The Room was quiet and comfortable. This Hotel is very convenient, located close to the station.

The cherry blossoms were in full bloom and could be clearly seen from the Room. The Room had also been renovated and was very clean. The Onsen water was silky and wonderful—truly a skin-beautifying bath. The meal was delicious, but the menu listed Shinshu beef grilled on a hot stone; it turned out to be pork shabu-shabu instead, which was very disappointing. It seems the menu may have been mistakenly placed at our table instead of another one.

Although the facilities felt a bit dated, the breakfast was excellent, everything was clean, and I was able to relax. The Hotel staff were very pleasant, and I would like to stay again. I wish there had been a shower cap among the amenities.

There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so you won’t have trouble finding a place to eat. It’s also convenient to have a convenience store right in front of the property. The Room was spacious and comfortable. There were no particular issues, so I would like to stay here again.

The location was great, and the breakfast was especially delicious. There were many vegetable-based dishes and a wide variety of fruit, which made my daughter very happy. The staff were kind, and everyone greeted us with a warm smile, making our stay very pleasant. We would love to visit again.

This was my first stay, and the Room was very clean, so I had a comfortable time. The staff were also wonderful, and I think it’s a great Hotel. I didn’t add breakfast this time, but I’d like to try it next time. My car didn’t fit in the multi-story parking garage, so I used the ground-level parking lot instead. They kindly guided me to the parking area, which was very helpful. I would like to stay again.

I was traveling from outside the prefecture for dinner at Le Clos de Mariage, and since I’m not good with directions, I was looking for a place to stay. While searching near the station for a Hotel even closer to Le Clos, I found APA. The soundproofing was excellent, everything was very clean, and all the staff were kind and courteous. Accommodation Fees have been rising lately, so I truly appreciated that it was nearly half the price. A few years ago in Tokyo, after attending a Christmas dinner show, it was dark and I got lost on my way back to a nearby Hotel. I ended up walking around Tokyo Tower for almost three hours. When I finally arrived at the Hotel, I collapsed onto the bed in my coat and couldn’t move—what should have been a happy memory turned into an exhausting one. Being in an unfamiliar place in the dark is frightening. As an older person who easily gets lost, choosing the right Hotel is very important to me. When I saw the APA sign from the station, I was so relieved that I nearly cried. It’s also close to Le Clos, so I could attend with peace of mind and return safely afterward. I even had time to relax in the bath, making it a wonderful memory. Thank you very much. Truly grateful—I didn’t get lost this time.

Nearby Hotels are packed with race staff, and if you’re lucky, you might even end up having breakfast with race queens. As usual, I searched expecting to be on a waiting list for cancellations, but luckily I managed to snag an available Room. I didn’t run into any race-related guests, but it was great to have a convenient home improvement store, supermarket, and a popular ramen shop nearby. Compared with newer Hotels these days, it isn’t brand-new, but it has been renovated and the unit was slightly more spacious and comfortable. It’s probably fitted with heavy self-closing fire doors due to fire safety regulations, and I think the noise is what leads to negative Reviews. If guests are mindful of each other, it shouldn’t be an issue.

I stayed here for two days for work around Wakayama City. I had visited Wakayama on day trips before, but this was my first overnight stay. With little local knowledge to compare, I chose this Hotel because the price was reasonable and it looked good in the photos. (Location) It seems to be about a 5-minute walk from Nankai Electric Railway’s Wakayamashi Station, so it should be fine even if you’re traveling by train. However, the area is mostly residential with some factories nearby, so there aren’t many restaurants right next door. I recommend planning to eat around the station area. The nearest convenience store is also a bit of a walk, so it’s better to shop beforehand. We came by car with help from someone at our workplace, but perhaps because it was nearly fully booked that day, the adjacent public parking lot was full as well. If you definitely need parking by car, I recommend reserving the Hotel parking in advance. (Room) The Room felt spacious and clean. Even with a suitcase opened on a stand, there was still plenty of space left without getting in the way. The bathroom/toilet seemed relatively new; the bathtub was larger than expected and very comfortable. There was no step up into the bathroom (perhaps because the floor is raised due to stairs near the elevator hall), which made it easy to use. The ceiling didn’t feel low either. A few things about the Room stood out: - The light switches were spread out and hard to understand; labels would be helpful - The air conditioner blew directly onto me—cooling worked well but I worried about comfort/health (may depend on the Room) - It was hard to figure out how to adjust the bath water temperature; it was set all the way toward cold water at first, so hot water took a while and I panicked a bit - The sheets felt slightly damp Overall though, I think it’s a good place. (Service) - Not like big-city hotel staff, but everyone was warm, polite, and pleasant - Around 6:00 a.m., I went downstairs for a drink and staff were at reception; even if there’s an intercom when no one is present, having someone there is reassuring in case of emergencies - When we asked what to do since parking was full, they suggested possible options nearby and that really helped I don’t often stay overnight in Wakayama so I’m not sure if I’ll return myself, but someone who traveled with me comes into Wakayama Prefecture frequently for work—so in that case this could definitely be an option. I originally had a Reservation at another Hotel, but after seeing this one on YouTube and hearing the food was great, I changed to this Hotel. There were plenty of amenities in front of the front desk, and they even provided baskets to carry them—an excellent service. They also offer free drinks and have a water dispenser. The women-only floor made me feel safe and comfortable during my stay. I was very satisfied with the breakfast I had been looking forward to; the vegetables were truly delicious. I wanted to try the curry too, but I was too full, which was a shame. This is a Hotel I’d like to visit again.

Great value for money, with a convenient location just a short walk from Tokuyama Station and free parking. The Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable for a relaxing stay. Breakfast had just the right variety, and there are also delicious fugu restaurants nearby—I’d like to stay here again.

Although the Hotel itself feels quite dated, it was well cleaned, spotless, and comfortable. The Room felt a bit more spacious than many newer Business Hotels. There is a small refrigerator in the Room, and there are also shared refrigerators on each floor, which was convenient because I could freeze ice packs for my cooler box. The only downside was that the unit bath was too small—the shower curtain touched my body, making it hard to wash properly. The hallway from the door into the Room is wide, so I assume that’s why the unit bath ended up so small, but it was a bit disappointing—I wish they had made the hallway slightly narrower and expanded the unit bath even a little. Also, you can choose between a free partner parking lot or parking on the Hotel premises, but it was disappointing that on-site parking costs 1,500 per night. Still, the nightly rate is affordable and overall I was very satisfied with this Accommodation. I would like to stay here again when I visit Nobeoka.

We chose this Hotel to see events such as Setsubun, and we were very satisfied. However, my husband mentioned that it would be nice if there were aftershave lotion for men as well. We would like to stay here again when we visit Kyoto.

I always stay here on my way to Shinshu. The dining-out map was very helpful.

I stayed for two nights on business. There’s a 7-Eleven on the property, which was super convenient. The building and Rooms have been renovated and were very clean. There’s a coffee machine in the lobby (bean-to-cup), and you can take it back to your Room—it was delicious. Breakfast was included; I wasn’t expecting much, but it was generous and felt like a great value. I didn’t have time to use the Onsen, but I’d like to next time. On the second night, I chose eco cleaning and received two complimentary drinks. Since eco cleaning is fine with me anyway, I really appreciated the thoughtful gesture.

The price was very reasonable, and parking was free. We also appreciated that breakfast was included at no extra charge.

The large public bath was very relaxing. I would like to stay here again.

The property was very clean and well maintained, with a great selection of amenities, making our stay very comfortable. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but there are several convenience stores along the way, which is handy. If we visit Akita again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. The meals were excellent and far better than I expected for the Accommodation Fee. The Onsen was also outstanding, with free-flowing natural hot spring water, so I highly recommend this place to anyone considering staying nearby. I made my Reservation from Shizuoka Prefecture through Yahoo Travel, and I highly recommend Yahoo Travel as well. I will continue using Yahoo services.
