I stayed here for a concert at Kyocera Dome. Whenever there is a live show at the dome, I always choose this Hotel. During this stay, I suddenly felt unwell and had to ask the front desk to call an ambulance. They responded quickly and it was a huge help. Thank you very much. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around the Hotel, and it’s also very close to the station, which is extremely convenient. (This was my first time using the elevator, and I realized it isn’t far from the Hotel at all—so next time, when I have luggage, I’ll use the elevator.) I will stay here again when there’s another concert. Thank you for your help. Thank you very much.

The Room has tatami mats, so you can lie down and relax—very satisfying. The bath is also spacious, so you can soak at your leisure—very satisfying. The meals were filling as well—very satisfying. All the staff were friendly and approachable—very satisfying overall. One note: for the dinner buffet’s kamameshi (rice cooked in an iron pot), it’s best to make one pot for 2–3 people. Our family had a very hard time finishing it.

I stayed during the rainy season. The parking lot is a bit far, and the entrance is narrow, so I had to be careful. However, depending on the parking space, it was convenient for loading and unloading luggage. The first floor serves as an entrance area with a convenience store attached, which was very helpful for any last-minute needs. The reception counter is on the second floor, where breakfast is also served. Welcome drinks are available at certain times with a wide variety to choose from. Although I accidentally spilled some in the elevator while deciding what to pick, the staff quickly provided cleaning supplies and assisted me promptly. The breakfast area is small, so securing seats was challenging for families. However, it was great to enjoy local specialties like Nara's famous persimmon leaf sushi and Narazuke pickles. Even with small children in tow, we found the room very clean and comfortable. We stayed in a Room with a loft bed that allowed our family to relax comfortably. The location is very close to the station. We were able to park slightly earlier (with an additional fee) and go sightseeing by train conveniently. There are izakayas and stylish restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, so finding dinner options wasn’t an issue at all. Umbrella rentals were available as well; we borrowed one for dinner outings at night without worrying about dealing with wet umbrellas upon returning to our Room. Overall, staying here was an excellent experience! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Because it is located right next to the airport runway, I expected noise, but it was less noticeable than I thought. It is close to the Aviation Museum, Hikoki no Oka (Airplane Hill), and Sora no Niwa Fuwari Shibayama, and it also seems convenient for getting to the airport terminal.

Thank you for your prompt and courteous assistance with our last-minute Saturday Reservation. The Facility was clean and well maintained, and everything we needed was provided. We look forward to staying again.

I forgot to submit the survey, so I’m leaving a comment here. I stayed this summer. The meals were excellent, especially the fish. The portions were generous and left me completely satisfied. The large public bath was spacious and very relaxing. Some parts of the Facility seem a bit old, but the location is convenient and it stays cool, so I was able to unwind. I’d like to stay again in summer.

On the day we were due to leave Tanegashima, the ferry and flights were canceled, but you contacted us right away and supported us with such care—we truly appreciated it. Thank you as well for providing Shuttle Service for the early-morning extra service the next day. You also shared many local insights unique to the area, which helped us fully enjoy Tanegashima. Rooms & Facilities: We didn’t use the bathtub, but there were no issues. As noted in advance, there is no elevator, so it’s a long walk to the corner Room on the 4th floor, and the hallway is hot. Service: The male staff member provided accurate information and guidance. Onsen: It’s a bit far, but there were few guests so we could relax at our own pace. Meals: We were able to eat in a quiet, calm setting. Thank you for the complimentary items as well. The additional charges (alcohol) for two people came to 6,100 yen.

I used this property for a business trip. Check-in was smooth. The Onsen was small but comfortable; the washing area had space for about four people. The futon in the Room was thick and comfortable.

Stayed the night before an event in Shizuoka. The Plan included dinner and breakfast, both of which were delicious. The large public bath was relaxing, and the front desk staff handled their duties efficiently (the Room was average). It’s a bit of a walk from the station, and the building is slightly dated, but it offers excellent value for money. Perfect for eating, bathing, and sleeping comfortably. I’ll likely stay again before next year’s event—hopefully at the same price!

The front desk staff made a great impression. The Room is old but clean, and the mini-kitchen and ample storage—making good use of its former studio layout—are very convenient. Also, the coin laundry on the first floor is inexpensive, and the gas dryers finish quickly; with plenty of machines available, it was really helpful.

I chose APA Hotel simply because I wanted a relaxing stay while visiting Kagoshima for the first time in a while to see relatives. Based on the Reviews, I was able to use a nearby convenience store, and since it was a Multiple Night Stay, being able to do laundry was very helpful. There were also free in-room movies and other content, so I could spend my extra time well. For breakfast, including APA curry, everything was so good that I ended up eating too much. If I have another chance to visit, it will be my first choice for a Reservation.

The Room was so stylish—it felt like a space I could stay in forever! My 3-year-old child seemed to love it too and had a great time. The lounge was also wonderful, and I ended up using it many times! Compared with the area around Nagoya Station, the area around the Hotel felt quieter and more relaxing. I’d love to stay here again when I visit Nagoya.

It was a beautiful Ryokan. Since the price was low, I wondered what it would be like, but it was very clean and a relaxing Accommodation.

The biggest advantage is the location—right by the station rotary, just a 1-minute walk! It was raining that day, so being so close was a real help. This time I came by train, but there seems to be parking next door, so driving might have been a good option too. A toilet, shower, a bed to sleep in, a little PC work space, and places to eat nearby—this is exactly what I look for in a Business Hotel, and everything was fine.

I booked early, so the price was very reasonable, and the facilities were more than sufficient. I was very satisfied. While many hotels are moving toward unmanned operations, the front desk staff here were kind and helpful—this is how a hotel should be. The late-night ramen and the ochazuke at breakfast were both excellent. It made my stay in Hakodate truly worthwhile. Thank you very much.

I booked the “Room-assigned” Plan and stayed in the main building this time. The Plan description seemed to say non-smoking, but I was surprised because the Room smelled strongly of cigarettes. I should have asked about changing Rooms, but I was short on time because someone was waiting for me, and since I had already used the toilet, I didn’t bring it up. I got used to the smell quickly, so it was fine. The Facilities in the main building are a bit old, but both the Room and bathroom were very clean, so I had a comfortable stay. The front desk staff member was polite and pleasant. Overall, there are far more good points here, so it’s a great place. I’ll be back again soon. Thank you very much.

With its great location and reasonable rates, I chose to stay here again. There is a 7-Eleven nearby, which is very convenient. The staff were also friendly.
