I enjoyed relaxing while gazing at the expansive countryside right in front of me. The gentle breeze made me forget the intense heat below, and it was absolutely perfect.

I have stayed here several times. The Facility is very clean. You can also enjoy a welcome drink. On top of that, I really appreciate that breakfast is included. The staff were kind as well.

We recently stayed as a couple during our child's trip. The place was just as beautiful as the pictures. The amenities were organic, and the welcome drinks were unlimited during the designated time, which was great. The TV screen displayed the breakfast and public bath congestion status, making it easy to plan our visit. The public bath had a gender-swapping schedule, and I had it all to myself when I went, so I thoroughly enjoyed it. However, since we had to bring towels from the Room, it would have been even better if towels and combs were provided in the public bath area. If we have another chance to visit, we would love to stay again. Thank you!

Everything exceeded our expectations, and we were very satisfied. It felt like they had everything you could wish for, so we were able to stay very conveniently and comfortably. We did have trouble because the air conditioner in one Room wasn’t working well, and we were also concerned about scratches on the frying pan. However, the glasses and plates provided were so cute that it was a joy to use them—we even looked around to see if they were sold anywhere. We would definitely like to stay again.

The staff was very polite, making the stay as comfortable as being welcomed into a home. We received various updates in advance via short messages. The neighboring guests were families from countries like Italy, allowing us to fully enjoy the shared house atmosphere. The room decorations were lovely, and we enjoyed the handmade gacha-gacha by the owner—each try was 1,000 yen, and we did it three times. It was less than a 10-minute walk to the bus stop, and when we visit Naoshima again, we would love to stay here once more. Although the bathroom only had a shower, it was great that each guest had their own assigned shower and toilet. Coffee and tea were freely available; however, given the extreme heat during our stay, having a water dispenser would have been perfect. The cute room delighted our children as well!

I visited Suzaka for reasons other than sightseeing. After finishing my main errands, it was still before check-in, so they kindly stored my luggage. They also used a map to explain the area around the Accommodation so I could spend my free time well. It was raining, but thanks to their help I was able to enjoy exploring the area. After checking in and having dinner out, I had a great time in the evening chatting with the Accommodation staff and a guest from Spain. After check-out, they drove me to where I needed to go, which was a huge help. If I have another chance to visit Suzaka, I would love to stay again.

We stayed as a family of five. The cleaning was thorough, the futons were fluffy, and the toilet had a washlet. The facility is well-equipped with both a toaster and a microwave. The kitchen is spacious, with all necessary cooking utensils and tableware provided. As mentioned in other reviews, the sharpness of the knife is impressive! It seems to be well-maintained and sharpened; when making a salad, I could slice cucumbers paper-thin! The refrigerator is a proper large family size, making this rental villa perfect for enjoying cooking. With three rooms available, it feels like staying in a mini-suite. At night, we sat on the bench in the courtyard under the stars and had great conversations—it was so much fun! We were also introduced to nearby onsen facilities! We’ll definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay. We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. Thank you for your advice on our plans, which turned out to be spot-on. The owner's warm personality made a great impression, and our family was already discussing on the way home when we could visit again!

I really appreciated being able to stay at such a reasonable price. I slept in a single room where I could use the shower and adjust the air conditioning individually. Including the amenities, for this price in Tokyo it was more than sufficient and I was satisfied. The staff member who assisted me with late check-in was very pleasant and left a great impression. It was very quiet, and I slept well.

I stayed for three nights during the New Year. I made the reservation immediately after seeing the photos. I was excited to see if it would be as expected, and it turned out to be a wonderful place that far exceeded the photos! I can't explain it well in words, but I want many people to experience the beautiful room and scenery of Hoshino Yado Rakuka. I am truly grateful to the property staff who kindly and politely guided us. It was a wonderful trip to Okinawa. Thank you very much. My next trip is definitely decided to be at this property!!

This was my first time staying here. The road leading to the Hotel (Lodge) is quite steep. While it wasn’t an issue for our home, certain cars might struggle. The road is narrow, and the broken curve mirror made it a bit inconvenient to check around corners. Considering the price, the Room, meals, and service were satisfactory; however, my wife was disappointed that there was no salad bar as shown in the Hotel's promotional images. On a positive note, even though the sink, toilet, and bath were shared facilities, they were clean and very well-maintained. Please ensure that all images and information about the Hotel are kept up-to-date regularly.

Stayed with the no-meal plan. I had already checked in advance that there was no bath, so it wasn't an issue, and I fully enjoyed a visit to a super public bath. The room was decorated with figures from my favorite anime, which made me very excited. It was close to both the station and Lake Biwa, so I went for walks to various places. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making my stay enjoyable. Thank you very much!

The Room was spacious and comfortable even for a large group. It’s in a perfect location for strolling, right in front of Yumotozaka and Kin-no-Yu, and the service was excellent—we were very satisfied. However, we felt there weren’t enough places to hang the amenity towels. Also, since there are only sheer curtains, you may wake up early in the morning depending on the season.

The owners were wonderful, and we had enjoyable conversations. The guesthouse was clean, and the shared spaces were great. We made rice balls together with international guests. If you're visiting Sendai, this is the place to stay! The staff members were also amazing and fun to talk with.

The property faces Oyu Street in the heart of Nozawa Onsen, with the Accommodation entrance just steps away. It’s also conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from the Nagasaka Gondola. The parking lot is about a 3-minute walk from the building, but for the Nozawa Onsen area it offers plenty of spaces. Depending on where you park, it may not be possible to pull your car out immediately, but if you share your schedule in advance they will accommodate you. Inside, there are two private baths: a free-flowing natural hot-spring Onsen (direct from the source) and an ion bath. The Onsen is just like the public baths in town, and because it’s private, it’s perfect for anyone who wants to soak and relax at their own pace. The ion bath has a generator in the tub that creates bubbling water; it feels refreshing after enjoying the Onsen and is also highly recommended. Both the common areas and guest rooms reflect the owner’s attention to detail, creating a fun space that feels different from a typical hot-spring Ryokan. You can also access the café and shop facing Oyu Street directly from inside, making it easy to stop for tea or do some shopping.

The Room was located in a scenic district and overlooked the street. It was a rare experience.

I stayed here again while watching a race at Fuji Speedway. I’d love to stay every time, but it’s hard to get a Reservation (T_T) If I can make a Reservation again, I look forward to staying with you.

We received prior communication, and the staff were excellent. The Facility was well-equipped and more comprehensive than a Business Hotel. I will definitely use it again when I visit Kyoto.
