Stayed for one night during Golden Week. The sofa and living room were smaller than they appeared in the photos, but it was still a lovely place to stay. After shopping, I thought I had put the groceries in the vegetable compartment and freezer, but it turned out that the freezer was in the middle and the vegetable compartment was at the bottom (oops). I assumed it would be like my fridge at home, but that wasn’t the case! (laughs) There was a PDF explaining how to dispose of trash, but no instructions for using the refrigerator. It would be helpful if this could be added! For future guests: Please note that frozen vegetables and thawed meat might end up misplaced if you're not careful with how you store them.

The biggest highlight is, without a doubt, the very spacious Room. We stayed as three generations of our family. We brought our own ingredients and had fun cooking dinner together, and since there is a natural Onsen, we enjoyed bathing many times and fully experienced an extraordinary getaway in such an open space. The staff were foreigners, but even without speaking English we managed to communicate somehow, and they were kind. Some amenities and tableware were missing, but when we asked, they provided them. This was our second stay, and we’d love to come again with the family! Thank you very much.

Stayed for 4 nights with a friend's family! We were 3 adults and 3 children. At check-in, it would have been nice to have insect repellent at the entrance. Some items we wished for: a quick floor wiper, toilet cleaning set, a net to remove bugs or debris from the pool, extra outdoor chairs for BBQs, various sizes of plastic bags, shelves in the bathroom and rooms to place small items. A cleaning robot was available but having something handy for quick hair or dust cleanup would be great. It would also be helpful to have cleaning supplies like detergent for quick toilet cleanups. The dryer stops working after several uses unless you clean the filter. It would be helpful if we could receive detailed information about kitchen supplies via email before our stay. We brought our own food for BBQs but additional chairs and tables would make it easier to place food and sit comfortably while eating. There were insect repellents and mosquito coils provided but having a fly swatter as well would be useful. We appreciated that there were plenty of towels, toothbrushes, cotton swabs, and cotton pads available! The extra supply of toilet paper was also great! Since we stayed with friends, having separate bedrooms was ideal. Overall cleanliness and stylish design were impressive! The building itself is beautiful with an amazing atmosphere—just a few more thoughtful touches in service could make this place perfect! As someone who pays attention to details (being a homemaker), I feel enhancing comfort here could elevate this already wonderful space into an exceptional one—especially since it's such a special trip destination! However, bugs are quite noticeable here; addressing this issue might help improve overall satisfaction significantly!

Thank you for your hospitality. The Hotel was close to the station, and the Facility and Room were more than adequate—I was very satisfied. If it’s available, I will Reserve again on my next business trip.

It was so cool and refreshing that I almost forgot the summer heat of the city. I think I would have been even more satisfied if there had been a coffee service. I look forward to staying here again!

The Facility is a bit far from the Onsen, and unfortunately, the temperature adjustment of the Onsen was out of order this time, making it slightly lukewarm, and the open-air bath was unavailable. However, the Room was spacious, with a large private bath and washroom. The meals were excellent with sukiyaki and udon-suki options available. Rice refills were free, and soft drinks were unlimited. It was overall very enjoyable. Since the Room is large, heating might be less effective in midwinter and could feel slightly cold; however, an oil fan heater was provided, which made it manageable.

First, the male staff member at the front desk felt off from the way he responded. To my questions, he seemed detached, showed no sense of urgency, and didn’t really give me an answer. The Room was smaller than I expected… to the point where I wondered if it was even the same Room as in the photos. The private open-air bath was excellent—very private and relaxing. It was a shame it was limited to one hour. There are many sightseeing spots nearby, and the location is convenient overall. The meals were very delicious and clearly thoughtfully prepared. It’s also enjoyable because they explain everything in detail. Both dinner and breakfast are quite filling, so you may want to skip snacks in between. Overall, it felt a bit underwhelming for the price, but since the food was great, I’ll leave this rating.

Conveniently located near Omoromachi Station, with easy access to convenience stores, supermarkets, cinemas, and restaurants. The lobby and guest rooms were clean, and the quality of the towels was particularly impressive.
