The location was excellent, with a small beach behind the accommodation where we could enjoy exploring the shore. The view of the sea from our room was stunning, and we could gaze at it endlessly. Dinner was part of the standard plan, and every dish was delicious and satisfying. The standout dishes were the sashimi and grilled salt-seasoned red shrimp, which were exceptional. Even the rice was sweet, glossy, and incredibly tasty—it left a lasting impression. We also appreciated having a private dining space where our family could relax and enjoy our meal together. Although we didn’t use the bath facilities, everything in this older accommodation was well-maintained and very clean, making for a comfortable stay. This has become an accommodation we would love to visit again!

I stayed here because it was advertised as free-flowing hot spring water. On the day of arrival, the temperature was just right and very comfortable, but the next morning it was extremely cold. I waited until just before check-out for it to warm up, but it didn’t get hot and I had to bathe while it was still lukewarm. I wanted to enjoy it at a comfortable temperature. The Room was very stylish. Even though I arrived early, you allowed me to use the Room, which was a great help. Thank you very much.

A quiet accommodation in Higashiyoshino Village. The very spacious Japanese garden is well-maintained. You can only hear the sound of cicadas. The accommodation is a historic building with a grand structure. Facilities such as water systems have been renovated for a comfortable stay. For dinner, we enjoyed shabu-shabu made with branded pork, which was tender and delicious without any scum forming. The private hinoki cypress bath allowed us to relax at our own pace.

The weather was unstable, so it was helpful that it was close to Kyoto Station. My child got tired during the journey, and we arrived at the hotel early, but I am grateful for the courteous service, such as allowing us to play in the lobby's kids' space until check-in and guiding us to the family bath, even though we were staying without meals. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity to travel to Kyoto.

This is a Ryokan where you can fully enjoy a nostalgic Showa-era atmosphere. Service was handled mainly by just two people: the proprietress and someone who seemed to be the manager. Aside from us as a couple, there was only one family of three, so we felt they probably accept only about four groups per day. The building is said to be nearly 100 years old, so some age is unavoidable, but the toilets had washlets and Wi‑Fi worked as well. We had no particular inconveniences. Both the kaiseki dinner and the Shokado bento breakfast were delicious, and since we had recently grown tired of large buffet halls, we were very satisfied. There are three Onsen baths including an open-air bath; we used two of them. At first the water was a bit too hot to get in right away, but we adjusted it by adding cold water. The water quality was good. It may not suit those who prioritize newness and convenience, but for those from the Showa generation it felt nostalgic and was more than satisfying as an Accommodation. We were a little worried because there are extremely few Reviews, but we’re glad we stayed here.

I stayed at the accommodation on the day of the fireworks festival. I watched from the rooftop balcony of the hotel on a hill, but unfortunately, the lower half was obscured by trees and plants. However, the meals were excellent. Dinner included a variety of delicious dishes that were almost too many to finish, and breakfast featured a large grilled golden-eye snapper. I would love to stay again to enjoy the meals.

This time, I stayed for the first time. There was information that the dinner was good, and I stayed with expectations, but I was very satisfied beyond what I imagined. The service was very good, and I had a pleasant stay. The bath and toilet washroom are shared, but even taking that into account, I would like to stay again next year.

The overall atmosphere is calm. The meals were all delicious, filled with the chef's special touches. Good Points: - The building is well-constructed, so noise from neighbors or upstairs was hardly noticeable. - The staff paid attention to details, which was greatly appreciated. - The Room was odorless and clean. - Wi-Fi worked properly. - My request for a low pillow was accommodated perfectly. Areas for Improvement: - All the towels seemed to have an oily film and did not absorb water as well as new towels would. A fellow guest at the bath also mentioned that they had never encountered towels with such poor absorbency before. - The mirror was folded inside the closet, and I only noticed it at checkout when I wanted to use it. It would be helpful if it were placed in a more noticeable location.

We stayed for two nights on a family trip. The property is close to the highway interchange, which was very helpful as we were traveling with elderly parents and could keep travel time short. The meals were excellent, just as we had heard—everything was delicious, and the portions were more than we could finish, exceeding our expectations. I always stay here on my first night in Miyakojima since I just need a place to sleep. It seems like it was originally designed as a studio apartment or weekly rental, and the kitchen comes with a stove, refrigerator, and washing machine. The bathroom also has a separate washing area. The closet is spacious, and this time I was upgraded to a corner Room, which made me happy. Since it’s in the city center, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, so I recommend it.

The facility is not new, but the 8-tatami mat room comes fully equipped with a refrigerator-freezer, microwave, sink, dishes, pots and pans, an electric stove, and a rice cooker—everything needed for self-catering. The bathroom only has a shower; however, towels, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided so you don't need to bring your own. The stairs up to the third floor are narrow but staying for three people with no meals included at 12,000 yen was very affordable. Being in the town center means there are nearby restaurants and izakayas as well as an A-Coop supermarket where you can buy ingredients for cooking. We stayed here during a fishing trip and were able to reserve bento boxes delivered at 4 AM—very convenient for early morning fishing or hiking trips. It was such a great accommodation that I would like to use it again. When the ferry was canceled due to bad weather and we extended our stay overnight (multiple night stay), they kindly offered us discounted rates for consecutive nights.

We stayed in a river-view room. The soothing sound of the flowing water enhanced the sense of relaxation. The large public bath also has both a shallow rock bath and a deep rock bath, and the changing area was clean and pleasant. The lobby has a nostalgic atmosphere like a single inn in rural Japan. I hope it stays just as it is—without becoming overly stylish—and preserves that hometown feel. Our main purpose this time was stargazing, and the night sky was simply breathtaking—an overwhelming spectacle. This is truly an Accommodation for star viewing. The riverside charcoal-grilled meal featured live amago trout, which was an experience we don’t usually get to have. The portions were huge—I was completely full. The bed linens were soft with just the right firmness, and I slept very well.

The breakfast was very delicious. I think the potato service is a very good idea. I completed the Reservation.

I had a comfortable stay from check-in to check-out. Located in the heart of Takayama, there was no trouble finding places to eat at night! I also enjoyed a delicious breakfast.

We stayed here during Obon on August 15 with three generations—eight of us in total, including my daughter and three grandchildren aged 4, 3, and 1. The Accommodation had plenty of toys and books for the children, and they had a great time playing. The owner also gave them a rhinoceros beetle as a gift, which made them very happy. For meals, we rented BBQ equipment for 2,000 yen and enjoyed a barbecue. We thought we would need to start the fire ourselves, but the charcoal was already lit, so we could enjoy the BBQ with ease. The kids kept saying they wanted to stay here forever, so we’d love to come back if we have the chance!
