Very satisfied! The staff were very kind and it was a great experience. I stayed in a room with a TV, but I couldn't quite figure out how to use it, so I barely watched it. I think a room without a TV would have been fine for me. It would be better if the handwashing area near the campfire was easier to find. I had to go back to my room once to wash my hands... The next morning, I noticed there was a handwashing area in the parking lot.

It was clean and had a nice atmosphere. The price also happened to be relatively affordable, so I was satisfied. Since it’s far from both Umeda and Namba, those unfamiliar with the area might get lost, but the subway station is nearby, so you shouldn’t have any trouble getting there with just a few minutes’ walk.

This was our first visit to Togakushi Campground, and we stayed at PANORAMA TWIN with friends. The Room was clean and well equipped, so even though we’re not used to outdoor activities, we felt at ease and were able to enjoy our stay comfortably. Spending time talking with friends under the stars and moonlight at night, and in the morning with Mt. Togakushi stretching out beneath a clear blue sky, became a lifelong memory. The staff welcomed us warmly and responded kindly to our questions—we truly appreciated it. By staying at this Accommodation and being guided by an excellent local guide, we were able to fully enjoy the nature and history of the Nagano–Togakushi area despite it being just a 1-night, 2-day trip. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy an “adult retreat” like we did.

We stayed at the Hotel in late November during the peak of autumn foliage with our dog. The interior was charming, featuring antique furniture, beautiful paintings on the walls, chandeliers on the ceiling, and dried flowers in the washroom and restroom. The bedroom had two king-sized beds and fluffy futons for humans, while our dog enjoyed a True Sleeper bed. The living room had underfloor heating and was impeccably clean. The café on the first floor was beautifully furnished with exquisite tableware, and a Bechstein grand piano casually placed added an elegant touch. Although we didn’t have a chance to try the café menu this time, everything looked deliciously well-prepared—we’d love to try it next time! With its convenient location within walking distance of Heian Shrine and Okazaki Park, as well as parking available for guests with dogs, it’s perfect for pet owners. Plus, their adorable mascot dog Mon-chan is delightful! This is truly a Hotel that makes you want to come back again!

The budget was slightly over, but I decided based on reviews saying it’s close to Kyoto ROHM Theatre. Chion-in Temple and Yasaka Shrine were also nearby, allowing us to visit before the 11:00 AM checkout. The separate toilet and bathroom were a big plus, providing a relaxing experience that relieved our fatigue. The bed was very comfortable as well. The staff were friendly, and I would love to stay here again next time.

I used it for the first time for a pre-trip stay. Since I was going to check in late, I contacted them in advance, and they responded politely. The Room was clean and cost-effective, and I liked that the slippers were not flimsy! I was also happy to find a coffee and water server available. However, there was a dead insect in the bathroom, which was the only negative point. When checking out, a gentleman even saw me off outside, allowing me to start my morning pleasantly! We used this place for our family’s first glamping trip. The dome-shaped tent was beautiful with an ocean view, and it came with a shower and toilet. We also enjoyed the Onsen, and the kids were thrilled. We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

We stayed for 3 nights as a couple with our 5-year-old child. The room was clean, well-equipped with amenities, and we had a very comfortable stay. Since our child is small, we didn’t use the loft. We arrived on a rainy night, and the owner kindly came out with an umbrella for us, which was very thoughtful. The owner was very friendly and even gave us some miso made with spiny lobster as a treat. We would love to stay here again if we have the chance. Thank you so much!

The Onsen accommodation was excellent except for the outdoor bath having a cover and the volume of breakfast. The heartfelt cuisine, in particular, was truly impressive.

We stayed here as a family for sightseeing in Hakuba. The Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a stylish atmosphere that made it very easy to relax. The owner kindly prepared a BBQ set for us, but unfortunately we couldn’t use it due to bad weather, which was very disappointing. When we visit the Hakuba area again, we would definitely like to stay here.

We requested to check in 30 minutes earlier, and the request was kindly accepted, allowing us to rest from our long drive in the room. The accommodation is equipped with cooking utensils, tableware, and appliances, making it enjoyable to cook in the charming kitchen during a long stay. Delicious bread and coffee were provided for breakfast, which was very helpful. The water facilities have been renovated and are stylish yet clean. The interior retains a nostalgic retro Showa-era charm that creates a relaxing atmosphere. The owner's personality and sense of style were evident throughout the accommodation. We would love to make another reservation if we have the chance!

I stayed here during the Obuse Marathon. Despite my early departure, they kindly prepared rice balls and tea for me, which I greatly appreciated. The warm smiles when welcoming and sending me off made for a wonderful stay.

This time, I stayed with a friend. Due to the earthquake, there were fewer tourists, so the Onsen town felt a bit quiet, but the Accommodation had a warm, homey atmosphere and the staff were kind, making it very comfortable to stay. The meal was my first irori kaiseki dinner; it was delicious and very filling. However, during our Onsen-hopping, several places were closed, which was the only disappointment.

With the typhoon approaching this time, our family (grandpa, grandma, and two little kids) had the whole place to ourselves, so we could relax without worrying about anyone else. As always, the meals were delicious and very filling. We even received freshly baked breakfast bread as a takeaway, which was perfect for a quick snack on the way home. The kids came for the bunk beds and always end up battling over who gets the top bunk. The bath is also spacious—plenty of room even with four of us in at once. Above all, we really appreciated that the hostess even played with the kids—it was a huge help. The kids said they want to come again.

I finally got to visit Hinokuma, a place I had always wanted to go! The owner was very kind and welcoming, even towards children. Our child had the opportunity to try various activities and we all had a wonderful time. We also ordered the paid pizza option. The pizza came with four large servings and generous toppings—our whole family was full! According to the owner, they offer the pizza without any profit. (Indeed, at other campsites, just renting a pizza oven costs over 4,000 yen, but at Hinokuma it’s only 3,000 yen per family including ingredients, preheating for over an hour beforehand, and cooking. So affordable!) It’s rare to have such a highly satisfying experience like this. This is truly a one-of-a-kind accommodation. We will definitely visit again. Thank you so much!

It was an accommodation with exceptional hospitality. They were flexible even when we checked in late. During this season, fireflies seem to be flying around, and we were taken to see them at night, which was a precious experience. The room retained a nostalgic atmosphere while being renovated and very clean. In the morning, we visited a nearby udon restaurant, but before checking out, they made us coffee, making the entire stay fulfilling and highly satisfying.

This is a clean and comfortable Hotel. It was especially convenient to have showers and baths on each floor—available 24 hours and close to the Room. The value for money was excellent. The staff were also very kind and helpful, making for a highly satisfying stay.

This was my first stay. The parking lot is on the first floor, making it very convenient for those traveling by car. This time, I stayed with my spouse, but it seems the accommodation can host up to 6-8 people. I would like to stay here again.

After staying here on a whim once, I now choose this Hotel whenever I’m in Asahikawa for work. The cafe bar in the lobby is incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast egg-over-rice is outstanding. On top of that, every staff member is truly polite and kind. The guests are also calm; it’s essentially a budget Hotel with a hostel-like feel, but it’s quiet. International guests tend to be solo travelers or small groups and are quiet as well. The bathrooms are always kept very clean. The only downside is that the Room window is too small, which makes it feel a bit like a cell. It’s a shame that not much sunlight comes in during the morning. I was also happy to see that the Room chair had been upgraded to a nicer one.
