We were very satisfied with the views, the meals, and the staff’s service. Cold water was available before and after bathing, and the Room was kept very clean. There were some insects floating in the open-air bath, but that is to be expected at an Accommodation in the mountains; anyone who complains about it has forgotten that they are in nature. We would like to stay again.

There was a fireworks festival, so the noise from cars was loud. It may have been because the room was on the edge...

I’ve stayed at various budget Accommodations, but overall this one is the best! First of all, it’s clean, and the shared areas are well equipped. It’s great that there are women-only toilets and baths. Other places often have shared toilets and baths for both men and women, which I’m not comfortable with. It’s also close to the station, so it’s convenient. The only downside is that there’s no elevator, so carrying heavy luggage is tough. However, the stairs are wide, so if you have the strength you might be able to manage even up to the 5th floor with a large suitcase. I stayed in a twin Room, so I could chat as well, and I’d like to stay here again next time.

When I arrived at this Hotel near Kan-onji Station, I had thrown out my back and was in a lot of pain, so I needed to rest in my Room as soon as possible. Luckily, the Room was spacious, and the first-floor restaurant was open that day, so dinner was no problem—I really enjoyed the bone-in chicken and dashi soup. When I mentioned my back pain at the restaurant, they kindly asked me the next morning, “Are you okay?” I appreciated the warm, homey atmosphere. Just as recommended, I was able to drive up to see the Kan’ei Tsuho sand art from above. Thank you very much. It would have been perfect if there had been a large public bath. The iriko dashi was so delicious that I ordered an extra serving of udon. With painkillers and a back support belt just in case, it felt much better—and I could even go for seconds (haha). The steamed basket dish was also wonderful! This is a Hotel I’d love to stay at again. Thank you as well to the front desk staff for your concern!

Dinner was enjoyed at the neighboring Hanamusubi, and we also used their baths in the evening, including both Kin-no-Yu and Gin-no-Yu. It was delightful to experience both types of hot springs in a single visit. Since it was just a short walk from Kotori, moving to Hanamusubi's main building was not inconvenient at all. The food was very delicious. Breakfast was served at Kotori, and we also used the private bath there. Despite the rain, we had a relaxing time until departure without any inconvenience. The tofu hot pot for breakfast was excellent. We would love to visit again!

With a British-style exterior, the drinks available on the sofa at the front desk are soothing, and the dinner and breakfast are superb! The side vegetables have a deliciousness that cannot be tasted in the city, and each dish was very tasty. The room has a unit bath and is well-equipped with amenities, but there are several onsens nearby that I recommend. I was very satisfied with the very reasonable stay.

Thank you for taking care of us on our first trip to Zamami. The Facility was clean and well maintained, housekeeping was thorough, and the staff were all very pleasant, so we had a comfortable stay from start to finish. The BBQ dinner was also delicious. We also booked whale watching through this Hotel, and both the captain and the staff worked very hard, making it a wonderful memory. Thank you very much for everything. It was a stay for a family of four (2 adults, 2 children). The room was simple but clean, with enough space to relax comfortably. There was no bathtub, only a shower, so I rated the bathroom 4 stars, but everything else was satisfactory considering the price.

We stayed here for a family ski trip. It seems to be a hotel condominium type of accommodation. If it suits your purpose, it’s an excellent choice. However, if you are looking for full services (such as staff guiding you to your room or room service), this might not be the right option for you. Interaction with hotel staff is mostly limited to check-in and check-out. The staff were polite and kind, which even made our child say, "He was such a nice man." The accommodation is almost like a 2DK (1LDK) apartment with a regular kitchen included. There’s no gas stove but an IH cooktop instead. As mentioned in the hotel's guide, basic tableware and cooking utensils are provided, so you can prepare most meals if you bring your own ingredients. However, please note that there are no seasonings available, so make sure to purchase them along with other groceries if needed. For those who find cooking troublesome, there is also an oven microwave available for heating frozen foods. One downside is that there are no supermarkets or convenience stores nearby; you'll need to drive about 20-30 minutes by car to get groceries. That said, this could also add some charm to the travel experience for those who enjoy such adventures. Overall, my family had a very positive impression of our stay here and would love to use this place again when we visit the area in the future!

The staff's service when handling the keys was excellent, and I was completely satisfied with this accommodation. The location, just 5 seconds to the beach and with BBQ facilities, was also perfect. I have stayed at various villas, but this one allowed me to spend an amazing day. Thank you so much! I would love to stay here again in the summer. It’s a beautiful spot with stunning sunrises! We used this accommodation for the first time during our annual three-generation trip and created wonderful memories in a fantastic room! Reason for choosing this room: - The photos of the room and location on IKYU.com were very beautiful. - The reviews had high ratings. Positive points: - Access to various modern appliances. - Spacious living room and bedrooms. - Air conditioning was already on at check-in. - Clean rooms. - Abundant amenities, including beauty face masks. - Three toilets, one on each floor. - Scenic ocean view. Areas for improvement: - The shower operation and bathtub buttons were difficult to understand; having instructions or guides would be helpful, especially for elderly guests or children unfamiliar with the equipment. - The refrigerator door was hard to open, and it didn’t cool well; while other appliances were modern, the refrigerator seemed like a basic model suitable for two-person households. It couldn’t chill beer properly, so we had to use the freezer. - When using the drying mode of the washer-dryer, a maintenance sign appeared, preventing it from drying clothes properly; as we left it running overnight in drying mode while sleeping, we found wet laundry in the morning which was disappointing. Maintenance seems necessary as cleaning access is not possible for guests. Overall impression: The spacious living area allowed all nine of us to dine together at a large table comfortably! With excellent facilities overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. There was also a guest notebook where everyone shared their delightful experiences! We look forward to staying here again!

My spouse and I stayed here during a trip to Aoshima, Miyazaki, combining it with triathlon training. Our top priority was whether we could store our expensive road bikes safely, and MIYAZAKI BASE was perfect: we could bring the bikes straight into the spacious indoor area, so we had zero concerns about security or weather. The living space is exceptionally large, and being able to do gear maintenance and stretching comfortably felt like a true luxury that only a private villa can offer. [Check-in & Support] It was our first time using a smart lock (self check-in), but the instructions sent in advance were very clear, and we were able to enter smoothly without getting lost. When we messaged ahead with questions about nearby Onsen and recommended spots, the replies were surprisingly fast and thoughtful—we felt genuine hospitality that didn’t feel “unmanned” at all. [Location & Surroundings] Access to Aoshima Beach and the bypass is excellent, and early-morning runs along the coast and bike rides were incredibly refreshing. After training, we recovered properly at Aoshima Onsen within walking distance, then relaxed quietly at night in the refined atmosphere of the Room. Everything was spotless down to every detail—cleanliness is truly outstanding. This villa comes highly recommended not only for athletes, but also for families and couples who value privacy. When we visit Aoshima again, we will definitely stay here again!

In this calm and relaxing Hotel, I was able to unwind and recover from my fatigue. The Room was clean, easy to use, and very comfortable. There were also restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which made the location very convenient. The staff were kind, and I had a pleasant stay. I felt it was a Hotel that offered great value for the price.

I had reserved a standard single Room, but since there was availability, I was upgraded. I truly appreciated that and the Room itself was nice; however, it was on the second floor, and to my surprise, the corridor outside the door was open to the outdoors, like an apartment building. This really shocked me. On days with heavy rain, wouldn’t luggage get wet? It may have been an extension, but I felt there could be structural issues with the building design. Also, because it is right next to a neighboring building (which may be unavoidable given that it’s in Kabukicho), the view is not very pleasant. I have stayed at other APA Hotels before and have also stayed many times at other Business Hotels in Tokyo, but this was my first time experiencing something like this. If possible, I think it would be better to improve this.

We stayed as a family of five. It is in a quiet area near the Kyoto Imperial Palace, so we were able to relax. There was a private courtyard, and the view was lovely. Since there were five of us, it felt a bit cramped once three futons were laid out in the tatami room, but considering the price, we were able to stay at a very reasonable rate. We would like to stay here again when visiting Kyoto.

The Hotel is conveniently located near Hatchobori Station. For those with carry-on cases, it would be even better to provide access information from Exit 2, which has an elevator. *It took less than a 3-minute walk from the Hotel to Exit 2.

I stayed to visit ROHM Theatre Kyoto. It is very convenient, being just a short walk from Higashiyama Station and about 10 minutes on foot to the venue. There is no bath, but the shower is comfortable, which was actually preferable. There is also a living space, and the toilet and other facilities are spacious. On the first floor, there is a drink bar available 24 hours, allowing for a pleasant stay.

I would definitely like to use it again.

It was a truly wonderful Hotel. We are deeply grateful for the thoughtful care shown by the staff. Thank you for accommodating our difficult Shuttle Service request, for allowing us to enter the room even though we arrived early, and for serving both dinner and breakfast in a private room, which allowed us to enjoy a calm meal. As it was an inexpensive Plan, we feel very appreciative. We would love to visit again.

I stayed here during a trip. It’s a Hotel in a residential area, and it seems to be a renovated older Hotel. The interior was perfectly fine and felt clean. Each Room had its own TV, refrigerator, electric kettle, and microwave. There is no dining area. Within a 5-minute walk, there are Chinese restaurants, set-meal restaurants that also serve as izakaya pubs, cafés, and a convenience store (Lawson), so I didn’t find it inconvenient. Amenities included body soap, shampoo, hand soap, razors, toothpaste and toothbrushes, and body sponges, which was great. There is also a laundry room where you can use the washing machines and dryers for a fee, which was convenient. The door was not auto-locking (not an automatic lock), so I hope this will be improved. Overall, it was a good Accommodation.
