I stayed for 3 nights. When I received the check-in confirmation email the day before, I was offered an early check-in and was able to check in an hour earlier, which was very convenient. The Room was spotless, the bathroom spacious, and each of us had a double bed to ourselves, making it very comfortable. The view from the living room was unobstructed, and having breakfast while enjoying the beautiful sea and sunrise was amazing. We were also able to borrow bicycles and enjoyed a one-hour cycling trip to a bakery a bit far away. Having the owner next door for immediate assistance if needed provided great peace of mind. While this villa is perfect in every way, my only suggestion would be to provide slippers for use on the terrace. Thank you for your hospitality during our stay; we look forward to visiting again!

Because my mother has trouble with her legs and couldn’t climb the stairs, they kindly guided us in from the second floor. The very kind and wonderful proprietress soothed our travel fatigue. When we entered the Room, we were welcomed with homemade candied chestnut sweets and tea. The chestnuts were so delicious I wanted to buy some to take home. In a triple Room surrounded by lovely small items and chests of drawers, the bath was free-flowing natural hot spring water straight from the source. Our skin became silky smooth and our bodies stayed warm. We asked at short notice a few days in advance for dinner, and they prepared it for us. With sashimi, mountain vegetables, simmered sea bream head, delicious rice, miso soup, and more, we were completely full and very satisfied. Of course breakfast was also delicious just as the Reviews said—mountain vegetables, salmon, and more! Just as everyone’s Reviews said, it is truly a wonderful Accommodation, and we were able to spend an unforgettable holiday. It’s an Accommodation I want to visit again and again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

All meals are handmade from the seasonings up, and the koji-based dishes were tender and carefully prepared with quality ingredients. The rich, flavorful game meat was delicious. Our dog also finished all of the venison dish, asked for seconds, and looked very happy.

Every dish prepared by the owner was delicate and delicious. We were especially impressed by the boat platter of Seki mackerel. The Accommodation staff, dressed in clean black outfits, gave a neat and professional impression. Although it is a two-story building, there is an elevator, showing thoughtful consideration for guests with limited mobility. The private bath had a charming atmosphere and was wonderful. The water temperature was just right for Kannawa Onsen (no added water needed). They served draft beer (with edamame) to our Room. Their phone support was accurate and courteous. We found it comfortable that they maintained an appropriate distance from guests without being overly friendly. This is an Accommodation where you can feel genuine hospitality, and we would like to visit again.

We stayed for one night with four people. We had a question at check-in, but when we contacted them, they responded immediately, so there was no issue. The Room was clean, and with three rooms we were able to relax comfortably. There was also an inexpensive coin-operated parking lot next to the entrance, which was very convenient. We would like to stay again if we have the opportunity.

It was conveniently located near Sano Station, convenience stores, and restaurants. The building is old, but it was clean. I had to leave early in the morning and couldn’t have breakfast, which was a shame, but it looked delicious.

I stayed in a mixed dormitory Room with bunk beds. In addition to the front lobby, there were other spaces where I could relax, and every interior had a stylish atmosphere—staying only one night felt like a waste. Thanks to that, I was able to see Mt. Fuji at sunset. The staff—a kind handsome man and a cute woman—were very attentive, and it was an Accommodation where I felt safe even as a solo traveler. Thank you very much. If I may be greedy, it would be nice to have an electric fan in the shared washbasin area outside the shower room—just my personal thought. Overall, I was very satisfied with this Accommodation.

The Room was simple, modern, functional, and very comfortable—more like a Business Hotel in the city center. It was clean throughout, and housekeeping was thorough. I stayed alone for a Multiple Night Stay in the Studio Apartment (with kitchen / up to 3 guests). In addition to one double bed, there was also a large sofa bed, so it would likely work for three guests if traveling with small children. Check-in is normally at 4:00 PM, but since the Room was ready, they kindly let me in at 11:00 AM. The front desk staff were polite and helpful, offering a chair and coffee while I waited. The necessary furniture and appliances were compactly arranged and easy to use. The long desk along the wall and two chairs also made it convenient for working on a laptop. Please note that the Cancellation Fee is 100% from the time of Reservation, so it’s best to confirm this in advance for peace of mind.

We stayed here for my son’s entrance exams. It was our first time using a fully digital system for both check-in and unlocking the Room, so we were a little confused at first, but the keyless setup was convenient and easy to use. (When I called the phone number provided because I wasn’t sure what to do, they answered right away and kindly helped me, which was reassuring.) The Room is an apartment unit with a kitchen, so you can do simple cooking. It was also more spacious than a Hotel Room and had a dining table and sofa, allowing my son to relax during his exam stay. There was also a washing machine, which was very helpful since we had a Multiple Night Stay. There are convenience stores, supermarkets, and an entertainment district nearby, so finding meals was never a problem. It was very comfortable and we liked it so much that we would like to stay again for trips as well.

This time, we stayed in a villa with a sauna. It was a surprise trip for my partner, and he loved it—we’d like to stay again. The view was just as beautiful as in the photos, and the staff were very courteous. The dinner explanation seemed to be given by a new staff member, but they explained everything carefully even though they were nervous. The food was delicious, the Room was spotless, and we could see beautiful mountains and sky from the window. We also really appreciated that the sauna has a window. At night, we even got to experience a campfire—something we don’t usually get to do—making it a truly fulfilling getaway that felt wonderfully out of the ordinary. It was such a lovely Accommodation that I’d like to recommend it to others as well. Thank you very much.

You’ll head in through a surprisingly narrow passageway that makes you wonder, “Are we really going in here!?”—but the location is very convenient, just a short walk from Kanzanji, with an eel restaurant nearby, making the stay very comfortable. The Room was also very clean. However, compared to the Facility’s stated capacity, there were far too few dining chairs—only six. Since we stayed with seven people, it was quite inconvenient. The Goemon-style bath was interesting, but there wasn’t much firewood, and it still felt insufficient for seven people. That said, the Goemon-style bath, the movable hanging tent, and the view were all incredibly fun. We also enjoyed watching the tides come in and out. There is a bedroom on the second floor, but since there’s no sink or similar amenities up there, it wasn’t very convenient to use.

The check-in and check-out process was very easy to understand. The Room was relaxing, and the bedding was fluffy and very comfortable! The bathroom was not a unit bath, so it felt like taking a bath at home. There is a 7-Eleven and Hirai Bento nearby, which was convenient since you can also eat inside. I would like to stay again if I have the chance.

It was excellent—my first time, but I had a very comfortable stay. It felt like being at home, and I was able to relax and enjoy a pleasant stay. If I come to Fukuoka again, I will definitely choose this Accommodation.

The Room was spacious, clean, and equipped with air conditioning! There is no Onsen at the Accommodation, but there is an Onsen nearby, and we were grateful to be able to purchase tickets for Otaki-no-Yu at 20% off. It seems you can also purchase tickets for Goza-no-Yu and Sai-no-Kawara Open-Air Bath at 20% off. They also stored our luggage even after check-out.

We stayed in a budget-friendly bunk bed room for two people for one night, and the room was clean and surprisingly comfortable. The highlight was the amenities, which clearly reflected the owner's attention to detail. The quality of the provided shampoo and other toiletries was excellent, and the rented bath towels were impressively soft. Additionally, the water-related facilities were highly efficient. Not only were showers separated by gender, but there was also a spacious powder room where you could take your time drying your hair. Moreover, a digital board displayed real-time shower availability—a groundbreaking feature that was incredibly convenient. There is a free co-working space and water dispenser available, along with fully equipped kitchenware. Every detail has been thoughtfully arranged from a guest's perspective—this is definitely an accommodation worth revisiting! Although we didn’t get to use the bar on the first floor this time, we enjoyed coffee and snacks before departure! It was delightful chatting with the owner as well. Please note that the bar operates only when guests wish to use it; if you'd like to visit it during your stay, it's recommended to inform them in advance!

We stayed with our 10-month-old baby. We had bulky luggage such as a baby crib, and it took us some time to unload from the car. During that time, the front desk staff kindly kept the door from the parking lot open for us and even accompanied us until we got the cart into the elevator. We truly appreciated this thoughtful, natural kindness—it made us feel warmly welcomed. As for the Room, since our baby and we usually sleep in separate rooms at home, we were looking for a layout where we could place the baby crib as far away as possible. The Deluxe Twin was exactly ideal: it consists of two fully separated rooms—a living room with a sofa and TV, and a bedroom divided by a door. Being able to use separate spaces allowed us to rest comfortably. One thing that especially impressed us about the cleaning was how spotless the mirrors were. There were absolutely no fingerprints or water spots—every mirror looked brand new. They were polished carefully down to every detail, and we could really feel their commitment to cleanliness. It’s such an ideal Hotel that we were genuinely surprised, since we stayed without knowing anything about its reputation. When we visit Kitami again, we would definitely love to stay here again.

I chose this Accommodation because meals are served in the Room for both breakfast and dinner, and I was also drawn to the private jacuzzi. I stayed in a jacuzzi Room in the annex. The Room seemed to have been recently renovated and was very clean, which was great! I could hear some footsteps from above, but I couldn’t hear voices from next door at all, so it felt fairly soundproof. The jacuzzi had already been filled with hot water, and it was nice that I could reheat it and change the light colors. Both breakfast and dinner were very delicious. All of the staff were pleasant as well, so I had a very comfortable stay!

While there are many new and spotless Hotels these days, an unpretentious, good old-fashioned Accommodation like this is truly relaxing. It’s in a quiet area and close to Cape Irago, making it a perfect base for going to see the sunrise in the morning. I ended up checking in late, but they welcomed me warmly with a casual “Feel free to use the bath,” which was a relief. The owner’s courteous guidance—attentive yet comfortably not intrusive—suited the atmosphere of this Accommodation perfectly. With a convenience store right across the street, it wasn’t inconvenient at all, and I think it’s a great fit for touring trips or solo travel as well. Rather than being flashy, it was the kind of Accommodation that makes you think, “This is exactly what I need.”

I was drawn in by the words, “A newly opened Onsen in Manazuru… Free Shuttle Service to Atami and Odawara!” so I went right away. It was an extraordinary space unlike anything I’ve ever experienced—surprise after surprise. Wrapped in a world far from everyday life, I truly enjoyed every moment. - The private garden and open-air bath were located separately from the guest room and could only be accessed with a key, which made it feel very exclusive. You can also enjoy meals there, and it felt like having a private space all to myself—pure luxury. The quality of the Onsen water was excellent as well; even after bathing, my body stayed warm for a long time. - The meals were plentiful and more lavish than anything I’ve seen before. Every dish tasted wonderful and looked beautiful—I was genuinely impressed. Even the tableware, chopsticks, glasses, and teacups were immaculate, showing careful attention to detail throughout. - What left the strongest impression was how polite the staff were and how well trained they clearly are. It was service that made me think from the bottom of my heart: I’m so glad I came here. *Lastly, they provided Shuttle Service to Odawara for me; our conversation in the car was so enjoyable that it became a perfect way to end the trip. Thank you for everything.* (I’ll be visiting again during the next holiday—and I’m already looking forward to my next stay.)

I stayed here for one night on the second night of my five-night solo trip to Kusatsu Onsen from Fukuoka, and I’m glad I was able to get a Reservation. I had heard that Kusatsu Onsen has various types of spring water, so I chose this Ryokan because it has a great reputation for its water quality and allows solo guests to enjoy the Onsen. Just as expected, the Onsen was truly wonderful, and I enjoyed soaking many times. I also visited several public baths—hot, tingling springs like Jizo-no-Yu felt great—but Gokurakukan’s comfortably warm Onsen was perfect for a long soak. It’s also recommended for those who don’t like very hot water. Towels were available in the Room as well as in the changing area by the bath, which was very convenient. Another nice point was being able to go to the Onsen without passing through the front desk, making it easy even early in the morning. The Room was clean, and the toilet was exceptionally spotless. I was happy to find Matsumura manju served with tea snacks. The free breakfast was delicious—the bread was wonderfully chewy. I also had dinner at the restaurant on the second floor; both the curry doria and carrot salad were excellent. At check-out, the owner and staff kindly gave me detailed sightseeing tips around Kusatsu. Thanks to them, I learned about Jigokudani Monkey Park in Nagano Prefecture and went there using car sharing. After waiting about 30 minutes, I was lucky enough to see monkeys soaking in an Onsen—it was amazing. The next day, I used car sharing again and enjoyed Ikaho’s hot spring buns and Mizusawa udon as well. It became a truly memorable solo trip. The hospitality was warm and welcoming, and next time I’d love to stay with my family—thank you very much.
