The Room was clean and comfortable, so I was very satisfied. The bathroom also felt new and was spotless. It was very convenient with the station and Seiyu supermarket nearby, and I also liked the view from the window, so I plan to stay again.

The Room was clean and comfortable. Surprisingly, the frozen meals were delicious. There is also a convenience store next door, so you can stay without any inconvenience.

Because it was a weekday during the low-rate season, it was an excellent value for money. However, for elderly guests who aren’t used to it, entering everyone’s email addresses and details on a small tablet in the front lobby was extremely difficult and led to repeated errors.

The atmosphere was wonderful, and the Room was very new and spotless! We had a Plan with a late check-in, but there were no issues at all—everything about the Hotel exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay here again!

About a 15-minute taxi ride from the nearest Miyaji Station, it’s accessible even without a car. The atmosphere is simply outstanding. Dining with the majestic Aso mountains and endless grasslands as your backdrop is truly irreplaceable. The Facility feels like a hotel restaurant in the American West. As it’s located on a ranch, there are plenty of horses on the premises, and of course you can also enjoy horseback riding experiences. With good weather, you should be able to catch the sunset sinking into the vast Aso landscape, a sky full of stars, and refreshing sunrise views with seas of clouds. There is also a large public bath. It’s a bit small, but it includes a dry sauna and cold plunge pool—perfect for unwinding while looking out over the Aso grasslands. It’s slightly disappointing that there’s no outdoor air-bath space (for safety reasons, the windows are kept fully closed), but you can still spot horses in the distance. Depending on the Plan, private time slots may be available as well, making it convenient for families.

The layout and furnishings were impeccably stylish—everything was perfect. It ranks among the best villas I’ve ever stayed in. They also responded to my questions very quickly, and I’d definitely love to stay again. However, perhaps because it’s close to the mountains or due to the season, it was a shame that the deck and terrace were full of insects at night. I also couldn’t use the open-air jacuzzi on the second floor at night. I understand it can’t be helped, though... Even so, it was such an amazing escape from everyday life that I still want to come back!

This was our first time staying here. We were able to park right in front of the building, which made carrying our luggage incredibly easy. The female staff member who assisted us at check-in provided wonderful service with a warm smile, and it instantly eased our travel fatigue. The Room was very clean, and the Simmons bed was comfortable, allowing us to fully recover from a long drive and head out comfortably the next day. The large public bath was also clean, and we were able to stretch out and relax properly. My spouse and I were both very satisfied with our stay. Thank you very much—we would love to stay again!

Visiting Kumamoto Castle has long been my wife's dream. The moment we entered the Room and opened the curtains, it became a memory to cherish for a lifetime. The view of "the castle and cherry blossoms" is truly breathtaking.

I stayed for six nights during the Gion Festival. Within walking distance from the hotel, there are preservation societies for the festival floats, and while exploring them, Shijo Street is also nearby. Shinmachi Street, where the floats return to their respective neighborhoods after the procession, is also close, allowing you to see the impressive floats up close. The transportation is convenient, with many convenience stores and cafes around, and the room is clean. I was worried that a week-long stay might be tiring, but it was a comfortable stay.

It was a very comfortable Hotel. Since it was a king-size bed, we were able to share one bed as a parent and child. I would like to use it again.

I stayed here during the Expo. It’s a bit far from the station, but the shuttle bus was very helpful. I couldn’t make it in time for the large public bath, but since it was a hot day, a shower was enough.

As there are very few clean Hotels in Nanki, I truly appreciate Fairfield for providing a stay where I didn’t notice any dust or dirt. I hope you will continue to do so for many years to come.

I stayed here for the Expo. The staff were all very kind and accommodating. The breakfast was also very delicious. The Room was clean and comfortable to use. I look forward to staying again if I have the chance.

I stayed at this accommodation during a visit back home after deciding to let go of my family house in Yokote. When I informed the staff about my late check-in, the person on the phone was incredibly kind and left me with high expectations for my stay. The front desk staff were also very welcoming, gentle, and provided excellent service in a calm and pleasant atmosphere. The entrance and hallways had a very charming ambiance. The room number plates and lighting were stylishly designed. The room was compact yet perfectly equipped with everything needed, offering just the right amount of space. I especially appreciated that the bathroom and toilet were separate, which made it easy to relax comfortably. Everything was impeccably clean, making it truly an outstanding hotel! Although letting go of my family house means I might visit Yokote less often in the future, discovering this favorite hotel has given me a reason to return again for sure. Thank you for providing such a wonderful stay!

Unlike the Kanazawa Station location, I did not receive a confirmation call about pre-booking the EV charger. As a result, I called several times to Check Reservation, but every call was automatically routed to the call center, and I couldn’t tell whether my Reservation was secured until I arrived. When I explained this at the front desk, an older staff member apologized politely. Thankfully, the Reservation had been made. The EV charger is located behind the Hotel, and there is only one unit. By the way, this staff member provided the best and most professional service I have ever experienced at Route Inn—his attentiveness was outstanding. The lobby offered local Nakano apple juice and chilled sweets, which was a nice touch. The Room had been renovated, but the unit bath was an extremely small old-style type—especially the toilet. There were few restaurants nearby and it’s quite far to the station area, so we used Hanachaya in the Hotel for dinner. Route Inn properties with limited dining options nearby often have Hanachaya. I don’t think this was available before, but they now offer all-you-can-drink: 1 hour for 1,000 yen or 1.5 hours for 1,650 yen. It’s an excellent deal and hard to pass up. The draft beer was great, and they also had three types of local sake. The food was simply good, and the older gentleman working there was very kind. The bill ended up being very reasonable as well—I was satisfied overall. The only downside is that there aren’t many menu items; if you doubled the menu selection, sales and guest satisfaction would probably double too. Please consider it. Breakfast was fine overall, but it was disappointing that there wasn’t any curry here.

We booked this Accommodation because there was a residents’ discount, so we decided to stay somewhere nicer than usual. When we stayed before, it wasn’t all-inclusive, so we were really looking forward to it this time. The dango grilling was available until 4:00 p.m. We arrived just in time at 4:00 p.m., but we were glad we still got to do it. The amazake was delicious as well. The Onsen was empty, so it felt like a private bath and was wonderful. After the bath, I went to the alcohol corner for a drink, but the room was hot. When I opened the entrance door for ventilation, it was closed again. I also couldn’t find the air conditioner switch. There was a TV installed, but no remote control, so I couldn’t turn it on. Unfortunately, I went back to our Room right away. It said free Wi-Fi was available; it worked in the lobby but not in our Room, which was disappointing. We were very satisfied with both dinner and breakfast. At breakfast there were many different side dishes for rice, and I ended up running out of rice. There were a few disappointing points, but all of the staff were kind and very pleasant. The Onsen and meals were great as well, so it turned into a wonderful wedding anniversary trip.

Because my university entrance exam was on a weekday and the location was far away, I stayed here for the exam. My schedule wasn’t confirmed until the last minute, so I booked the Room as two separate one-night stays (two nights total). Normally I would have had to check out once, but they kindly accommodated my request and allowed me to stay in the same Room for a Multiple Night Stay. I was able to study calmly before the exam, and I truly appreciated it. Thank you very much.

This was my first stay. The front desk staff were very courteous. There were complimentary drinks on the first floor, and the ice-cold draft beer was excellent. The Room was spacious and had a massage chair, so I could relax, but I couldn’t adjust the air conditioning—when I tried to operate it, it turned off. I filled the in-room Onsen right away and enjoyed a very pleasant bath, but my parent, who has difficulty walking, said the step was high and felt scary. Since everything is flat around it, I thought a handrail would make it safer. I understand this may be difficult as it is not barrier-free. I was looking forward to dinner. Everything was delicious, including salt-grilled ayu and chicken hot pot, and even the white rice was excellent. The children’s lunch plate was also generous in portion size, and my child happily bit into a big fried shrimp. However, there was one thing that concerned me. My child’s dessert (a mousse-like item topped with fruit) that came with the lunch plate was taken away partway through for some reason. Since I happened to be on the phone at that moment, I wondered why. After that, as if nothing had happened, the removed dessert was served to an adult instead, and jelly was placed for my child. I assumed it had been a mistake, but I believe an explanation should have been given. Taking something once served to one person and then serving it to someone else seems inappropriate etiquette-wise. At the very least, some explanation when bringing out the jelly for my child would have been appreciated. Overall it is a wonderful Accommodation; only the dinner service response bothered me. The TV was a great size and positioned for easy viewing, so I was able to relax while watching Netflix and YouTube. Thank you very much.
