The Onsen and meals were excellent.

My spouse and I go on an Onsen trip every month. This time, since it was summer vacation, we traveled with three generations of our family. The Onsen water was the best we’ve ever experienced. Minami-Izu is a bit far, but we’d love to soak in that water again.

This property seems best suited for guests who like sulfur Onsen. As other Reviews mention, it is not a Manza-class sulfur Onsen. It feels like the sulfur Onsen has been diluted with water. There are designated hours for using the Onsen. Normally, it is available from 1:00 PM, but on Tuesdays and Wednesdays it is available from 3:00 PM. Since check-in is at 3:00 PM, only guests on a Multiple Night Stay can use it from 1:00 PM. Swimwear is required in the mixed-gender open-air bath. (This time, we bought it at the shop inside the Facility.) If you don’t have swimwear, you can rent it by paying a rental fee (500 yen). As for meals, we did not purchase meals at the Facility and instead ate at a convenience store 6 km away. From a cost-performance perspective, I recommend it.

The Room size, service, and spacious bath all made for a luxurious stay. It was very comfortable, and I will stay again.

Thank you for taking care of us for two nights. We weren’t on a trip to relax at the Hotel; we were out during the day, and it was perfectly comfortable to have breakfast and head out without any inconvenience. Even with children, everyone at the Hotel was kind and warmly looked after us. If I had to mention one thing, the large public bath alternates between men and women, so we couldn’t use it because the timing didn’t work out. Still, considering the price with breakfast included, it felt like an unbelievably good value. Thank you very much. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

After the Obon holidays, my spouse and I stayed at this Prince Hotel to relax. 　As always, we enjoyed watching Tokyo Tower in the distance, along with the Shinkansen and the Keikyu Line, and felt like kids again. 　What impressed us most was dinner at the Chinese restaurant—wonderful dishes that made the most of fresh ingredients, beautifully presented, with excellent flavor and generous portions. 　We enjoyed it at a leisurely pace with draft beer. 　We were also worried about breakfast crowds, but we were seated smoothly and fully enjoyed the lavish buffet. 　Good food makes you happy. 　Thank you very much. We will be back again.

The Hotel has a luxurious design with an open atrium. The Room is spacious—perhaps it was built during Japan’s bubble era? You may notice signs of age, such as stains on the hallway carpet, but it wasn’t unpleasant. Since both check-in and check-out allow for a long stay, you can relax at a leisurely pace. You can hear trains, but otherwise it’s quiet. It’s also very close to Sakuragicho Station and conveniently located near Noge’s restaurants and bars.

I stayed here for a friend’s birthday. The food was delicious, and the place was spacious and wonderful! Above all, the Onsen had a great variety, was clean, and helped me feel refreshed! However, it was a bit disappointing to find some hair in the Room and one of the lights wasn’t working. Other than that, I had a really great stay! Thank you very much! Next time I come back, I’d like to stay in a larger Room!

I stayed in an East Wing twin Room. The view from the Room was great, overlooking the open sky. There was no air conditioning, but there was a fan, so it wasn’t a problem. The dinner buffet was good—especially the seared bonito and binchotan tuna. There was also crab, but it was pretty empty and not very good. It was disappointing that alcohol prices were high. The breakfast buffet was also delicious. For some reason they had morning beer, and it was cheap at 500 yen! The hot spring water quality was excellent and I was satisfied. The only downside is that since it’s a shared open-air bath, I wish they would switch between men and women by time slots. Before check-in, you can use the baths at Prince Hotel and Kogen Hotel.

We were able to spend a relaxing time surrounded by nature. We are truly grateful and very satisfied with both the Onsen and the meals.

Lately, even when traveling as a couple, we often prioritized sightseeing, so this time we made a Reservation to enjoy spending time at the Accommodation. After entering our Room, we didn’t go out at all, and it was relaxing to spend the day however we liked—having tea and soaking in the Onsen.

Compact yet fully equipped. Thoughtful attention to detail made possible by its intimate size. I felt a warmth you won’t find in a large Hotel. I was impressed by how well designed the bath area is—the atmosphere feels completely different at night and in the morning. I will definitely return. Thank you for your hospitality.

The bath was very relaxing and the food was delicious—we were extremely satisfied! However, there were two disappointing points. 1) We would have appreciated having a mirror in the Room. There was only one at the dimly lit sink... 2) When we went for a morning bath, there was a large amount of something like sugar (possibly from snacks) spilled inside a locker in the changing Room. It may have been left by the previous guest, but it was still disappointing.

The Hotel offers a great range of services to fully enjoy your time on-site, including complimentary drinks in the lobby, a manga library, one hour of free karaoke, and massage chairs. The all-you-can-drink alcohol option at dinner, including local sake, was also very good. As for the food, many dishes felt like typical buffet fare, and the sashimi selection was limited to tuna, squid, and salmon, so it did not feel upscale at all. The crab also felt like standard buffet crab. The heshiko ochazuke at breakfast was extremely delicious. My child was delighted to experience karaoke for the first time. What we especially appreciated was that both the washing machines and dryers could be used free of charge. They were lined up in the laundry room, and we could use any available one. We usually end up taking home heavy, smelly clothes after swimming in the sea; although we didn’t use the dryer this time, being able to wash and spin-dry everything made things much easier after returning home. Ryusho Museum is right next door to the Hotel—we could even see its beautiful building from the lobby windows—and we enjoyed an evening walk there as well. Everyone at the Hotel was very kind. Thanks to all these services, we had a wonderful time and it became a truly memorable stay. Thank you very much.

It was close to the station exit, and since it’s the next stop from the airport, it was great to be able to drop off my luggage right away and head out light. However, before the 10:00 check-out time, the TV screen switched to a “It’s check-out time” message, which was a bit off-putting… though I’m sure some guests may find it helpful. Otherwise, everything felt clean, and I’d like to stay again.

Stayed for an event, checked in to drop off luggage, and went out by car, returning after 11 PM. The reception staff were very kind and welcoming! The onsen was great, and I enjoyed it both at night and in the morning! The only disappointment was that I didn’t notice the hair caps available at the onsen reception desk until after leaving. It would have been nice if someone had mentioned it. My hair got wet in the open-air bath, which made me feel cold.

The Room was clean, and amenities such as toner were available at the front desk. There was also coffee service, making this a very satisfying stay for the price. The young woman at the front desk was very pleasant and provided excellent service. I would definitely like to stay here again next time!

The staff provided clear explanations and guidance, and the view from the Room was beautiful. It was still warm even with the heater turned off, so bringing a short-sleeve shirt to sleep in was the right choice!! Since it was affordable, I wasn’t expecting much for breakfast, but there was a wide variety and we ate a lot with our child! Being able to relax and eat while watching the monorail made it the best morning.
