.

I thought it would just be a convenient Hotel near the station, but it far exceeded my expectations. You can check in and check out at the club lounge—and the lounge wasn’t crowded. There was an amazing variety of soft drinks, and a staff member wearing a sommelier badge stylishly prepared an iced chai right in front of me like a cocktail. The other staff were also wonderful, and the hospitality was outstanding. It was so comfortable that I canceled my plans and switched to a staycation. Staying in this suite with club lounge access felt like a hidden gem. The Room amenities were also from B.A, which really made me happy. Breakfast was great too: the made-to-order menu let you choose as many items as you like, including rice porridge and steak, and the buffet even had comb honey.

This was our second stay at Wanwan Paradise, following our visit to Toba. It is quite deep in the mountains, and there were no signs until we got close, so we were worried we were heading the right way. Surrounded by nature, we could enjoy a relaxing walk, and there is also a dog run right in front of the Hotel. Perhaps because there weren’t many guests, it felt like we had it all to ourselves while we were using it. The front desk staff told us we might be able to see fireflies, and when we walked along the dark road at night, we were able to see them for the first time in a long while. The Room was spacious, and we could relax in the Onsen as well. Dinner was at 7:00 PM, so since we arrived early, it felt like a long wait. Service seemed a little slow, but everything was delicious. We would like to stay again.

Thank you for taking care of us again this year, following last year. It’s a good Hotel. We stayed with three grandchildren on a two-meal plan. As we were leaving, they asked to come again next year. The only drawback is that it can be hard to make a Reservation.
