It felt like a cozy, homey hidden retreat, and we were able to relax at a very leisurely pace. Dinner was served in small portions, but each dish was carefully prepared, and we enjoyed a delicious meal that left us completely satisfied. Breakfast was beautifully presented in small bowls and felt just right for the morning, but we were surprised when grilled kama (fish collar) was served—though it was absolutely delicious. The owner and hostess were wonderfully warm and welcoming, which made our stay truly comforting.

For this price, the Room was spacious and the Facility was clean. I was also surprised that alcohol was free at the buffet and in the complimentary lounge, with even sparkling wine available. The food quality was excellent and delicious. I truly couldn’t believe all of this for this price, and I would personally recommend it to others.

As the title says, we didn’t use the pool due to an approaching typhoon, but there was a large Room in the Facility where children could play even on rainy days. Our kids were able to play all day together with other families’ children. We also enjoyed the buffet, which had a wide variety of options. The Room was clean, and the bath was great.

I finally got to experience this Accommodation I’d been curious about for a while, thanks to its appealing Instagram posts and high rankings online! In conclusion, it’s a wonderful Onsen Accommodation with a high level of satisfaction that truly lives up to the hype. The food is especially outstanding. At dinner—famous for its boat platter—you can enjoy Kishu-style whale dishes, along with a lineup of carefully prepared courses. As for the Onsen, it was a bit disappointing that every bath felt too hot to fully relax in, but you can still enjoy thoughtfully designed baths, including an open-air bath where you can feel the sea up close. I’m glad I found an Accommodation I’d love to return to in another season.

Thanks to you, we had a wonderful trip. Spending the day relaxing in complete privacy, without meeting anyone and without worrying about time, was truly a luxury. And the sushi dinner was outstanding—we couldn’t have been more satisfied. We felt genuinely refreshed and made wonderful memories. Thank you very much to all the staff.

Thank you for your help the other day. Since there is no large public bath, I rated the bath 4 stars, but there was nothing unpleasant about the bath in the Room. Luggage storage before check-in and after check-out was smooth, and the location was very convenient, so I think I will stay again. Thank you very much.

I’ve enjoyed buffet meals at many Hotels, but this Hotel’s buffet was outstanding in both taste and variety. The kids kept going back for their favorites, while I happily refilled my glass with delicious beer poured from the beer server—absolutely the best. The Onsen facilities include a scenic view bath and a large public bath, and both were uncrowded so we could truly relax. We didn’t have time to try it, but there are also two table tennis tables available for free use. It’s just a short walk to the Stone Steps Street, and there’s a convenience store right in front, so the location was excellent. Some parking areas are down a steep slope, but Shuttle Service by microbus is basically provided, so it wasn’t inconvenient at all. This is a Hotel I’d definitely like to stay at again when visiting Ikaho Onsen.

Choosing a Hotel a little away from Sapporo Station was absolutely the right decision. Every staff member provided outstanding service. A perfect 5 out of 5 is well deserved. I will definitely make a Reservation again when visiting Sapporo. Thank you for the wonderful space.

We stay here every summer. The Tsumagoi pool isn’t overly large, and there are several types of water slides, so there’s almost no waiting time and you can really enjoy it. There’s a wide variety of food options that both kids and adults will be satisfied with, and the eel was delicious as well. It’s a very spacious Facility where you can relax and enjoy many different activities. If I could add one thing, I think we’d be even more satisfied if there were a lounge or other place to unwind, even if it required an additional fee. We’d like to come again next year.

Conveniently located near the Yui Rail station, convenience stores, the airport, and Kokusai-dori. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options and is very delicious.

My Okinawa trip—I'm enjoying traveling with IKYU and staying in Club Rooms. Although your Hotel was not a Club Room property, it was eligible for IKYU Diamond, and as there happened to be availability, you kindly upgraded me by one rank. It was a View Bath Twin Room, where the Onsen minerals also come through in the in-room view bath. I would like to highly praise the quality of the Onsen public bath water. Perhaps because it contains iodine, even minor insect bites and small scars healed significantly. Being able to bathe from morning until night without being constrained by checkout time is wonderful. The slope to the main building was not bothersome, and I even enjoyed that walk as part of the experience. This has become a Hotel I would like to revisit when I return to Okinawa. Thank you very much."

After returning our rental car, we stayed here for our final night in Naha—thank you for having us! With two adults and three children, the two connected Rooms with two unit bathrooms were very convenient. Even with kids, it was about a 15-minute walk to the entrance of Kokusai-dori. The Umikaji Liner bus stop to the airport was also less than a 10-minute relaxed walk while pulling our luggage, and since it’s just one stop to the airport, the location was convenient even after returning the rental car. We expected a basic business Hotel, but the Room was spacious and the unit bathroom was very clean. We’d love to stay at this Hotel again!

It was wonderful. As an Accommodation that everyone would want to visit at least once, it truly lived up to its reputation. All of the staff were kind and provided courteous service. Thank you for a lovely trip. I imagine it must be very difficult to preserve this Ryokan for 200 or 300 years, but please continue passing Japan’s history on to future generations.

We relaxed in the private bath while watching the stars and the moon. It was a blissful time. Even though it was reasonably priced, the Room was spacious and very comfortable to use, and we were also impressed with breakfast. The simmered dishes and rice cakes were delicious, and we ate a lot. It’s a bit far so we can’t visit often, but we recommended it to friends as well. Thank you very much.

The Room was cleaner than I expected.

I stayed here again. I made a Reservation for a concert day at Tokyo Opera City in Hatsudai, and it was great to be able to walk back. The next day, I could also walk to Shinjuku Station, which was very convenient. I slept so soundly that I overslept.

We stayed as a group of three. It’s hard to find places where three people can stay in one Room, and even when you do, many Hotels are quite small. This was the first time we were able to relax in a spacious Room. The Room was thoroughly cleaned down to every corner. At many Hotels and Ryokans, I’m often disappointed when I notice dust in the corners, but this place was spotless and felt genuinely caring. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and was delicious—I wanted to eat it again and again. Located on Port Island away from the crowds, we also enjoyed the sea views and night scenery. Many places seem to close at night, so it may be better to have dinner on the mainland. I would like to choose this Accommodation again next time I visit Kobe.

My mother in her 70s stayed here the night before visiting relatives. This was her third stay. There are many Hotels in Tennoji, so I suggested we try a different Hotel for a change, but she said, “Via Inn is the best! If there’s availability, I want to stay here!” The staff were friendly and welcoming, the Room was clean, breakfast was delicious, and it’s just a short walk to Tennoji Station. Security also felt solid, so I think it’s a Hotel where you can stay with peace of mind.

Perhaps due to the age of the Facility, there was an issue where the drain clogged and wastewater backed up, but they came quickly and handled it promptly. I would like to stay again.

This was my first stay, and I really enjoyed the beautiful views, the clean Room, and the delicious buffet. The paella was especially tasty. Since it was a weekday, the lounge wasn’t crowded, and I was able to enjoy plenty of alcoholic drinks. It was a very satisfying stay. Thank you very much. I would like to stay again.
