We stayed for 2 nights as a family of five. The place was very clean and comfortable. Laundry facilities were available, and we could hang clothes in the bathroom with a drying function included. There were few hangers, so bringing extra ones might be convenient for families. Detergent for two loads was provided. Each bed had its own power outlet, which was very convenient. The location is close to the shopping street, with plenty of dining options nearby and within walking distance to Matsuyama Castle—a very convenient spot!

In today's world where service is expected, we simply offer a room, and that's it. Shared toilet and washroom. Enjoy the Onsen in the main building. Feel the passage of time in a simple and unadorned space.

If you complete pre-check-in in advance, check-in via the tablet is smooth. The Room has one single bed and one semi-double bed. There is also a washer-dryer in the Room, and a single-use laundry detergent packet was placed by the sink. The bathroom has only a shower booth (no bathtub). There are no amenities such as cleansing products or nightwear, so it’s best to bring your own! There was a power strip in the Room with Type-C and USB ports, so you can charge as long as you have your cable. The TV had Netflix available, and we could watch freely! In the morning we could hear footsteps from people running or jumping in their Room, but we were getting ready to leave anyway so it didn’t bother us much. Honestly, we were very satisfied. It was a really great trip! When I come to Hakata again, I would definitely like to stay at this Accommodation again. Just note that it’s about a 15–20 minute walk from Hakata Station.

We stayed as a family of four. We chose this accommodation because the sea is beautiful and close, it’s a standalone house with a washer and dryer, and there’s a kitchen where we could prepare breakfast. In the mornings and evenings, we swam in the sea, while during the day we enjoyed cycling around the island or visiting local attractions like Okashi Goten by car. The facility is new, just 30 seconds to the beach, and within walking distance to Sora Hashi roadside station and a burger shop, making our stay enjoyable. Since it’s surrounded by nature, geckos and spiders are present; those uncomfortable with insects might find this house challenging. Having plastic wrap or small plastic bags would have been convenient. Thank you very much!

Set in a quiet location surrounded by a tranquil forest, it feels very relaxing. The Room has a retro vibe. The refrigerator and toilets are shared, but they are well organized and easy to use. As for Room security, the door locks with an old-style push-button knob. Please keep valuables with you. The sheets for the futon are changed daily. Everything is very clean and fluffy. The lighting feels a bit dim, so it would help if it could be brighter. The bath water is clear brown, with a relatively high pH. Leaning against the main pillar of the pyramid-shaped building (inside the bath), you might feel some kind of energy?? It’s refreshing. Both morning and evening, the bath is not crowded. I hope the 95-year-old owner is doing well. If the timing works out next year, I’d like to stay again. A hands-off Accommodation that’s just right for me.

I used this place during my business trip to Takayama. It's a bit old, but it feels clean and there's absolutely no problem. There are many bars nearby and the station is close, so it's not inconvenient. Personally, I would rate it all 5, but some people might be concerned about the age, so I rated it 4. The parking lot is a bit far, but it is available, and considering the location, it's not a problem at all. I plan to stay here again for my next business trip.

Stayed for 2 nights for sightseeing. Although there was a bit of confusion during check-in, it went smoothly, and check-out was just as easy with either a tap or code input. It felt like being at home, with the ability to cook and access to both a washing machine and dryer, which was great. A minor inconvenience was the lack of seasonings and the poor water flow when using hot water for washing dishes. We enjoyed marine leisure activities, and having an outdoor faucet with water storage for cleaning was very helpful. Overall, it was excellent, and I will make a Reservation again if I visit in the future.

Located about 20 minutes by car from the city center. The property is barrier-free and well-maintained. There were many dead insects, possibly due to a long period of non-use since our last visit, but other than that, there were no issues. If the Room remains unused for an extended period, a quick cleaning (even just vacuuming) would make it even better. This time, we borrowed a vacuum cleaner from the laundry Room and cleaned it ourselves. There were sprays provided as well, which we used, but they didn’t seem very effective... It might be helpful to analyze why insects are getting in. (Since the place is kept clean otherwise, it’s unfortunate that this issue could affect its rating.) We didn’t meet any staff in person, but when we asked questions via LINE, they responded promptly and politely. We’d love to stay here again!

I stayed here for a night out with friends. The Hotel was clean, and it was great to have a large public bath. It’s close to the station and very convenient, with izakayas, a supermarket, and convenience stores nearby. We stayed as two people, but the Room initially had amenities for only one person. However, they addressed it right away, which was appreciated. I would like to stay again.

It was my first time staying at a smart Hotel, but they responded politely to my inquiries and I had no particular inconveniences during my stay. The Room was spacious, and there was a convenience store nearby. Since there are truly no Hotel staff on-site at any time, I recommend asking in advance if you have any concerns or questions.
