We arrived at the Accommodation much later than planned, exhausted after driving along dark mountain roads, but the hostess’s warm smile instantly put us at ease.

Our family stayed here for two nights in August. It was our first time at an Accommodation with self check-in, so we were a bit nervous, but we received thorough support via SMS a few days before and again the day prior, which made us feel at ease. On the day, we entered by keying the passcode into the lock on the front door, and check-in was easy using the tablet inside! Perhaps because it’s still a new Facility, everything was very clean—and it felt more spacious than we expected, which surprised us. The kids immediately explored and found the loft; they played up there nonstop. The adults took a breather and then started preparing for a BBQ. We picked up some great-looking meat from the butcher right in front (we later learned it’s a well-known shop). With perfect weather, we enjoyed a family BBQ while watching the sunset. It became our best memory of this summer! The amenities were also excellent—high-end products like those used in salons—so my wife was especially happy. This may become everyone’s favorite Accommodation! We also requested breakfast bread vouchers; it seems to be a popular local bakery as well, and it was busy from early morning. We were very satisfied eating delicious bread on the deck while enjoying the view as a family. Next year, we’d love to come back for a Multiple Night Stay with an extra day or so. The Room was too dark and difficult to use, and it was disappointing that there was no information on how to use the parking lot. I think the front desk staff handled things well.

The room, large public bath, meals, and service were all satisfying. I stayed in a room with a private bath, which was clean and had a great view, making me feel like I didn’t even need to visit the large public bath. Of course, the large public bath was also excellent. I chose the dinner set plan, and everything was delicious. Personally, as someone who doesn’t drink much alcohol, I really appreciated having a pitcher of cold water placed at my table. The service was minimal yet attentive; staff checked in at just the right moments during meals, which made for a pleasant experience. Additionally, they informed me of the approximate sunrise time so I could enjoy a beautiful sunrise from my room.

The room is indeed small, but with various ingenious touches, it doesn't feel that way. The necessary services are well-equipped. I only used it for a day-use rest, so it was truly sufficient.

Because it is close to Ginza, I used it for an overnight stay only and returned late. There was no bathtub, but the multifunction showerhead and body jet feature helped me feel refreshed. I would like to stay again.

Located in a quiet mountain setting, you can enjoy snow views from the open-air bath during winter. The staff were approachable and created a welcoming atmosphere. When I took out my medicine during the meal, they immediately brought water to the table, saying, "If you're taking medicine, let me prepare some water for you." If possible, I would have appreciated having coffee served at the table after meals, even for an additional charge. Also, switching the men's and women's baths on alternating days could double the enjoyment for guests. Thank you for your hospitality. I look forward to staying here again!

Although it’s in a lively area, it was quiet and very nice.

This is by no means a new Hotel. The interior still has a nostalgic Showa-era atmosphere, and I really loved that. Even though it’s an older building, it’s well maintained and clean throughout, with a calming feel. Unlike modern Hotels, there’s a special charm in enjoying the experience of staying at a classic, traditional Hotel. The breakfast was also excellent. It isn’t flashy, but you can tell it’s carefully prepared, and it made for a wonderful start to the day. I also heard this Hotel has been used as a filming location for TV dramas and movies. There are photos related to past shoots inside, and I found myself thinking, “Now I see why they chose this place.” It may not be the best fit for those looking for something new and stylish. But for anyone who wants to relax in a well-kept Accommodation while enjoying that nostalgic Showa vibe, I think it’s a truly charming Hotel. When I come back to Hakuba, this is an Accommodation I’d happily stay at again.

Even during the busy Obon season, I was allowed to use a room by myself, and it was very comfortable. The staff were also pleasant, making it a welcoming Accommodation. The bath was spacious and very relaxing.

I stayed with the No Meals Included plan for an errand in Kanda. For me, it was good value for money and I could relax comfortably. The Room was clean. However, the scent of fabric softener on the sheets and other bedding felt a bit strong to me (it had settled down by the time I checked out). The amenities were explained to me, so I had no trouble using the self-service setup. It was convenient for getting around thanks to the nearby station and the Edo Bus. There are many wholesalers in the area, and it was interesting to walk around. I would like to stay again if I have the chance.

This was my second stay. There’s a convenience store nearby, and I had no complaints. The TV remote wouldn’t change channels, so I went to the front desk. Even though it was an awkward early-morning hour, the night staff responded immediately, which really helped. The replacement remote could change channels, but then the power wouldn’t turn off—so that was the twist. I originally chose this Hotel because of the Plan that includes an onigiri bento for breakfast, and it was very tasty. Pricing will likely depend on comparisons with nearby hotels, but I’ll keep this as an option in the future.

We’ve been staying here during the Obon holiday season since last year! Above all, the meals are delicious! My daughter, who is a picky eater, was so happy and said it was truly delicious—she even ate my portion as well. The property has a long history, but the Room is clean, and we really appreciate the thoughtful touches such as providing water. All of the staff are polite, and their smiles are wonderful. We’d love to stay again next year. Thank you very much!

The Onsen was excellent, and it felt like a place where you could relax and take your time in the bath. The meals were also delicious. In particular, breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and I thought items like simmered dishes and agedashi tofu would be great to serve at dinner as well.

I’m glad I chose Rishiri Fuji Kanko Hotel for the first night of my Rishiri–Rebun trip. It’s conveniently located just a short walk from the ferry terminal, which made it easy to get an early start the next day. The Room was clean and had a great view, making for a very pleasant stay. The morning Hime-numa mini tour also became a wonderful memory.

Atsugi Nanasawa Onsen was wonderful. We were able to use two indoor baths and one open-air bath almost privately.

We stayed with two adults in two single Rooms. They kindly accommodated our request to extend our stay by one day. We were comfortable throughout our stay. If we have the opportunity, we would like to use this Hotel again. Thank you very much.

I was unsure where to stay for my first time visiting the Sendai Tanabata Festival, but I was able to make a Reservation about a week in advance. The price was very reasonable—around 5,000 yen per person. [During my stay, there was an earthquake around 3:00 a.m. while I was asleep, but it didn’t shake much.] I slept well and had a relaxing night.

In today’s climate, I was able to stay at a very reasonable price. I didn’t order the highly rated breakfast this time, but I’m thinking of trying it next time.
