I had some business in Fukuoka and was looking for a place to stay. I found this place where I could relax and enjoy an onsen away from the city. The retro atmosphere and the friendly staff at the front desk allowed me to fully enjoy a leisurely time after a long while. The onsen and sauna were spacious and relaxing. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

I stayed here as a base for sightseeing. I was a little worried because the price was reasonable, but the entire building and my Room were well maintained and thoroughly cleaned, exceeding my expectations in a good way. The amenities and Facilities were also well equipped, offering excellent value for money. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and I had a very pleasant stay. This is an Accommodation I would recommend to friends and acquaintances.

Both the exterior and interior were clean and well maintained. We didn’t use the kitchen, but we appreciated the amenities, such as being able to enjoy Dolce coffee.

They let us use the parking lot on our stay date and the following day as well. We stayed in a Japanese-style room. The bathroom was separate, and soaking up to my shoulders in the tub helped me relax and recover from fatigue. It’s also nice that it’s close to Kochi Castle and the Thursday Market. The front desk staff were very kind. Breakfast is mostly pre-made items, but there’s a good variety and you’ll leave full. It may be something to appreciate that you can eat for a reasonable price. There seem to be plenty of nearby cafés where you can get a morning set, but my companion prefers Japanese food, so we ate at the Hotel.

I stayed here for a concert at the dome. The nearest station was convenient with a direct express train from the airport, and it was also just one stop away from the limousine bus station for the concert. Within about a 10-minute walk, I could reach Nijo Market, Ramen Alley, and Susukino, making it feel like a hidden gem. The Room was spacious and clean, with separate toilet and bathroom facilities. It also had a kitchen, microwave, and washing machine—everything you could need! If I visit Sapporo again, I would definitely stay here. Thank you very much!

Just a few minutes’ walk from Amanohashidate Station, the location was extremely convenient for sightseeing. It was also great to be able to view Amanohashidate from the Room window. The Onsen was at just the right temperature for me, and I could relax and enjoy a long soak. Both dinner and breakfast were satisfying. In particular, the shabu-shabu meat was outstanding, and it paired perfectly with the citrus-scented ponzu sauce. The steamed white rice had a natural sweetness and was very delicious. The staff were warm and welcoming, making our stay comfortable. One concern was the smoking environment. Although the guest Rooms are non-smoking, there is a smoking area in the hallway, so cigarette smoke drifted into the Room. As a non-smoker, this was disappointing and was my only complaint. Overall, it was an Accommodation with a high level of satisfaction. It had an authentic Ryokan atmosphere that you can’t experience at a large Hotel, allowing us to fully enjoy our trip.

The room was clean, and the service was pleasant, making my stay very enjoyable. Although it was a short walk from American Village, it was just right for a stroll. Along the way, there were traditional steak restaurants and Okinawa soba shops, so finding meals wasn't an issue. There were also plenty of dining options along Route 58, making it hard to choose what to eat. The Chatan Town Museum was new and clean with easy-to-understand exhibits about the town's history. The beach at Sunabe Baba Park was also beautiful. With so many attractive spots around the hotel, I look forward to visiting again!

We had a wonderful family trip during the New Year. The meals were incredible, with an abundance of crab and sashimi, followed by tempura and chawanmushi just when we thought we couldn’t eat any more! The final dish of zosui was absolutely perfect. The private baths at night allowed our family to relax together comfortably. The staff provided such warm and welcoming service that it felt like returning home. A special thank you to the driver who kindly took us on an outdoor hot spring tour despite the heavy snow! We will definitely visit again.

A very user-friendly Hotel I would like to stay here again next time

The cottage was perfectly clean and well maintained, fully stocked with everyday essentials, and felt spotless throughout. The staff were genuinely kind, and the solo BBQ on a shichirin grill was amazing. We came from Amagasaki, Hyogo Prefecture, and we will definitely be back.

During our Multiple Night Stay, all linens were replaced with brand-new ones. It was a pleasant Facility. The affordable price was very helpful. I will use it again when I visit your area. Thank you very much.

I was just looking for a cheap accommodation to sleep, so I had no expectations at all. Despite being close to the airport, there was no airplane noise, the room was well-cleaned, and I could use the washing machine freely. The bed was very comfortable for sleeping. At checkout, the cleaning lady said "Take care," which made me feel like I stayed at a small ryokan. Since there were no meals provided, I went to Marushoku to buy bento and side dishes, but later realized there was a frozen food vending machine that would have been convenient to use. This solo trip around Kunisaki Peninsula became a wonderful memory for me. Thank you!

I stayed for 7 nights from May 3. The location was excellent, and the Room was spacious (double room) with a kitchen, a washing machine, and a gas dryer—more than enough for me. The staff were foreigners, but they spoke polite Japanese and were very kind. It was a Hotel I would like to stay at again in the future.

After cycling 140 km, I was understandably exhausted, so I chose an affordable Business Hotel where I could relax without any fuss. After the ride, I was completely worn out, so I went to my Room, took a shower, and went straight to sleep. It was a standard single Room—quiet and comfortable—and I slept well.

This is a newly opened Hotel, and I’ll stay the night before whenever I go golfing in the future. The toilet and bath were also clean—nothing to complain about. The way to open and close the door was a bit unusual this time, but it wasn’t an issue.

The Onsen was excellent. The outdoor bath was a bit lukewarm, but it’s a great Onsen. It’s important not to apply too much mud—it won’t come off even after washing. After drying off, the towel still had mud on it. Still, you can tell the Onsen minerals soak into your body even after you get out. We had dinner in the dining area. The shabu-shabu didn’t really need to be eaten with egg. Overall, the pork fat was delicious. We ordered shochu, but “Sakura Sakura” was only available by the bottle. Drank too much... Breakfast was a mix of small dishes served in a basket and a buffet. You can eat well and feel satisfied. As for the Room, honestly it was disappointing. The main building is old, and the tatami mats sink when you step on them. If you’re only there to sleep it might not bother you, but since everything else is so good, it felt like a shame.

Although the building is very old, everything was thoroughly cleaned throughout, and I had a very pleasant stay. All of the staff were so polite it almost made me feel bad. There are also staff members who speak excellent English, so international guests should have no trouble. The meals were generous—perhaps a slightly smaller Plan could be offered as well. The open-air bath, the large public bath, and the in-Room bath (a bit small) all had wonderful water quality. I stayed for two nights from Friday, and quite often it felt like we had the baths to ourselves. For international guests, there seemed to be some confusion about where to take off slippers and how to use the small towel. If you could provide explanations not only in words but also with simple illustrations and written instructions, I think everyone could enjoy bathing more comfortably (for example: dry your body before returning to the changing area—sometimes the floor ends up quite wet). It’s about a 10-minute walk from the station, very quiet, and perfect for relaxing. This is a Ryokan I would like to visit again to support them going forward. On departure they kindly prepared to drive me to the station, but since I still had time before my train I decided to walk instead—and I was surprised when they even apologized for that. Everyone was truly kind. Lastly, the attendant in charge of my Room was friendly and helpful, leaving me with an excellent overall impression. Thank you very much for taking care of me.

The building is new and generally clean, and the Room is larger than a typical business hotel. However, there is some sense of light construction, as footsteps in the corridors and on the stairs echo quite a bit. The bath is not very large, but it’s not an issue unless it’s crowded. The Onsen water has a slightly slippery feel. What concerned me was the parking. It is shared by overnight guests and day-use Onsen visitors. There are only four concrete spaces right in front, and they are not exclusively for guests. (There were cones marked “Reserved,” but if that’s how it works, I would have liked to be informed in advance.) There is also parking across the road, but it is gravel, so I had no choice but to park there. Guests are far more likely to have more luggage, so I would like guest parking to be prioritized closer to the entrance or on concrete spaces. Since this place is new, it may still be in a trial-and-error phase, but I think a bit more consideration like this is needed. Given the location, there will likely be many touring motorcyclists as well, so it would be good to consider dedicated motorcycle parking. With motorcycles—especially on slopes or uneven ground—gravel makes stable parking difficult; if you provide motorcycle spaces, they should be on flat concrete to avoid problems if a bike tips over.
