I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay (2 nights) to attend an event at Marine Messe. Within a 10-minute walk, I could enjoy Marine Messe, Bayside Place, izakaya pubs, cafés, and more. The Accommodation is located down a small alley just a few dozen meters off the main road. It was not noisy, and since my Room was on the top (third) floor, I wasn’t bothered by footsteps at all. However, there are only stairs, so carrying a suitcase up was tough. Also, perhaps due to large vehicles passing on the main road, I frequently felt vibrations. It’s a new building, and the Room, bathroom, and Facility were all very clean. Overall I was very satisfied, but a few things stood out: There was a power outlet adapter and USB cable for charging, but it seemed to be an overseas-style adapter and I couldn’t connect the cable. The washer-dryer was very convenient, but the drying performance wasn’t great. When I checked the filter it was packed with dust, so I cleaned it. As for detergent, I would have liked at least enough for my Multiple Night Stay. I would like to stay here again if I have another opportunity.

The top recommendation is the private open-air bath on the rooftop. There are two options, A and B; if you can book the evening slot to watch the sunset, choose A. Since the rooftop bath has only one faucet and no shampoo or other amenities, it’s best to wash up first in the large public bath on the first floor, which is fully equipped. Guests are responsible for laying out their own futons, including putting on the sheets. This may not suit those looking for a classic Ryokan experience where your bedding is prepared while you’re at dinner, but room rates are more reasonable as a result. The Shinshu beef sukiyaki dinner was excellent. We bought drinks and snacks at Yamauchi Shoten across from the Ryokan (open until 7:00 PM—please note), but we ended up too full and had to take them back with us the next day. The Ryokan is also perfectly located for visiting multiple public baths, making it easy to take a break at the Accommodation between stops around mealtimes. Shuttle Service times are set to match Nagano Dentetsu limited express trains. If you’d like to explore town after check-out, you can take a bus (e.g., from Shibu-Wago bus stop) to Yudanaka Station, but be aware there may be little time between arriving at the station and your train’s departure.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. This was my first time having ramen for breakfast at a Hotel, and I was delighted that I could add my favorite toppings and enjoy a bowl just the way I like it. The tonkotsu broth wasn’t greasy, so it didn’t feel heavy even in the morning, and I enjoyed it to the last sip. And the curry bread is truly outstanding! The curry inside has just the right level of spice and tastes great. Also, all of the staff were consistently cheerful and pleasant, and their energetic greetings left a strong impression. It helped me start the day in a great mood. I’d love to stay again!

The view was great and the room was spacious, and the bathroom even had a jacuzzi—everything was excellent.

This was my first stay in a year. The Room was very calming and comfortable, and I was able to truly relax. Spending both day and night on the spacious daybed—absentmindedly reading a book or gazing at the view—was the best. Soaking slowly in the large bathtub was also genuinely wonderful time. This has been the case for a while, but I always feel I’d really appreciate it if the internet connection could be improved a bit more. This time, I was able to enjoy ice cream after my bath, which was a delightful service. The food was consistently delicious as always, and the staff had a great atmosphere, making it a very pleasant stay. Thank you very much. I’d love to stay again.

I stayed with my mother. It was our first time at Misasa Onsen, and it turned into a wonderful trip. We relaxed in the spacious Accommodation, enjoyed delicious meals, and felt that a trip like this once in a while is really nice. Everyone at the Ryokan was kind. The fireflies and the Onsen town at night were beautiful as well. Because it is free-flowing from the source, this is a luxurious complaint, but the Onsen water was quite hot and it took some time to get used to it (especially in the morning). We were told that each person gets one bath towel, so please note this if you plan to bathe multiple times. The scenery was beautiful, so I’d like to visit again in another season.

Although the weather felt like the rainy season had returned, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the observation room (Gekko). Because the building is located on a hill, we had a clear view of the Shimanto River and the surrounding mountains. The Onsen water was excellent, with a slightly silky texture. For dinner we chose Sawachi cuisine featuring local dishes, and this time it was served as individual small plates rather than one large platter. Overall, I think it was a truly wonderful Accommodation. However, please drive carefully—the Accommodation is reached only after an extremely winding mountain road (narrow roads). Also, although it looks like it’s only about 5 minutes to town (convenience stores, etc.) on the map, as mentioned above it’s up in the mountains, so at night it’s pitch-dark and very dangerous! If you want to bring alcohol or cigarettes (the smoking area is outside the building), I recommend buying them before check-in. One more thing: they lend you samue loungewear, and it was made from incredibly comfortable fabric—perfect to wear. (If they sold it, I definitely would have bought it! It really was that comfortable.) I’ve stayed at several places near the Shimanto River before, and I can genuinely recommend this one. Lastly, thank you very much to all of the staff.

For my first trip to Saga, I stayed at this accommodation that I had been curious about for a long time. This time, I chose a room with an open-air bath that I couldn't stop thinking about. The bath was spacious, and the changing scenery and temperature throughout the day made it absolutely perfect! Since I'm not interested in saunas at all, I spent most of my time soaking in the room's bath. The staff were kind, and although I didn't have high expectations for TeamLab, it was impressive how they repurposed unused areas of the accommodation for collaboration. Of course, TeamLab itself was wonderful too. The food was delicious; however, if there's one thing to mention—it might be that the dining area felt either too bright or perhaps the tables were placed too close together... It gave off a slightly restless vibe or lacked a sense of calmness compared to other spaces in the accommodation. It almost felt like stepping into a completely different place with more of a cafeteria-like atmosphere—not disappointing but noticeably different from elsewhere in this lovely accommodation. Still, it's definitely an accommodation I'd love to visit again! Thank you so much to all the staff!

The corridor area is semi-outdoor, so it was cold (since it was autumn). It feels like an apartment building. The Room was clean, and the breakfast was very delicious! The location is great, and I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

I stayed here mainly for the sauna. Most of the staff around reception were non-Japanese, but their Japanese was excellent and they were friendly, which left a great impression. The Room was clean and not too small—just the right size. The sauna is nice because there are two types of cold plunge pools. However, the sauna is far too small for the number of guests. Since hardly anyone uses the hot bath, it would be better to reduce that area and make the sauna about twice as large. I’d also like the single-person cold plunge pool to be closer to the sauna. When I went early in the morning, there was no one there and it was perfect.

The sauna was excellent. There were loaner sauna hats by the sink, plenty of aroma oils for löyly, and the temperature gets quite high, which was great. It was also nice to have plenty of towels! We stayed in Room 202, and the sauna room is a bit small. It has two tiers, and it’s wide enough for two adults to sit side by side. There’s a refrigerator right before the door from the Room to the sauna area, so it’s easy to grab drinks. As for service, all of the staff were very pleasant. We came by car, but since it’s Azabu-Juban, all nearby coin parking lots around the Hotel were expensive, so I wished there were a partnered parking option. Public transportation might be best. We ordered the motsunabe course via room service. The food was carefully prepared, generous in portion size, and very delicious. The refrigerator was extremely well stocked and really lifted my mood! There was mineral water throughout the Room so we never ran out of water, and we also enjoyed Oropo. However, since we used a Room with only one bathtub, you have to fill it as a cold bath after showering, which may feel a bit inconvenient. Even if small, I would have liked a separate tub just for cold baths (maybe some suites have one). The shower head, hair dryer, hair iron straightener, and curling iron were all ReFa products, which made me happy. It felt better than bringing my own. Next time I’d like to stay in a top-floor Room with a balcony. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

The room, facilities, bath, and meals were all extremely satisfying. The meal menu was diverse, and above all, the drinks were incredibly affordable. The morning plate was warm and delicious. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Although there are some reviews mentioning "hair," we found no such issues at all; the cleanliness was impeccable. The bath was very spacious with a large-screen bath TV to enjoy, and there were plenty of amenities available. We stayed as an elderly couple and found it more than satisfactory—truly exceptional! Our future travel plans will likely revolve around Fine hotels in various locations. We're already considering when to stay at this hotel again next time! Despite calling multiple times, we deeply appreciate the staff's prompt responses and their heartfelt service.

I felt unwell during dinner and couldn't eat the fresh sea urchin, but the hostess kindly prepared a sea urchin rice bowl for me the next morning. It was absolutely delicious. The staff were all very kind, which made me happy. If I have another chance to visit, I will make a reservation again. Thank you so much!

This is my third stay here. The price was reasonable, and the Onsen was great. I will stay again.

Right in front of Lake Toya, the view from the Room is outstanding. The Facility is old, but it is kept clean. There is no open-air bath, but the Onsen is free-flowing from the source, with a perfect temperature that lets you soak for a long time. The staff provided very pleasant service. We could see fireworks from the Room for about 20 minutes starting at 20:45. They were incredibly beautiful and amazing. It was an affordable stay, and we enjoyed a free-flowing Onsen straight from the source and even got to watch fireworks—I'm glad we stayed here on the last day of our Hokkaido trip.

It was on the first floor, but it was spacious and nice. Right in the middle of Asakusa’s shopping street, and not too far from Tawaramachi Station—very convenient. They could store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which was great. I was glad the front desk staff were Japanese.

I was looking for accommodation near Numazu Station to enjoy Shizuoka oden. The accommodation was very reasonably priced, and the room had a microwave, so I could buy oden, heat it up, and enjoy it—absolutely perfect. I will definitely stay here again when I crave Shizuoka oden!

It took more than 10 minutes to walk from Yokohama Station, partly because I had luggage. Also, it was my first time staying somewhere that did not offer luggage storage after check-out, so I should have confirmed this before making a Reservation. The unit bath in the Room was clean, but it felt quite small and not very easy to use.
