I stayed here with a friend for sightseeing. As it’s a new Hotel, everything was clean and the Room was spotless. Many of the staff are foreigners, but their Japanese was fine, so we had no trouble. Amenities are available near the front desk for guests to pick up, and drinks such as tea bags are provided in the first-floor dining area to take as needed. The price feels geared toward inbound travelers, but that’s common for Hotels in Tokyo these days, so it can’t really be helped. We had a comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

I stayed for 2 nights. The staff's hospitality was excellent, and I had a very comfortable stay. The Room was reasonably clean. The bed is large, so sitting on the chair and using the desk can be a bit inconvenient, but it’s not an issue depending on your needs. The bed was firm, which I personally prefer, so I slept very well. I would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

I stayed for one night while visiting relatives in Kanoya. Right in front of me, the beautiful sea and Sakurajima stretched out, and I felt wonderfully refreshed—it was a great time. I also heard that a footbath will be added soon at the nearby roadside station, so I’d love to stay again.

I visited the Misawa Festival. It was a new and clean Hotel. The Room was also easy to use. Breakfast had a wide variety, and I enjoyed plenty. The large public bath also had options like choosing your shampoo, which many women would appreciate. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Misawa.

We stayed as a family, and the location was excellent—at a convenient distance from Meieki Station—and the front desk staff were extremely courteous. For the Accommodation Fee, the amenities were very well stocked, and the room was clean and well maintained, making our stay comfortable. The complimentary breakfast bread and coffee service was more than sufficient, and it was an Accommodation that made us want to stay again.

I stayed here for a live event. Several staff members assisted me, and everyone was consistently friendly, polite, and helpful with everything—from storing my luggage before check-in (they even took it to my Room), lending amenities, check-in, and check-out. With more Hotels moving to automated check-in, I was impressed by how attentive the staff were at this Business Hotel. The Room was also clean, and I had a very comfortable stay for two days. We stayed during the May holiday period. On the way, we got caught in traffic jams many times and ended up arriving close to 7:30 p.m. Since we had booked a Plan with dinner included, I felt very sorry, but they welcomed us without showing any displeasure and even offered kind words about the traffic, which made us feel at ease and able to relax. In particular, the slightly older female staff member at reception and the young female staff member in the dining room were wonderfully considerate. We also enjoyed hearing lots of local stories (such as delicacies from the Ariake Sea and why there are no terrace seats in Yanagawa due to mosquitoes), making it a very enjoyable stay. Because we had been eating a lot every day during Golden Week, we chose a minimal Plan without eel, but both dinner and breakfast were delicious—so much so that we thought it might have been worth stretching ourselves to choose a more lavish Plan. The Room was also clean and very nice. The only disappointment was an older female staff member in the dining room at dinner. Even though there was still food left, she tried to clear our plates without asking; we stopped her, but she almost did it again right afterward. I nearly told her to stop it already, but held back because the young staff member mentioned above was so excellent. The only drawback is that there is a big difference in service quality among staff; if you happen to get an unlucky one, your impression may change.

It’s close to the station but a bit far from the downtown area. Still, there were no particular complaints, and the adjacent izakaya is more than sufficient for affordable food and drinks.\nIf you can stay at a low price without any issues, it’s just right—recommended.

The front desk service was excellent and very pleasant. The bath was clean, nostalgic, and at just the right temperature. The Room is small but absolutely no problem! I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the annex for one night with breakfast and dinner included. We had heard that we could bring our road bike into the Room, and we also mentioned it when making the Reservation; they kindly accommodated us. It’s a bit far from the port, so it was tough on our exhausted bodies after cycling the Shimanami Kaido, but the Onsen helped us relax. For dinner, we chose oyster fries for an additional 1,000 yen. They were incredibly delicious. We would love to stay again if we have the chance.

I stay here once a year around this time. Breakfast is included as a complimentary service. I absolutely love the buffet-style breakfast here. The selection is not unnecessarily large, but the dishes are simple and delicious. Highly recommended! As for other aspects, I found no negatives, so I gave it 5 stars.

We used the accommodation for sightseeing by car on three islands in Ehime. It was difficult to find an accommodation with meals included, especially the day before our stay, but we were lucky to secure a reservation. The price was very reasonable, and although we didn’t expect luxurious meals initially, the food provided exceeded our expectations and was incredibly satisfying. The dishes included sashimi, simmered sea bream head, fried sea bream, side dishes, and more. We were amazed that the sea bream rice was all-you-can-eat! Not only for dinner but also for breakfast, sea bream rice was served—such variety at such an affordable price is unbelievable. If we have another chance, we would love to stay again. Thank you very much!

We stayed in one Room for three with our child on the Plan that includes a guaranteed parking space. With an extra single-size bed added, the Room felt a bit small, but we slept well and were very comfortable. Many places charge for children but often don’t provide a bed, so we were happy just to have separate bedding for each of us. We reserved breakfast on site. It wasn’t a buffet; it was delicious, home-style food with a handmade feel. If we have the chance, we’d definitely like to stay again. The tea bags provided in the amenities were delicious, and it’s disappointing that I can’t find them anywhere even though I’ve been looking.

We stayed with our 2-year-old child. As I was pregnant, we chose this Hotel because it seemed conveniently located near Nara Park, and we booked a stay with meals included. Dinner was delicious and so generous that we couldn’t finish it. For our 2-year-old, they brought plain rice and furikake first, which made it easy to feed our child. Breakfast was a bit lighter and didn’t quite leave us completely full, but if you plan to eat while sightseeing, it felt just right. It may be a little too light for men. The complimentary water was very helpful. However, it was a large bottle (1.5L? 2L?), so we finished it at the Hotel. There is a 700-yen parking subsidy. Parking near the Hotel often costs over 1,000 yen, but we found a parking lot a little farther away where we could park for 700 yen and used that instead. The Hotel itself is somewhat old, but it was kept very clean, and the staff were kind and helpful.

I had a very comfortable stay. I was a little worried because it faces a main road, but it was quiet and I slept well. The location is great, and there are plenty of shops nearby, so I didn’t have any trouble. The Room was clean, and there were no issues with the shower water pressure or drainage. It was a clean and pleasant Hotel. The staff were also very polite and helpful. Although compact, the Hotel is full of hospitality, and I really enjoyed my stay.

We stayed for a maternity trip, and the staff helped us with a gender reveal surprise, which turned out to be a great success. It was truly two days of happiness. Thank you for creating memories that will last a lifetime. The food, room, and service were all excellent.

We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days for a tournament. The staff kindly prepared an early breakfast just for us to match the ski resort's opening at 8 AM. Each meal had a different menu, which was very satisfying. The bath was almost private, allowing us to relax and recover, with the temperature being perfect even for my husband who usually doesn't enjoy Onsen. We will definitely stay here again when we participate in next year's tournament.

Both breakfast and dinner were thoughtfully prepared with a lot of variety and were very delicious. The silky Onsen water was also wonderful—I soaked in it again and again. I’d love to visit again and relax at a leisurely pace.
